... so I used this little converter & it works great now I can play back sounds from sky box ...
I needed to connect my Sky HD box to my Amp but it only had digital outputs so I used this little converter & it works great now I can play back sounds from sky box though my HiFi dead easy to set up just connect up to digital out set output to normal plug in to amp there you go great sound though my Pioneer A400 & Missions

Good unit BUT be prepared to buy a better cable!
My only criticism about this product is that the supplied cable is rubbish and does not work and I had to buy a new one which is why it gets three stars...apart from that, it works very well, I have it connected between my new smart LG TV and a very old analogue AV receiver, sound is crisp and clear. Would recommend.

Nicely made, feels solid
Nicely made, feels solid, I am using it to stream music from a Mac via an apple TV through the DAC to my high end Hi Fi, so far it sounds good.

Great Solution to the Lack of a Headphone Socket
A great solution to the lack of a headphone socket on my LG Smart TV. Simple to connect and easy to use.Supplied Toslink cable seems a little frail but it works. I have to change the connection between sound bar and and Neoteck converter when I want the headphones. I hope the cable survives the use. The volume control works well and helps to provide a good listening level.

Great product. Just what I've been looking for. Nice clear sound with the crucial volume control to match my speakers. Volume control works with headphones as well and sound better than when plugged into my TV. Simple setup and easy to use. Much better than a previous product from another brand which I returned which had a dull sound to it. Strongly recommend.

Better than expected.
Optical cable from LG TV to this device, then RCA cables out to Sony stereo amp. Sounds great and works a treat. A little bit of tape across the blindingly bright power led and good to go. Would buy again.

Good DAC for the price.
Simple to set up. Buy a decent Toslink cable, the one in the box is cheap and nasty. The volume control is more like a gain control. Turn it up full and then down until the volume starts to lower. I found that having it turned up full created noise on the soundtrack. Other than that, very good value and works well.

Perfect for the job.
I bought this for my Mum to use her Wifi headphones on her new Samsung TV that had no headphone socket. She needs them to hear the TV better without upsetting the neighbours. Luckily my brother-in-law is a technology expert and recommended this device after Samsung help desk told us we would have to buy new headphones. It was easy to install and was dispatched and delivered very quickly.

Great product!
No problems in connecting it to the digital output of my Samsung Smart TV to feed headphones for hard of hearing member of the family. Very pleased. It is permanently switched on, no sign of any problems. To soon to be definite on reliability but I don't anticipate any problems in this area. Great product.

This device worked from the outset, no problems setting it up. Only niggle, increase in volume via the control is not exceptional, otherwise recommended.

Bought this so I could use my headphones on tv with no 3.5mm jack. delivered promptly and easy to set up. It works fine, just mute the tv or turn volume right down,I don't have to bother about anyone else listening at the same time. If you need a converter this is it, small compact and does the job--excellent!!

other wise great product, would recommend
So far I'm impressed with this product, my only quibble is that its a pity the main audio outlets are not positioned on the back of the unit so that it leaves the front looking cleaner, when they are on the front the ugly cables are very visible which detracts from the overall look, other wise great product, would recommend.

The sound quality is superb, but I find that careful adjustment of the volume control is necessary, or the output overloads my amplifier.
