Works as advertised, even in my picky Toshiba laptop. Can't ask for anything more. I'd recommend this to anyone with a Toshiba laptop that's picky about ram.

Everything has been perfect. The only problem I had is that the second ram stick wouldn't properly snap in. After a couple of attempts it finally did. That was probably more my laptops fault than the ram stick. My laptop runs sooo much faster.

Gave It a five star rating because it is doing a great job. Lucky me has a son-in-law, John who knows computers. Would recommend it be purchased along with any computer to give it the extra memory from the get go!

I added the ValueRam to a new Acer laptop. I would have preferred more guidance on adding the board, I did not have any problem, I sort of followed my nose, but felt like I was experimenting rather than following detailed instructions. The board works fine.

I bought this for my early 2011 15" Macbook Pro. Installation was easy (except that I had difficulty getting one of the screws to go back in, which has nothing to do with the RAM, but is certainly a consideration for someone considering upgrading their RAM on their MBP) and definitely resulted in significant performance increases. One other think to note, however is that if you have a MBP with 4Gb RAM, this is 2Gb in each slot, so if you want to upgrade to 8Gb you need to purchase two of this item. Price was good and it works.

I installed it as a much needed upgrade on my HP 4520s with 3GB ram. I had to remove the 1GB dimm to put this one in. Now my system has 6GB ram and it is working great without the need to page the extra ram to hard disk bringing the system to a crawl.The ram has made the difference to my win7 system and I recommend it to anyone with ram less than 4GB. its only ~$20 anyway and its the cheapest upgrade that will improve your system performance.

Have not had any issues. Whether or not it actually adds performance to my laptop I don't know. I at least have not found a difference on that mark. It however functions perfectly.

I purchased the memory to upgrade a 2012 MBP. Even when it's not the full speed (this is a 1333 mhz memory and the top speed for MBP is 1666) the price is so low that is the best deals you can get to do amfast upgrade without loosing power.

I used to have a crappy lappyThree gigs of ram was all that was had by the sappyThen I upgraded to eight gigs of Kingston and it made it super snappy!Now have I have a happy lappy!Don't like hourglasses? Put in as much RAM as you can and it will go away (ok, not all the way away but more away than if you didn't).Hardest thing about the install was finding the tiny screwdriver so you should probably order one when you order the ram.

Bought this RAM to upgrade my Lenovo T420 from 4GB up to 8GB of RAM. So far I haven't had any issues with it - I ran it through Memtest86+ when I first installed it with no errors reported. Great price too!

Popped this into my Samsung laptop and is now running @ 8GB ram. Flight simulator is able to run much smoother on much higher settings. Great product is all I can say. It did not cause any problems due to mismatching rams.

Purchased this 4GB RAM memory to increase the RAM of my laptop. Now running at 8GB RAM, it has made considerable performance increase when browsing and working with multiple applications.The installation was straight forward and worked perfectly with my Gateway Laptop. No errors of any kind.Windows experience jumped from 4.5 to 5.9 with just the added memory RAM.

This is a must have for any notebook or laptop with 4 RAM, you will notice the difference in speed and performance after installation. Shipment was extremely fast and price from AMAZON best i could find in the market. Extremely easy to install just a screwdriver needed. I added this to my Acer Aspire v3-571g laptop and it works perfectly. I just put it in the empty slot, booted up the computer, and Windows 7 detected it automatically. The item shipped and arrived within the time estimate that was given. I'm extremely pleased.

Still can't play 1080p YouTube smoothly but 720p is "smoother" when the entire video has buffered. Only $25 or so and seems like it was worth the investment. Not WAY faster but adds a little boost. Down side is, of course, it voids the product warranty.

I purchased this memory module in company with the purchase of a new ASUS Laptop computer. It was recommened via the Amazon Web Site and compatible. The price was excellent and I am familiar with the brand as being a reliable product. It was installed and has worked perfectly. I ordered the Kingston ValueRam 4GB memory for my ASUS A53E. I am NOT good at these things normally, and found this to be the easiest upgrade I have ever done. Remove the battery, 2 screws, a simple slide in and click install, replace the screws, replace the battery, turn the laptop back on and you're done. Nothing else to do! I wondered if it even worked because there was no install notification. So easy!

I bought this to add to my 4GB of RAM in my vaio. One of the main reasons for buying it was because it was at a very good price and I needed it because I multitask a lot. So if you are looking for a cheap way to upgrade, this is your answer. Another thing I would recommend is a solid state hard drive because they are now getting cheaper and believe me, they make a huge difference.
