Although I love this phone...It lost a star for the poor battery it has. With my heavy usuage it dies after a few hours....lasting if I am lucky for 10 hours. Besides that, the interface is like no other. HTC really makes it easy to navigate and use. So I would simply recommend you get one of those power packs that can charge your phone anywhere!

I like electric device so much,I hate Htc so much before,but this product is pretty good,works fast.And now I have update it to JB,much better than the 4.0.But I think Htc still has a lot work to do,to make the sense much more smooth,fast,and convenient.The screen is awsome,much better than Note2.

If you have T-Mobile you must buy a sim card with the code 50.01 it's a older card being that the phone is a European version the newer edition sim cards will give you an error Nothing is wrong with the phone but without the right sim the internet will not let you enter the APN settings not even HTC is aware of this I found that others had the same issue

I needed a smart phone unlocked cuz I don't like the 2yrs contract feel better that way the phone is thin and has a large screen of 4" 7 inch I'm using it with mysimplemobile and it works perfectly

Way better than Iphone 5 . I bought iphone 5 along with this phone. when compared I loved one x and gave the I5 to my son. all the features are best as on date.

Im waiting on my third replacement.First Phone: had a tiny bubble inside the glass and the headphone jack made a loud hissing noise the lower I set the volume.Second Phone: had a small pink particle, almost looks like gel or silicone between the screen and the glass. I think this one skipped quality control or something because it is easily noticeable in the screen when white and light colors are displayed. It also had the yellow banding on the lower left of the display.Overall: The phone and the software themselves are amazing. HTC Sense 4.0 is really fluid and in my opinion is a slight improvement over the stock Android 4.0 UI. Other than the defect the screen us gorgeous and the camera is impressive as well. The design and build are world class, it's very elegant.Two stars for the trouble of getting a defective screen twice, five for the phone when it's not defective.

I had the grey HTC 1X come it was not working properly the software was bad. I called Fone company they fixed it for me. I just got the new product on nov 1/2012. Every time I called they gave incredible service. I have been with apple products for 23 years. I was scared when the phone was not working properly. Fone looked after the problem and fixed it without a single hassle. The service was equal to Apple service I would love to tell Apple how excellent that company is.La Donna

Great phone and camera.It's unlocked but no manual adjustment for the 3G network because it's a AT&T software inside,so its only good for networks whose network operator don't need manual settings.I can only use wi-fi until I put the original software from HTC.That's the reason why i give 4 stars.

This is a great smartphone..i love it.The camara is great, the apps are great, it feels great on your hands. This phone is incredible!I have had this phone for about a month now, and it just keeps getting better and better.My battery lasts for about half a day if i am constantly using it, but i think it's pretty good compared with my older smartphone (blackberry).It's just amazing!

i liked it so much, even this is my first smartphone.And of course it is unlocked, fine goodThe bad is the battery it doesn`t hold long time, it needs a bigger.Android was updated and after upgrade it could not connect to WLAN trhough wifi.

I'm really disapointed with this smartphone.I brought thinking it would beat the Samsung Galaxy S3, but unfortunally it's not even close to it!The battery is riddiculus! It won't last 1 full day! (And i'm not a heaver user, don't use tweeter, or sync gmail or calendar). I really don't understand how a top of the brand can have a battery like that.Besides that, i think it's a mistake Amazon fullfil a sale of a brand new phone, that don't have garante... besides that, i really think that when the seller says UNLOCKED, INTERNATIONAL VERSION, i thought that it means no brand... not GERMANY VODAPHONE!!! This means that the phone come with a lot of junk from Vodaphone, and that this is useless in US, or Brazil! I'm really tempted to install a clean rom! If there was a warrant, then i wouldn't think that... but in this case, it's really a win-win case.If you have the chance, get's a S3 and be happy. Probably will do that next time.

Its a great phone, the only thing i dont like is not available to manage a micro sd card and the battery is not replaceable.however, it has a great life in use and very large life in hold.great image resolution, their camera is excelent (the principal) i would like the front camera have a decent resolution

OK, so while waiting for my new WIN/8 Phone, I thought I would try my first Android phone. I have always like HTC and have found them to be highly reliable.I like this phone a lot. My only problem, which is probably more to do with Android phones or general trends, is that my old SIM card does not fit into this new phone. Instead of choosing to "cut it", I opted for getting a brand new micro-SIM, i.e. two phone numbers now.Once they put out the new WIN/8 phones, I will see if they too use this new micro-SIM format. Or. maybe I will just move to a dual phone setup.

also it was with only charger and condition of the phone was pathetic. i have sent to my home country so i can't bring it back here to return it. TOTALLY WASTE

i insert T-mobile sim card, and nothing happened. i waited the calling from my friend, and it says my phone was offline.

The product start to fail 3 weeks later of its purchase, I think was the seller and not the brand I got a HTC before and was really good.
