Good product with nice performance
Product received is awesome, no defects and perfectly packaged.
Only Concern is, it's sweating a lot near the ears due to the material covered on the headphones.

Very bad quality
Please note I bought this product just 6 months back and have been handling it with utmost care but still the headset plastic chipped off, the plastic frame is of very very low quality. I have to use glue to stick the broken piece and using it instead of discarding.
Please think before you buy.

Pathetic build quality
I was using this headphones for zoom calls, but after 10 months normal uses it has broken from multiple places. Not a good build quality... I am so using sony headphones since last 2 year, but there is no build complaint in that. The only reason I bought JBL as that has dedicated microphone for call. ... I'll not recommend this product and will advise to use some other good products.

Mic is not good at all
The product at this cost is okay, nothing great. The Mic is not at all receptive. People attending meetings with me had troubles listening to me. I have been using Plantronics headset for more than 2 years and had no issue with it, but this one has started giving problem on day one.

Jack cable from headphones to laptop
Wire from headphones to laptop is broken at laptop (Jack which we will insert into laptop) end with 4 months. No warranty has given even though in written they mentioned as 1 year warranty. Do not buy this product.

JBL WFH headphone
I like the ear cups, comfortable for office calls. The device itself is stylish and comfortable, works well for office calls.
What is the problem? - The 3.5mm jack design is poor that it broke within hours. Thanks to Amazon for helping with replacement. Would have been happier with a return instead.

Best sound quality but less volume
Obviously it's JBL so the sound quality is top class. But the overall volume is less compared to my other boat headphone. But it's a good headphone for singing. The mic is amazing.

Worst, cheap quality cable, Avoid Sweaty ears.
The headset is too big, it covers your ears completely which might only help you in winter season and to avoid some noise but it becomes too sweaty in summer. The worst part of this headset is the mute option on the headset, it won't mute your call if you're on teams call .. I don't know why the hell that is even there. I got this a week ago and its already pausing the audio while using on mobile if the wire/cable swings if you're walking. The cable is of cheap quality. ₹2000 is too much for this product. Definitely not worth it. Harman will not give any warranty for this and I faced lot of problem at work due to this stupid headset.
