Enjoying the quality of the image. Would be even better if they provided Linux drivers, but does work good with standard drivers and with Skype.

I had to put together an emergency video conference for a board meeting for our small manufacturing company. I had several days to put everything together and test it out. Our conference room is about 40 feet long and 14 feet wide. I used this camera connected to a mid-range laptop and displayed video on a 50 inch lcd television. GoToMeeting facilitated the communication between sites. The only additional hardware that I used was an external microphone as the mic built into the camera was not up to picking up a room full of voices. I had about 8 people arranged across the conference table at a maximum distance of about 30 feet from the camera.The great thing about this camera was the fact that you could make out the faces of everyone in the room, even the people at the far end of the table.I didn't use any of the software that came with the camera, so I can't speak about how good that is, but I was impressed with the camera's functionality in an environment that was surely way beyond its intended use.

Box says its 15 megapixels...Do a little math and subtract a new megapixels. Its still pretty good though. I still have to shoot some more video and take a lot more pics in different light to really decide how much i like it or if I recommend it. So far, for the price, Seems worth it.

Functions very nice - sharp pictures and video, nice zoom. But the pan and tilt were nowhere near what I expected from the description or the Logitech page. Less than 10-15 degrees each.

So my girlfriend and I have been wondering if a new webcam would improve our long distance skype calls at all. We thought her internet was acting up and it wouldn't improve very much until that was fixed. Let me tell you, if you are having any reservations about buying this, stop: just buy it. It improved our calls to near TV levels of quality and has made everything so much easier. Her internet is still acting up, but it wasn't the problem! Her in-laptop webcam/speaker was crappy on her 3 y/o dell and this webcam is so much better. No pixelation at all; feels like we went from minecraft to HDTV! Just get it, for this price it is way way worth it.

Since one of my teams is international, I selected this option to improve both video quality and add wider angles than provided by my MacBook Air. The results are quite noticeable!

Upgraded from very old Logitech webcam, and obviously happy with improvement to video quality. I only use webcam for business video-conferencing so all the attempted integration with Facebook, Skype, etc. is somewhat distracting to me. I just want to hook it up, and go. Sound is good also, but don't expect high fidelity here, folks.All in all, glad I bought it.

I have used logitech webcams before and I knew this would work out fine for me.The picture quality is great. I like that I can have 1080p videos. This is a great productwith quality lens.

Very good quality webcam with excellent picture quality. Easy to set up and adapt to desk area for easy use. Sound quality could be better and is a bit tedious to adjust sound quality; instructions not easy to understand and set up. Happy with overall operation when using for home videos, pictures, transfers to the Internet, etc.

Love this webcam. I spent a little extra to get a high quality webcam that wasn't overpriced. I am HUGELY happy with what I got! I am thrilled to skype with this!!!

I bought this so my family could Skype me and so far it works great. I had a laptop but they only had a desktop without a web cam, so I sent this to them and they Skype me now.

So before I had the c920 I had the c910 both pretty much the same but the c920 has just a tiny bit more better resolution when video calling or even making vides. I used this everytime I Skype and my people tell me they see everything so clear and has no delay but I the delay part has to do with the internet. but the motion rate is great. definitely a keeper in my book.

The Logitech HD Pro webcam has made my web calling real. I have never experienced anything like this before. The picture resolution is so clear. I normally use the laptop inbuilt camera for chatting but found that the image quality was inferior. That was when I decided to go for a superior HD webcam. Logitech is a well known brand and I did not hesitate to go for it once I read through the specifications. The webcam also clicks professional quality photos at the touch of a button. What makes the webcam superior is that I can record any action with great clarity with the help of premium 20 step autofocus. The RightLight 2 auto light correction is responsible for crisp images even in low light. Overall a must have to make your web calls live.

Film grain is very apparent on this webcam. Even in a well lit room, you can see the grains compared to the C910. Also, the focusing on this camera is worse than in the C910. On the C910, my room whole room would appear crisp and in focus.Mic still picks up too much background noise. The C910 wasn't any better in this regard. Disappointing that this isn't fixed on the C920 by at least increasing the resistance a little or have it done in software.It has come to my attention (from comments below) that this webcam actually has a 3 megapixel sensor and Logitech gets its 15 megapixels by using software! That explains the worse image quality.Pros: The C920 has a standard tripod mount. This is useful for mounting to mini-tripods that can be placed anywhere on your desk. On board video encoder means it will reduce CPU usage (but still wasn't enough to use on G+ Hangouts with anymore people in the room than with the C910 on a laptop running with AMD C-50, 2GB ram)Cons: Worse image quality than the C910. This might be due to the fact that it uses a 3 MP sensor versus the 5 MP on the C910. Tests were done subjectively in Skype, Google Hangouts, and from recorded video via Logitech's own software at 720P and 1080P. Running on an AMD 965 BE quad core 3.4 Ghz, 4 GB Ram, Windows 7 64 Bit. Honestly, its hard to tell if there's any CPU reduction on a desktop like mine since it doesn't tax my system enough.

Delivers a crisp 1080p image for video calls/ or recording. I've had no issues with it and have had an overall pleasant experience with it.Highly recommend
