Good quality with long battery life
I am a heavy user of earbuds, so I have many of them. This JBL one is not bad, but not great.
Good: very easy to pair and super easy to use. Well integrated with Google Assistant. It fits well in my ear. Pretty good build quality. Long battery life. Both buds can be used separately or together.
Neutral: sound quality is OK, not bad but not impressive, just average. Not enough bass for me, even if I adjust it in the app.
Bad: noise cancelling is weak. Can't make much difference on/off (but can feel the difference if switching between Ambient Aware or TalkThru). I think most of the noise actually is blocked by the tight fitting of earbuds not by ANC.
Overall, it's a nice earbud with some ANC, worth the bucks when it's on sale. But if you want better ANC, you might want to spend more to get some other brands.

Buy em!
Worth the 40ish bucks I paid for them 110%! Sound is quality is pretty good, and the battery lasts quite some time! The app is also nice to have to help tailor the sound if you’re into that.

Great, but not the best
Great but not the best. Only issue I have is that over a period of time they fall out. Stability isn’t the best when point in ear canal. May be the slick material used for ear plug. Sound great though.

Works great, looks terrible
These earbuds sound great, were easy to connect to my phone, and have amazing battery life.
Aesthetically, they're hideous. Like maybe one step above those ridiculous Bluetooth ear pieces self-important business people would walk around with back in the day.
Still recommend.

Very nice product for the money
I’m a welder at a weld fab shop so there is a lot of noise, hammering on stuff using grinders etc. the noise cancellation is top notch. I absolutely love the sound quality and everything about these head phones. For the money the product is well worth it in my opinion

Awesome value in an overpriced market
While the Beats, AirPods, etcs. of the world over price their products by hundreds, JBL continues to be a leader in high quality audio at reasonable prices. These buds are half the price of the competition and just as good. Great noise cancelling and bass with a long battery life. My wife, dubbed "Headphones McGee", is a constant and avid user of ear buds. She has barely taken these out of her ear since Christmas. A steal for $50 on Black Friday, and still reasonable at closer to retail price.

Son Loved
Got for son to replace to replace his 3rd pair of beats. I will never purchase them again from beats. He compared to being just as good if not better for the price. I wasted almost $800 on his previous pairs. Last a long time and has excellent noise cancelation.

Far better than expected!
Great sound quality. Battery life has kept strong for several months now. Not full sound cancellation but comes close enough for ear buds. Holds comfortably in my ears. Highly recommend!

NOT FOR DRUMMERS
Great headphones! I really enjoy these! Really nice sound that doesn’t have too much gain, but you hear all the lows, mids and highs. I do not recommend for drummers. Something about the acoustic space in the headphones. I sat down on the kit and the drums cut clear through the headphones and echoed inside the headphones. Not good. So just be careful if you’re a musician. Other than that they’re great for music!

Amazing product!
The battery lasts all day, I cannot hear anything with them in! If the noise canceling setting is turned off I can keep them in and talk with people, they are so user friendly!

Overall good every day earbuds, could use some improvement.
Overall these earbuds are exceptionally good, my pros are that they have amazing battery life, I bought mine about 1.5 weeks ago and have used them every day and only have had to charge them today. Another pro I would say is that the programmability on the app for the buttons is very useful to be able to pick and choose how to control each earbud. Although there are cons, not many but there are a couple. My first con is that they fit a little uncomfortable in my ear. Though I have not switched the interchangeable size caps. It could also be that my ears were used to a different shape of earbud. One last con I have about them is that the touch pad on the earbud it’s self can be a little aggravating at times. Other than that I would definitely recommend these to someone looking for a relatively cheap, good quality earbuds.

El producto es original excelente terminacion , su cancelación de ruido es muy buena, se puede hablar en la calle sin ninguna preocupación del ruido, sus medios son muy buenos , si estos audífonos tuvieran algo más de bajos serian los perfectos, pero es algo sin relevancia, son perfecto para mi . Los recomiendo 100 %

Great Quality
Bought these for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves them! Said he likes them better than Air Pods. After trying them myself I felt like these were the best and the noise canceling is top notch!! The case is sturdy and durable. Really easy to use and charge. Super pleased by my purchase

Very comfortable and great sound
These ear buds are great! Very comfortable and easy to use. I use them mostly for audio books while working around the house, but they have great sound quality for music as well. When inserted correctly, they are truly noise canceling, I can wear them while using the vacuum cleaner or hairdryer without having to increase the volume.

Pretty good, noise cancelling definitely works, I've dropped them quite a few times in the month n a half I had them and they still work and charge properly. Good battery also 👍 I just wish they were louder

I bought these because my new i-phone doesn't have a phone jack. Used them on a cross country flight, they sounded great, and no wires, I like it! Big step for a 60 year old guy:)!

When on sale don’t pass up!
I’ve had these earphones for only about 2 weeks and I will say I don’t regret passing on another set of airpods for these. I’ve owned both Apple airpod pro and airpod 2nd gen (x2) and after having these for only a short period I’m convinced that AirPods are a fashion statement. I never cared much for the noise cancellation on earphones but these definitely cancel noise. They cancel so we’ll I had to turn it off because the wife said I couldn’t hear her complaining. These come with every feature Airpods do and more, better battery life, slightly more comfortable the the Air pros, and obviously you aren’t paying the inflated Apple price. The one feature that I wish JBL would update these with is “find my earphones”. These come with a feature that plays a insanely load noise so you can hear them 2 rooms away but all earphones that aren’t namedSkullcandy should have a feature to find your earphones using GPS/Bluetooth. I’ve never been impressed with Apple’s version but it does give you a starting point where these don’t. As an adult GEN Xer I’d consider myself responsible unlike whatever these zombies that came after ‘81.
Word to the wise, if you you aren’t one of the Apple fanboys or the people that buy products solely for the name then give these a shot. If you buy from Amazon you can always return them so what’s to lose?

Very satisfied!
I got this during the Black Friday sales and have been using since. They pair perfectly with my iPhone 12. The battery life and sound quality are great. But I am especially impressed by the calls. I have been looking for AirPods alternatives and have tried skull candy and soundpeats wireless earbuds but both were useless on calls.

So far so good.
I have been using these for a month only, and so far I've had a very good experience. They are comfortable, good enough sound, not the loudest, but good volume. Good battery life, so far I am pleased with my purchase. Keep it up, JBL.

They’re ok
They sound good but I’ve noticed that the right ear bud has a clicking sound when there’s no music on but when the music is on you can’t hear it !!

Great sound...! Perfect for me.
I like the comfortability of them. Long battery life. I can listen to music when I go on long hikes. I had wired buds for a long time. These are a great step up.

Good sound, but not loud enough
This is the most I've spent on earbuds so far, looks like i'll have to spend more.
Great sound, nice case, nice design, customizable eq, very comfortable, quick and easy to pair.
There's alot I like about these, but a few things I don't.
You can use an app with these, which allows you to customize the touch functions . . . . . to a point.
You CAN change touch profiles, but you CAN'T change individual touch actions. I really don't see what this isn't a thing at this price point. I can change touch profiles, so let me make my own touch profile.
The app also supports an eq that's fully customizable so that's awesome. Also comes with some preloaded eqs.
I feel these don't get loud enough. I had a chinese brand that rhymes with bozos before these and they would get louder than this, they just didn't last. These I was able to crank up all the way, and was surprised where that ended. I also have near perfect hearing so the problem isn't my ears. They still sounded good at their max volume, but yeah, of course they did. Anything sounds good that doesn't get loud.
Do I like them? Yes.
Will I still use them? Yes, at least until I spin the earbud roulette wheel again.
Would I recommend them? Only to people who don't care much for loud music.
