The best headphone in wired mode(first purchase)
Finally a headphone arrived of my choice and I love it. At first I was in doubt but it exceeded all my expectations. I just love it. The sound is also crystal clear. There's no such problem of ear pressure, so much comfortable and sound is awesome 😎. Also i wanted this for my meetings, calls and there's no prob at all the other person hears my voice clearly. No issue at all. No disappointment in first purchase.

Useless seller policy
The volume level is very low. If you are in a quiet room then only you will be able to hear using this headphones. Otherwise nothing will be audible. I have raised a return request on the same day. The customer executive said only if the product is defective it can be replaced and no return possible. I said the volume level is low and the product is not so comfortable. They said, it is all in the specifications and you should know. So, it seems you have to predict the volume level before ordering. I would not recommend the product to anyone I know.

Cheap quality JBL Without Noice Cancellation
Duplicate JBl product, Strictly not suitable for conference calls or office purposes. When I am using headphone, clients are not able to hear my voice with clarity, lots of background noice are getting picked up, even when I am sitting in quiet room.
When call to Amazon technician he responded it is no where mentioned it's have noice cancellation feature & not accepted return.
What is use of buying conference call headphone even if basic noise cancellation not working.
Completely disappointed with the quality provided by JBL for these headphone.

sound quality is simply outstanding and calrity is much better compared to other premium headphones
am writing this review after rigorous usage over more than a fortnight, and finally conclude that this headphone packs packs quite a punch or it would not be extravagant to state that it punches more than it's weight. Great-job Harman & Team !!!

Its sweaty. Please make ear piece by cotton material so its more comfortable for long time wearing. Otherwise its best product.

The headphone is bulky and sound is average.
I had bought this headphone for business calling. But it is very bulky and uncomfirtable. and the sound is average for both calling and music. My return/refund request is pending since Dec 2021. Amazon has not completed by Return/Refund Request despite multiple requests. There customer care number is not reachable. please help me with the Refund!!

Not good product
Bad product. Product is getting tear off after 4-5 months and sound is also not coming sometimes. Not recommended for users who are taking it for office or regular use

Don't buy
Bought this month back to attend office meetings.suddenly mic stopped detecting on windows 10.Latest drivers are installed,no use.After research on Google only find out this mic detection issue is happening on all JBL headphones which has detachable mic's.(Ex quantum 100).
Also I won't recommend this headphone just alone for hearing music.sound is too low.
Ear also not properly fitting.getting uncomfortable and sweating in 10 minutes

Not worth buying
The headphones are quite costly to start with. They don't have anything special as per my observation. Infact they are really heavy. Trouble wearing them for longer calls. Buttons are placed at a terrible location. I would say find something better.
