Prints crooked
I purchase this machine, knowing that it would work well. I was disappointed right off the bat, because when I fed documents through the document feeder to copy, the copies printed crooked. The bottom part of the copy was leaning toward the left edge of the paper. Every time. So I sent that machine back and ordered a replacement (same machine), knowing that it would take care of the problem. The second machine certainly would not produce the same results. Right? Wrong again. It prints exactly the same as the first machine, when documents are fed through the document feeder. When the original is placed on the glass and copied, it comes out perfect. So I'm going to send this one back and find a different machine that will produce straight copies when using the document feeder.

M126nw is VFM for a network printer!
This is an amazing printer for the price! The quality is just too good. Good for occasional home usage and for a small office. The only draw-backs I can think of are: 1) No auto Duplex printing; 2) Cannot scan Legal Size paper.

HP Quality All The Way
Received in factory packaging. Easily unpacked. No boo-boos.
Set up was minimal from start to finish. No network connection problems; smooth integration into our existing bluetooth network.
Print quality: Standard B/W printing is pristine. Color brochure printing is professional grade. Photo printing is more than satisfactory with careful application using the correct, HP recommended papers.
All total, we are SO very satisfied and glad to have made the switch from inkjet to laser!!!

Good product but Lack of backlit in display
Product is very good but the screen is marely vissible because of not having backlit.
I am very unsatisfied in this section. Actually I am surprised thinking "how a tech company like HP miss this kind of tiny things".

It doesn't work
I have used HP printers at work and liked them. I have used an HP laptop at home and like it. About 10 years ago I had a previous HP laptop and an HP printer at home and they just weren't compatible. I was on the phone with support all the time and eventually gave up and went with other printers. Now here I am. I wanted to upgrade to a laser printer and against my own better judgment went with an HP, only to find I still can't get HP products to work together.... and neither can HP techs. While I connected to my wifi easily, installing the software was very difficult. Once installed - it just didn't print. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, unplugged, over and over again. After several hours of using HP tools and trying different things, I finally found a support phone number. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the first support person and 1.5 hours with the second person and neither could get the printer to actually print! A waste of time and money!!!
UPDATE: So today I spoke to my 3rd HP rep who, after over an hour, suggested I return the printer. I processed the return through Amazon, and was given the choice to speak with an Amazon representative who could assist with getting the printer to work. That Amazon person reached out to HP who told them it's defective. Soooo now I have to pack it up and return it. The Amazon rep said they would send UPS to pick it up the next business day. Since the box is in pieces (I had to cut it to get the printer out) I asked the rep if he could make it 2 business days. He said no and we agreed that I don't have to pack it up... I can leave all the different pieces for UPS to pick up and ship however they want.

Worst and costly experience with this printer.
Worst printer, printing quality is low.
Toner come along with the printer is used one. It list only for 400 pages.
If you want to buy new toner, it cost around 5000 rs and it gives only 1500 pages.
To costly to print.
I didn't recommend this printer.
Worst customer care service.
Compared to this taking prints from out side is more economical.

I replaced my old laser and I lost a bit of print quality.
I thought, why not just buy a new wireless printer for the same costs as replacing all four cartridges for my old HP laser printer which is a big industrial thing. Setting it up was easier than getting it out of the box. Software downloading without a hitch, it took a few minutes but an abnormally long time for new equipment. I hit skip for the Fax feature and didn't get a "Congrats your printer is set up!" message or any other messages, so not sure if all the features will work (who faxes anymore, or has a landline? It's not loud. and doesn't take up more desk space than most lasers. It looks like toner cartridges easily install, It does the auto double-side but you can turn that off before you hit print. I'm not sure if you can set default to single print? Please let me know if yo can. The only real drawback because I print brochures, etc, is I lost some print quality that I would have expected from a laser. My husband's ink jet is about same quality. Even on high quality paper I can see a bit of difference, and with light weight paper I can really see a difference. If you're not as picky about print quality as I am, it's still good. I just got used to years of super quality printing. So for important jobs I think I will keep the old guy and spring for the toner.

Excellent printer for Home office
Satisfies all needs for Home office as well as for students. Bought it for my child for college assignments and for wife and I as home office printer during lock down. Prompt delivery and excellent packing. Easy to install. Good print quality

I love that I can print from my phone. Great quality prints.
This is the best printer I have ever had. I love the fact that I can print directly from my phone, even though it cost a little extra. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a great quality, fast printing.

Very good laser printer.
Printer is good. and Amazon has offered a fantastic deal. disappointed by technical support of HP. couldnt use the wifi command instantly after installation. the technical support helped me installing the USB pattern but failed to set up the wireless operations. awaiting resolution to this. will get back with my feedback on same post a successful completion of installation.

Easy to set up - so far, so good
I was nervous about seeing this wireless printing up by myself at home without IT help. It was super easy to set up on my laptop as well as my smart phone. I’ve never printed from my phone before but it certainly makes life easier.

Duplicate toner given
It's totally worth less product. They are given toner with Printer was demo toner.
I was printed only 500 copys and my toner was lighten..., it's fack. Don't buy this....

This thing is absolutely great!
I am running this of my home WiFi and it's absolutely rock solid. I read reviews that people had a hard time printing and had to reboot windows to get the print spooler to work. I had that problem as well but it's really easy to solve,.
just go to your WiFi or router and configure it to use static address for the printer. An easy way to figure out which IP you need to do that for is to go to the printer, click on the network configuration menu and take note of the IP address. Go to your router and configure the router to always assign that IP address to the printer. If needed clean out any pending print jobs, reboot and you're done. Rock solid after that.

HP WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE -- HA, NONE
I hope I never have to buy a HP product again. I purchased this expensive all-in-one color printer, fax machine. The instruction booklet for set up has a few pictures to turn on but in Step 2, the instructions are only in Spanish and I think French -- NO ENGLISH. Then it says to download the set-up instructions which I did. A few of the early step worked, but trying to wirelessly connect to my computer did not -- the little ball just kept spinning for over an hour even though it said it recognized the printer. And of course, HP never has a phone number ANYWHERE you can call -- the total arrogance in not really standing behind their produce. I guess I will call Apple, who still bothers to have actual people to help you out. I may never be able to connect the fax as there were no instructions on the booklet or the downloaded packet that said anything about this. Good luck to me and all the suckers who bought a HP product.

FRUSTRATION, TRASH, TRASH
Such of frustration with this piece of cr@#× of printer, every time I need to print something, is always off line, have to re-do the whole process of network logging again and again. Is not first wireless printer that I ever have, but I thought HP was good quality.

Up and running in minutes. Very happy so far.
I purchased this printer because I got tired of the horrendous cost of ink with my Canon Maxify 2120. The pre-programmed purge cycles were using more ink than I was putting on paper. I've only had the HP a short while so this review is more about set up and initial impressions than long-term experience. I will update if anything changes significantly. The first thing you will notice upon delivery is the printer is heavy! I'm guessing around 40 pounds or so in the box. It is packaged well and there's very little to do prior to plugging it in. There is some packing tape securing various parts of the printer, but that's about it. Even the toner cartridges are installed, so no need to mess with those. I had it out of the box and turned on in about 5 minutes. I was eager to see the print quality so I went to setup and the unit immediately found my wireless network. Then I had Mac Catalina install it through the printer settings. Going this route will enable you to print literally within a minute, but it won't enable scanning and other functions. I printed several samples -- PDFs, spreadsheets, Word docs, and included 2-sided with absolutely no problems. After that, I downloaded and installed the printer management software from 123.hp.com. This installs an app that will integrate scanning, toner levels, etc. into the Mac print function. It also allows you to register the product and access a multitude of settings, most of which you will likely not need to adjust. I tried scanning using the Mac function and it worked as expected. You can also scan using the HP app. After initial setup on my iMac Pro, I let the Mac print settings install it on two MacBook Pros without a hitch. It also worked with no intervention on my part with AirPrint 2 on my iPhone and iPad. In summary, in less than an hour, I had the unit printing from a desktop, 2 laptops, a phone and an iPad with no difficulty whatsoever. The only negatives I see are very minor. The power button has a very bright, white LED that flashes slowly when the printer is in the sleep mode. If you install the printer in a room where you value darkness, it might be annoying (a small piece of electrical tape over it would work). Also, the touchscreen is very small. If you have large fingers, you will have to be careful when entering something like your wifi password. All in all, I am very happy with this HP so far.

so far so good!
So far the printer has been a delight. Stays connected, even if I haven't used it in a day or two. Fast printing. I still haven't gotten to printing photos on photo paper yet I did print a test photo on normal paper and it printed fine! Yes, Laser jets are more expensive but way better than buying ink all of the time. You get what you pay for!

Auto Document Feeder (ADF) Prints and Scans crooked
I started to really love this HP printer. It's fast enough, prints clear fonts and setup was easy.
The frustration is the Auto Document Feeder prints and scans crooked.
As my printer is new, I contacted HP support and after several tests, ascertained the ADF was malfunctioning.
HP sent me a new printer and it does exactly the same thing!
This is a heavy printer to keep packaging up and sending back aside from the issue being really annoying.
I'd like to think HP has ADF figured out by now and certainly quality testing the device in production.
It looks like I'll be packaging up the printer again, but this time for refund. What the heck, bummer.

Setup tedious at best
Liked my old HP printer better. This was a royal pain to set up. Whatever happed to the days when you just plugged in the printer, ran the software from a disk you got with it and you were done in 5minutes? To me it’s a sign of tech weakness or lack of tech sophistication that setting up a printer is difficult for the average person

The Wifi Printing setup is worthless
It is frustrating to set up this printer to print over wifi. After several attempts at following the instructions, I downloaded an HP app on my phone to set it up. It took hours and dozens of log-ins. It would print from my computer but the phone printing was all garbled. Then the next day it would not print and need to be set up again.
I eventually just switched to the USB printing instead of WiFi.
This computer is supposed to have duplex printing, but it is a manual refeed.

Easy Set Up
I got the printer yesterday. I was able to set it up in about 20 minutes. (First time it booted me off my wifi and I had to restart my computer. As soon as I did that, it connected to the wifi - easy) I am not sure about the color printing quality just yet. My biggest complaint was it does not come with an operating manual - only a set up manual -which means I have to hunt the internet for instruction on how to print labels, scan - other than a one-liner in the set up book, etc. Online instructions should be easy to find...

Top quality laser printer as expected from HP
Excellent printer for home office use. High yield cartridges to supplement 1400 pages of print. Almost plug and play with HP's Manger console. Just install the software, and all the capabilities are available at a finger tip like, scan, copy, fax and print.
Printing is done fast with this printer compared to standard inkjet printing. I use this to print tax documents at a blazing fast speed.
The network wizard was easy to follow to setup the printer online and on the network. Once connected, linked the two is a breeze.
My only draw back is the paper try is limited and does not hold 500+ sheets like other printers.
Overall, great value for the money for a high yield, high quality printer.

About 10 minutes setup! Small touchscreen, couldn't do a firmware update. However, recommended!
I am very satisfied with this printer.
The set up was a breeze, 10 minutes as much!
It really work with all my Macbooks (Air and Pro) perfectly, even easier with my Samsung Note 10 plus phone and my Android Tablet Samsung S6.
Quality is good, I wonder if I use a better paper would improve even more.
You can scan with a Mac without problem, but not send it to the laptop, from the printer.
The touchscreen is very small and sometimes does not respond and it is difficult to type in..
