Ordered for HP4100 laser printer.FIrst cartridge leaked after about printing 500 pages. Left blotchy lines down middle of page. I called inkers.com directly and they were fantastic about replacing with a free 2nd cartridge.This one also worked for about a month and then began to leave a line down the middle of page. I called inkers.com a 3rd time and they were gracious and felt bad so they sent out a 3rd unit at no charge and did not want the first 2 units back.Upon receipt this unit was leaking toner all over my printer and leaving a gray haze across the page. I opened the cover and black toner dust was everywhere.Upon my 4th call to inkers.com they became adamant that there was nothing left to do and set me adrift.I brought my printer to a local cartridge world for them to check out. They showed my why the 3 cartridges were incorrectly "remanufactured" without putting new drums or wiper blades. Inkers.com simply drills a hole in the top and fills and old cartridge with toner and then melts close.It's really to bad because the people were very nice and seemed to stand behind their products for 1 year. There turned out to be nothing wrong with my printer as the new cartridge works fine.BONUS-I contacted Amazon directly, over a year later now , and they gave me a full credit to my account!Yeah Amazon...Boo Inkers.

I think we got this for a little less than it is now, but still for under two hundred it's a great deal. It's been working well for over a year... upwards of around 100K pages with no trouble at all. I just wish we could get a good deal on some 1500-sheet trays for their newer 4000 series printers... they're about 3x the price.

Upon opening it up, I could already tell this was genuine. Its the same packaging, blag bag, tags, and breaking strip as the toners I use at my workplace. First few test pages were clean and effortless.

I has used this printer before in an office I worked in. I wanted a good reconditioned one for my home office. The price was right and the printer looks brand new. Very pleased with purchase.

Received in good condition. Had it for 3 month. It work fine. Prints fast and cheaper to run. Number of pages per cartridge is good. But noisy.

I ordered two cartridges for my HP LaserJet 4250N. They looked cheap when I got them. After I installed, both were leaking toner. When printing, all the pages had smear lines.

It came dirty because the toner was spilling out and only worked for about two weeks. Need I say more.

Can't give it any high rating b/c product wasn't for my own use, I don't like to leave ratings for products that I don't personally use, but the person that requested it didn't give me any negative feed back so this product apparently met their needs.

Bad Bad Bad...Very sloppy and messy. I am sorry but I would not recommend this product to anyone. Not satisfied at all.

My first printer ordered came damaged by shipper, when I called the customer service number provided, I got a live person, the first time I called, who took care of me instantly. They shipped a new printer that day, which arrived in good working order. I am very pleased with the product and the customer service received here. I will buy here again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality at a good price.

Was very happy with replacment printer, when we received the first printer and it was DOA, RMLC was very professional and helpful, they replaced the DOA and the second printer works GREAT! I will use this vendor again.

The print quality is good and works well for everyday printing and anything that does not have to meet the highest standards. The price was very good and I would purchase this product again. I print a lot of copies of items and this works much better than an inkjet printer and the cost excellent.

Not Good. Toner leaks on the page upon first use of the cartridge. I used a cartridge from another vendor and theirs worked fine.

Worked just as expected. Had no issues and prints fine. Will be purchasing more of them in the future when we require new cartridges.

Easy to install and works great. Fixed the problem we were having. The extra rollers are good to have on hand because they get used up faster.

We had a toner spill from one of these cartridges. Ruined hundreds of docs. Should have bought the HP brand.

I have not yet used this product, so I am unable to speak to how well it performs. I will submit another review once I have had a chance to use it. However, I can speak to the ease and efficient way the transaction was handled, as well as the cost. The price was a definite contributor to my reason for making the purchase from this particular vendor. The price was less than half of what I have paid previously. I placed my order with Amazon; it arrived well before the promised delivery date. It was packaged very well. If the product performs as well as the order and delivery process, I will definitely order from this vendor in the future.

The fuser went out at 69% remaining. Do not purchase. This was from AccutekImaging. I will only buy OEM merchandise going forward.

I manage an undergrad lab area with four of these printers. They are just about maintenance-free, except for replacing the toner and running a cleaning page once in a while. They start printing within seconds and spit out about a page a second. With the number of pages these things go through in a month, it's amazing how few problems there are. The configurable network settings are a huge benefit, since it means I can allow instrumentation to print to any printer in the lab once I set up the printer's IP address and options. Before this, we were using a fleet of half a dozen inkjet printers (Epson C88 styluses - ugh, never again), and the amount of printer-related aggravation dropped by an order of magnitude once I switched over. I also have a duplexer on one of them, which allows me to print double-sided handouts in no time.

This is one of the best small office laser printers on the market. We have been though multiple Brother and Samsung printers, but they do not hold a candle to the HP. The company has done an excellent job of refurbishing these used machines. The one we got looked almost new. We will be back when we need to add to our network printing capabilities.

Could not have had a faster, easier and inexpensive replacement for my Laserjet 4100 Printer. The assembly came within a few days and was installed within minutes. I have been using it for the past 6 weeks without any complaints whatsoever. The enclosed 'return shipping label' made it a cinch to return the defective assembly. Overall, a great solution.

This cartridge works just as good as the original HP - but for a fraction of the price. The quality of the printing is as good as the original manufactures cartridge. I'm not sure if it will last as long as the original, but even if it doesn't, that's OK too. Keep in mind you are saving about $100 by buying this cartridge!!

Let me say, for a compatible third party Maintenance Kit it is working just perfect.I also received the kit on time and in excellent packaged condition.
