This camera is perfect for what I need. I chose it due to needing to upgrade from my canon 350d. It is taking a bit to get used to but is definately an upgrade.

No long technical review here. I compose and shoot. Pictures I took last weekend look better than Nikon's samples. The camera performs well and makes terrific pictures. The absence of the low pass filter and enhanced resolution add up to some stunningly beautiful images.

Pictures are very detailed and nice, large dynamic range. Noticeable difference in the lower noise level at higher ISO than D7000.Recommended for bird photos!!

First... the camera fells great on the hand, nice grip, good weith , I get used to it in about 2 minutes.This thing is fast, takes very crisp images, hard to find a lot of differences when compared to D600 full frame.I will doing further testing, but so far looks promising. very happy with this

Interesting upgrade, had a D90 for the past 4 years, this is a much better camera with almost infinite capability.I miss the clarity and ease of use on the D90

The camera itself is great, but when we received the item it didn't work properly. Customer service was great and sent us out another immediately.

I chose to upgrade for the D7000 to the D7100. It was a wise move I love this camera. I would recommend this camera to anyone. Best past is the increased number of focus field and auto focus in the video.

The most amazing pictures riding on back of Harley Davidson, at 70mph. Absolutely captured the best pictures of BlueBonnets in the Texas Hill Country! I love this camera.

I have had many nikon camera's but this is the best!! The d100, d90,dd7000 and now the d7100. just started using it so time will tell!

This is a great camera for under $1500, 24 MP and easy to use. If you want a second level DSLR then the D7100 is a good buy

Is it a still camera or is it a cinema camera? It's both!Lots of iso speedDeep colorsContinuous focus in movie mode....yay!Virtual continuous sound record level adjustment, 20 clicks, previous model has only 3.....yay!

Haven't gone through all features yet but have shot lots of pics,all very impressive. Controls easy to access and set on the fly.upgraded from d3100.no regrets!

The camera arrived in two days from the seller and I blown away with the quality of the photos I've taken. I added a 50mm Nikon 1.4 g lens for close ups and portraits and I haven't been able to put the camera down. Nikon did it again!

Great Camera and features work as advertised. READ the manual. Kit Lens OK not great. Just get out and take pics and don't pixel peep everything.

All seems perfect, even the new crop mode, but the only complaints that i have are the buffer size, and the screen protection option! besides that! i love it! its the best DLSR DX ever had.A must buy if you like to do videos.

I am replacing a F3 camera I sold years ago. I love this camera. It gives diversity to every shot. Amazon did an excellent job with delivery. Got to me in 3 days. Right on Amazon!!
