I bought this to upgrade a new Asus laptop with an Intel i5 processor and 4gb of RAM. It takes about 10 minutes to install and when I turned my computer back on, it had 8gb of RAM. It runs very fast and nicely handles multiple tasks without slowing down. For $20 it's a great thing to do for yourself. Don't be scared by the task if you've never done this before. You can easily find online videos that show you exactly how to install it.

I used this on a media center build with a i5 chip. After 6 months of use there has been no problems. The speed on this ram is more than enough to handle blu-ray and 3-D movies without slipping up. A good product at a very good price.

I have installed this memory to upgrade my Macbook Pro early 2011 model. I have bought two to upgrade my Ram to 8GB and I have to say I am also running a Windows 7 Virtual Machine and both of them are working like a charm!

Bought a Toshiba Portege Z830 S8301. Used this to expand the RAM from 4gb to 8gb. Fit easily, computer recognized it on restart without any problems. Four months later and it's still working great.

I called Kingston to verify if this would work on my dell studio xps 8000, and they told me it may,but it hadn't been tested. So I took a chance on it, and it works just like it should on my dell. Memory (ram) is probably the easiest thing to upgrade in your computer to see immediate results for performance. My computer only had 3gigs, I took out all the memory from inside, and bought 2 of these and noticed a huge difference right away. The studio xps 8000 is able to be upgraded to 16gigs but 8 is more then enough for most people and will buy 2 more later if I notice my computer slowing down.

Added this 4G memory to my ASUS A53TA laptop. It installed and worked exactly like was supposed to. 8Gb total on this laptop is a nice upgrade for about $20.

Raised Windows Experience index for RAM from a 5.9 to a 7.5.2D graphics went from a 5.3 to 5.9. Arrived two days before the estimated delivery date.

The RAM worked great. I have a Toshiba. Not only did it increase my laptop's RAM from 4 GB to 6, it made it run faster. When I ran the Windows Experience Index, it bumped it up from a 5.9 to a 7.5 (out of 7.9). I ordered another one to max out the capacity my computer can hold which is 8 GB (yes I do alot of laptop gaming). I have not received it yet but I hope it will let it run even faster and better. The only downside is that it's a little slow when you first install it. After the 1st use, it's really fast

I bought this to upgrade the memory on my 11.6" Acer Aspire One netbook with the AMD C-60 processor from 2GB to 4GB. Upgrading the memory was easy. Price was great. It works great. Memory upgrades are one of the best, cheapest, and easiest upgrades you can do. Just pull the old memory out and put the new one in.

I needed more memory on my Lenovo Thinkpad T420 because I was constantly hitting the bottleneck on the existing 4 GB due to heavy use of Photoshop and Lightroom. The price for this memory was irresistibly low and that too for Kingston, the most trusted of memories!! Newegg.com was also offering at the same price but somehow I felt more comfortable with Amazon Prime shipping and their return policy.I installed this memory on my Lenovo Thinkpad T420 and there were no problems during the installation. Windows recognizes it and happily reports the increased memory. I also reevaluated Windows Experience Index and it increased from 4.7 to 5.8

I've been using this for about two months now in my Lenovo Thinkpad T520. It works perfectly.It's usually less expensive to buy a laptop with the least amount of memory in it, then install your own compatible memory. I've always reduced my laptop costs by doing this and never had any problems with Kingston ValueRAM.

At a retail store, you can expect to pay much more than this for 4gb of RAM - so this item is a great value.I was using Adobe premiere with 2gb of memory, and after upgrading to 4gb the performance difference has been impressive.Just make sure your computer supports a 1333MHz clock rate (and of course DDR3). Kingston is a very reputable manufacturer, and I have yet to have one of their products fail on me. What more can I say? It's good :)

This made my 2008 MacBook 13" access the programs a lot faster than the standard 2 gig that came pre-stalled. But I'm not tellIng you something you don't already know. I will say for those that aren't sure...BE sure to get two of the EXACT same chips if you are thinking about upgrading your MacBook. The Megahertz (MHz) HAVE to match or you might be asking for trouble.I also put two of these in my 2010 Mac Mini same fine results. I believe 8Gb is the max you can put in either the MacBook or the Mac Mini.

I fitted in this 4GB Ram in new laptop two weeks ago. So far so Good! I also replaced my smaller Hard Drive and have a better laptop all round so I cant really tell where the improvements come from individually all I can tell is the performance is great. I notice a great improvement when using Photo Shop and Light Room too.

This works just as advertised. Put it into my HP Pavilion dv6-6117dx Laptop (I presume most Pavilions are compatible with this.) Immediately noticed all applications loading and running more rapidly/smoothly. Easy to install, though that's contingent upon the laptop really. Would buy again, fast delivery, etc.

Just plug and play. As soon as i installed I maxed out all my game graphics options and it works like a charm. Came two days after order new ant all in the plastic seal im very happy with this product well worth the $$$$$
