I'm sure this is a fine camera but just was not what I was looking for. I wanted something with better zoom for close up shots and something that was less "cheap". I returned it and spent more on a Canon EOS

I bought this camera in addition to my pocket camera for those times I want a greater choice of features. This camera takes incredible pictures whether in macro or telephoto. I find that when taking macro it is best to use a tripod and use the the self-timer to avoid any posssibility of camera shake when pressing the shutter release. After studying numerous cameras I chose this one for it's many features and very reasonable price.

Only thing I would like to see different is a rechargeable battery... this is powered by AA batteries. It seems like too nice of a camera to not have it's own rechargeable battery.

I love it.Exceeded my expectations so very pleased. This was to be used as a backup for my regular expensive camera - and so pleased that the Nikon takes excellent pictures as well.

The color of this product is great and the quality of the pictures are very good, great features and many modes

This was a gift for my wife, it's is just what she wanted,it mets all her needs. Lots of pictures of the grandkids

I bought this camera because of the brand, color, and price. Will be using on vacation in April. It is easy to handlle and I am looking forward to taking great pics with it.

Great camera,pictures in automatic mode just look amazing, it has an incredible zoom , and good build qualitywould recomend it , no doubt!

its a 'nice' camera except when you zoom in its all blurry, you cant get a clear picture at all if its zoomed in. and you can't do close ups with this camera at all. all the pictures are blurry unless its steady on a tripod or table. my samsung galaxy s3 takes waaaay better photos. its the same as any other point and shoot digital camera except designed to look like a nikon dslr. not worth $200. and if you forget to take the lens cap off your camera will break. i suggest either buying a cheaper regular digital camera or an expensive photography dslr camera.

I love this camera! I had an SLR, but that was more camera than I needed. I researched and compared a lot and settled on this bad boy. I haven't used it a whole lot, but I am extremely pleased thus far.

The wife and I don't have a lot of experience with different brands of cameras. The wife's parents have the 510 series so I decided to buy the cheaper 820 model as it saved me $100 plus dollars.

I bought it for a gift for my husband. I chose a 5 star rating because the camera is easy to use and the pictures are very clear. The camera was recommended by a friend.

Takes great photos and easy to use. Have used it for a wedding a wedding party and several outdoor photos. Only issues is trying to get the lighting right.

I got this camera to replace an older Canon. It was definitely the right choice. I did a special scrapbooking project over a weeks time, taking over 700 photos and the camera really performed well (on one set of batteries, nonetheless). Pictures are crisp and clear even in lower light situations, both indoors and outdoors. The zoom allowed me to get excellent close-ups from a distance without the blur I would get from my old Canon. The macro feature allows amazing close-ups. I'm more than satisfied with this camera.

This is an mazing camera! I really don't know what else to say! My photos are brilliant! And I am NOT a photographer by any stretch of the imagination. I am very pleased. Thanks to everyone who answered my questions ahead of time about this camera. I was not disappointed in the least and neither will you be. No tho mention the amazing amazon price i got . . . under $180 for this! Brand New Even!

Meets my expectations. Easy to set up with clear instructions. Very nice pictures. Was looking for a camera that was a little smaller, but glad I got this one.

while there are some settings that can't be manually set, over all this a very good automatic with lots of ways to adjust settings type of camera. if you want to see a lady happy, buy her a camera like this and see her face when she takes a picture of her children
