I love this camera! I am expecting my first baby and I bought this camera so I can communicate visually with my family in Europe. The clarity of the image and the sound is amazing! Even my sister noted that she sees me very very clearly (especially compared to her web cam). Also, it's very easy to attach it to your laptop and adjust it as needed. I love as well how compact and light it is. Great product - which reaffirms Logitech as one of my favorite brands!

This is a good, serviceable camera with decent quality images -- much better than the Logitech QuickCam Chat, which I also purchased. I am returning the QuickCam Chat and keeping the Quickcam for Notebooks for my son.

The video quality is nowhere near what I expected and I am disapointed enough to return it.Its got a good swivel and thats about it; the content that comes with it is so-so and the headset is pretty minimal.

I'm not expert on web cams but this one is easy to use and looks cool. I think the picture is pretty clear and the price is very reasonable. I bought two and am pleased with my purchase.

This is small, works great, came amazingly fast and does everything I want it to do! I am a college student and consequencially I am frugal. This product was half the price of what I saw it going for in local stores, thank goodness for Amazon.com!I recommend this product for anyone who wants great quality, something mobile and who does not want to spend too much money.

I gave it to my wife and she loves it. After setting it up and playing with it I found that it is a very good product. It does what is says it will do and I and my wife find it simple and easy to use. Now she gets to see the grandkids via web cam.

Love this camera. The lighting is always perfect and it's so tiny, I can even take it in my computer bag. I'm buying them for my entire family out of the area!

That's right, December 31st, 2007, right after work (7ish??) , I was rambling through this mess in my computer desk thing and I FOUND THE DISC THAT I HAD MISSED SINCE MY MOM "threw it away"!!!!!!!!!I'm SO happy!But one thing leaves me puzzled and it has NOTHING to do with the device itself...per se.It has a 3/5 rating! WHY?THIS MAGNIFICENT THING DOES IT ** ALL **:Audio & VIDEO online (Yahoo, AIM & MSN)Still pictures are GREAT with proper lighting (my room has little lighting, so I needed a second source.) (Quick Capture)Shading HuesVideo MuteI've been using it for one day (not even) and I KNOW it's early, but this thing has endless possibilities! It was about as expensive at Wal-Mart then as it is here.Looks: B (if it was black or gold, it'd be an A- or A+, respectively)Features: A++ (re-check ALL it offers!)Price: A+4.75 stars.Overall: AI will adjust the score as I use video >_> and shading! I also boosted the rating from 3 stars to 3 1/2. :-)

I wanted a web cam since I can leaving home for school. I just wanted something simple and easy to use. The Logitech Quickcam for Notebooks is just that, simple to use. I am really happy of quality for what I paid for. It was worth my money!

The camera is easy to install and use, but there is too long of a delay with the video. When I'm chatting with my family, I want my words to match up with the movements of my lips. And any movement made by me is a blur.I hope I can return it!

Seemingly nice and compact webcam, however once you connect it to the USB port and see the video output, you will be very disappointed. Horrendous video quality. Splurge on a better model, it's worth it.

Great camera, takes a little while to get used to all the settings but no major complaints. My only warning and small negative feedback is that it doesn't work well with Vista. It may just be my computer, but it seems to interfere with the internet in some ways after a couple of days of use but again, THIS IS ONLY WITH VISTA. Overall though it's a great product and highly recommended.

So far, I love this web cam. It's super compact, easy to install and use. The only thing that I don't really like is the clamp. On my notebook the monitor area is quite slick so its hard to get it to not slip, but once I get it in place it stays. The shipping was super fast as well. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this quick cam last month and I love the ease of use that it provides. Its compact, has a great picture quality, has great audio and works well with Vista. Great product for laptops. The best quality is it's auto adjust to lighting. Low light or bright light the camera adjusts automatically. The only downside is that it has a manual focus. Logitech, in my experience, has always made a great product at a great value and this camera has proved to be a great buy!

This product is exactly what it says it is. The picture quality is pretty impressive for such a small camera. I have read many who dislike the clip but it fits fine on my Dell 1505 laptop. I would recommend this to anyone.

You get what you paid for!I saw all the good reviews and thought that maybe technology went down in price and can offer a good camera for that price.... not such chance. The image is terribly grainy, I can hardly recognize myself on the screen, it's that bad.

Wow, this camera is even smaller than I expected. It works well. The manual focus takes some getting used to, but overall it's a great little camera for the price.

Call me a bit of a webcam aficionado but I keep on buying webcams in my quest for quality and performance (my familiy lives all over the globe and this is how we get to see each other). Nothing is more annoying than frozen pictures and / or grainy video.I own a Logitech Orbit MP, their former top of the line as well as:Philips Vesta (no longer produced, EXCELLENT optics though)Intel Pro (no longer made, the old 'standard')Logitech Quickcam for Notebooks Deluxe (yes, I already own this one but it is so great I am getting another for my wife)Veo Connect )the first 1 megapixel USB 2.0 cam, a piece of JUNK)To cut to the chase: paper stats do not tell the story of whether or not a webcam is well built and good for webcamming. Case in point is the Orbit MP. I paid 130$ for that one and it is not of the same picture and framerate quality in webchats as the Notebook Deluxe.Nor are the other cams.The Notebook Deluxe works under extreme low lighting conditions and always delivers crisp video and high framerates. I can particularly recommend it with Sightspeed on a Vista Machine.Even thoough the stats may not look as good I assure you that this will surprise you with its quality.

I got this camera through a consumer reports website, it was one of their best picks. Fantastic image resolution!, I don't use it every day but so far it works great, although I had some problems between their software and the Windows Vista, I don't know which one is to blame. The camera it's a great product though.

I have never written a review of a product on Amazon. My wife's parents purchased this webcam (year 2007) so they could Skype with us. Those poor people were sold garbage by someone trying to get rid of old, useless junk by selling it to people that don't know any better. Thanks Logitech for selling crappy products in 2003 and thanks sellers for letting people buy crappy products 5 years after they are obsolete.Video: Grainy, always green.

This one is just not up to par. I have a Logitech camera with built-in mic that is in the $50 range, and got this for my office. The room-light picture is far less competent, and the camera ghosted pretty badly. I've traded it in for one with a better picture, and am much happier.I recommend, as temptimg as it is to save money, if you want to use a camera inside, for Sype-ing or something similar, that you got for a camera a bit more competent than this, even though it means spending a few more dollars.

This is easy to install, no issues with installing to Windows XP (SP2), looks good and not that expensive. From what I have read, works easily with all instant messaging tools, I have sued with Windows Messenger and Skype. The clip for laptop is a strong one. Strongly recommend getting this one.
