Cheap quality material did not even last a year
I tght I was buying a JBL headphone so what could go wrong.. was very happy initially and Used it for wfh extensively and in less than a year, the wired connection got loose and had to press hard to get audio back..The material coating started coming out and slowly it spilled here and there everytime. The headphone completely covers your ears which is good only fr 1-2 hours but in summers , it makes the whole area get sweaty. Similar experience with my colleague too, hence do not recommend.

Worthy headphone
JBL never disappointed me. I bought this wired headphone for 1800 INR. I'm writing this review after 1 year of heavy usage. I never had a single problem with this headphone, the sound quality is good, the quality of the headphone is very good. Noise cancellation is not up to the mark. But for this price this headphone is worthy.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HEADSET
Absolute garbage build quality on the mic. Broke down within a couple of months of buying from Amazon. The headphones work just ok. But for this price you can get better ones from anywhere. Highly recommend you skip these

Когда мы отправили товар для получения гарантии, JBL/Harman сообщили, что номер товара не совпадает с номером товара в счете-фактуре. Итак, они сказали, что ничего не могут с этим поделать, и перенастроили дефектный продукт.

Suitable ONLY for calls, not for music.
Update after a week usage:
Sound quality is very good, when I listen to lossless audio its amazing. As long the sound source has sufficiently power the output in this headphone is pretty good. Good lows and sub lows separation, midrange is also good and crisp high. I am sorry I judged this headphones too soon only after listing to streaming services.
All you need to know:
This not the regular noise cancelling or a regular JBL headphones its misleading, but the mic cuts out some of the background noise passively like heavy breathing, wind, AC and fan and other humming sounds. The other person may not get distracted with the background noise. Audio is good over call, no base so the voice comes out clean but note the music also will be very neutral with next to no base no matter how good your sound source is. If you are a neutral music lover then its okay but definitely not bad.
For long calls its good, no pressure on the skull being over the ear type there is no ear pain, with the light weight plastic built no stress to wear. All these are good from taking calls prospective.
Built quality is less than average thanks to the all plastic built product may not age well. Ear pad is of vegan soft leather like material and comfortable to wear. Wires connecting the ear cups are exposed so careful handling is a must, curious kids may easily pull the wires out thanks to the bright red wire against the black body.
Mic is detachable and bendable but not foldable mic must be removed if you want to store the headphone in a pouch, cuts out some background noise but only passively so the other person will not get irritated.
Mic mute and volume button is in an awkward position.
No cracking sound like a cheap plastic headphones
Price: Not worth, should have been around 1200 to max 1500, had it had a control to switch between a wfh headphone with a neutral music profile to a music based bassy jbl like headphones then it would worth the asking price.
Pros:
1. Comfortable to wear for long time
2. With the neutral sound profile calls are crisp and clear
3. Cuts out some background noise
4. Light weight
5. Detachable mic with mute button
6. Covers the ears fully so no pain during use
Cons:
1. Too much Plasticky
2. Feels fragile (longevity is a concern)
3. Too flat for music
4. No storage pouch
5. Exposed wire
6. Not worth the price

I can say It's sufficient in every way except Built Quality
I read reviews, some says low bass, low sound no Noise Cancelation. So,
First of all, Amazon Packaging was worst for a product like Headphones. (ATTACHED PHOTOS) Just A Paper bag.
Pros:
Bass is Sufficient For Your Ears to stay safe,
Volume is also sufficient at higher level if you are high sound fan.
Noise Cancelation is average but yup when you're hearing song it cut out other outside sounds, better if volume is higher.
Cons: are bend aux (plug)
Low Qlty Plastic is used
Low Quality Cable is used.
(But for the Price Quality is ignored so much).
Other than that sound is Good.
Mic Quality is Also fine, I haven't used
it much so better to see some more
reviews for that.
And I'm using Over Ear Headphones after a long time, so, Idk it's okay or not, but I'm experiencing little amount of sweating in Summer season while wearing it. If You are looking for a Average Built Qlty with Good Sufficient Sound in budget Headphone, then these are good atleast you're getting proper Brand.
But If You're Looking for High Volume Full Bass Headphone with Great Noise Cancelation then you will not get that under ₹12k .

The comfort level is low, it feels heavy while wearing for a longer time also for ears it feels suppressed, with this the quality is also not so good.

I recently purchased this Headphone especially for Calls but unfortunately, it is not a Noise cancellation headphone and not suitable for calling it captures all background noise and this headphone did not fulfill my requirement. this was not expected from JBL.
initially, I was planning to return this but I am happy with its sound quality this is a good headphone for Music and gaming lovers I tested it on #callofduty. below is my short review
1. Calling: 0 Star
- No Noise cancellation, I am not happy with this from a calling perspective and don't go with this if you are only looking for a call, if calling is important for you then go with some higher-cost product like Jabra...
2. Music and Gaming: 3 Star
- Sound quality is very good you can use it for gaming and Music, it delivers each sound beats to you

Its an average product if the price to features ratio is considered
I am using this product since last 1.5 months. The final verdict on this product from my side would be the average product. It serves the purpose averagely. The comfort is average, it irritates the area around ears after some time of use. Sound quality is average if the brand and price is concerned.

Not recommended for working from home.. mic is not good as you expect. Does not work with teams. Mute button does not mute Teams. Good for listening to songs only. Go for it if that's the only purpose.

Not that noise cancellation
The headset is comfortable and light weight.
The design is very sleek and nice but also looks delicate. Its confortable for the ear and there is no pain on the ear. It may get sweaty on calls beyond 1hr.
The mic noise cancellation is not that great, it works to some extent but not entirely. So if you have a very noisy home, then it's of no use. I tested it by sitting approximately 4ft from my tv with a bearable volume and the person on the other side was slightlt able to hear it. The sound quality is good and also the mute button works but it does not connect with the mute display button on ur con call app. In simple words, if you press mute it will mute the mic but on display of the conf call app, it will show unmuted.
This is suitable for my wfh requirement, there are many other models too that you may want to explore.
