I purchased this memory module in company with the purchase of a new ASUS Laptop computer. It was recommened via the Amazon Web Site and compatible. The price was excellent and I am familiar with the brand as being a reliable product. It was installed and has worked perfectly. I would recommend the brand and would buy again from this seller...who delivered the product as promised for a fair price.

I ordered the Kingston ValueRam 4GB memory for my ASUS A53E. I am NOT good at these things normally, and found this to be the easiest upgrade I have ever done. Remove the battery, 2 screws, a simple slide in and click install, replace the screws, replace the battery, turn the laptop back on and you're done. Nothing else to do! I wondered if it even worked because there was no install notification. So easy!

but haven't installed it yet but expect no issues hope it fixes my BSODs..have 4 gigs installed of OCZ...hope they work together so I have 12 gigs but if it den't not this RAMs fault

I bought this to add to my 4GB of RAM in my vaio. One of the main reasons for buying it was because it was at a very good price and I needed it because I multitask a lot. So if you are looking for a cheap way to upgrade, this is your answer. Another thing I would recommend is a solid state hard drive because they are now getting cheaper and believe me, they make a huge difference.

It works perfectly after installation. no hiccups in the rebooting of my laptop.Am yet to see much improvement in the performance though. Will recommend regardless.

Well , after purchasing an 8gb kit of CORSAIR DOMINATOR memory and having it arrive with 1 bad module , I then purchased another kit of CORSAIR XMS3 DHX memory and , again it came with 1 bad module . What are the odds ? I decided to buy 2 of these modules from Kingston and as soon as they arrived , I booted up to MEMTEST86+v4.20 and ran 3 passes on this memory . All 3 were clear of issues all 3 tests passed with flying colors . Look , if you are looking for hassle free, high performance memory , go with Kingston , so far this is the only set of memory modules that has arrived without errors . GOOD JOB KINGSTON ! You guys have a new customer for life , don't let me down in the future ;)

I installed it to replace the 2 gb stick that came with a Levnovo Z570 (1024DMU). I ran a single pass of the Memtest86 tests without any errors. I've had no problems with my laptop after I installed it almost 2 weeks ago. I've used the laptop to play video games, use MS office 2010, etc., without a hiccup.

One of the easiest and quickest ways to get your laptop to run faster is to install more RAM/memory - if it can handle it. You need to check on that first.I knew when I bought mine that I was going to install more memory, and tried to get it at the place I bought my laptop. Unfortunately they didn't have any, so I decided to try Amazon.I called Amazon to make sure this memory would work. It arrived fairly quickly, with minimal packaging so it was easy to get to.I got the instructions online as to how to install it. Follow any instructions to the letter if you are doing this yourself, making sure to always be touching the metal parts of the case as you touch the memory or other internal parts to ground yourself.I had to remember to take the battery off before doing it, as I didn't the first time and the laptop did not recognize the extra memory. I emailed the manufacturer, and they suggested I swap the two units, which worked. I'm thinking that not taking the battery off might have caused the problem, so do that if the instructions say to.It only took me a few minutes to actually change it out once I got it right, and now my laptop is much faster. I'm very happy with my purchase.

It's very good Memory and easy to install !!But if you have 32bit system make total memory capacity 2GB or 4GB ... Product as described. Easy to install, works great in a lenovo x220 thinkpad laptop. Cheap and very easy to upgrade. Would recommend if you have an extra 20$ bucks to spare. Having said that, a normal user (like myself) will not notice any speed difference.

I threw one of these sticks into my ASUS N53SV-EH71 15.6-Inch Versatile Entertainment Laptop (Silver Aluminum) laptop and so far so good! I checked my Windows base score and it went up in several categories! I love how cheap the product was in price and how easy it was to install. This being the first time I have put Ram in a laptop it was certainly a breeze. Now I crave more though it's arguable that I really don't any more than the 10gb of ram I have! lol

Added this 4G memory to my Sony Vaio E series laptop. It installed and worked exactly like was supposed to. 8Gb total on this laptop is a nice upgrade for about $22.

Just got two of these RAM sticks to replace the RAM in a multimedia oriented laptop: taking the machine from 3GB to 8GB. Of course, like all RAM, the install was simple and painless - literally took less than 5 minutes. Upon booting the machine and performing a RAM test, Windows Experience Index, and a manual load test (Google Hangout, MatLab, Chrome with 6 Youtube tabs, and Eclipse), we noticed an extreme performance boost!RAM test came out clean, the Windows Experience Index for memory went from 5.5 to 7.0, and the computer didn't so much as hiccup when we loaded it. Good stuff!A RAM upgrade is a fantastic way to revive an aging or weak machine, and at a price like this, there's no reason not to!
