Perfect
A bit nervous to buy an unknown brand, however, after ticking all the boxes and reading the reviews I decided to take a chance. Really pleased with this machine. So quiet and seems to wash well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Seriously great washing machine!
Such a great washing machine! Huge capacity, loads of features and very easy to use. It’s also extremely quiet and doesn’t seem to shake around at all, even on the fastest spin cycle.
Great bonus is that is it has a 15 minute quick cycle which seems to clean really well.
Service from AO was great too and the machine was delivered quickly and very professionally.

Highly recommend
Haier is a brand I’d never heard of. The bearings on my 6 year old higher end washing machine had gone and it was time to search for a new machine. I was restricted by my kitchen unit depth but this Haier machine ticked all the boxes.
It arrived and was exceptionally packed and I’d never seen transport bolts like it. We installed it ourselves, putting the foam around the bottom of the machine. The machine is so quiet. The loudest part is the water going in. I’ve been working from home since March and with my old machine I couldn’t have the washing on whilst on a conference call as they thought Concorde was taking off! The Haier washing machine is wonderfully quiet. I don’t hear it spin. It’s great.
It has a light when you load or remove clothes from its 10kg drum. Some of the loads it automatically calculates the programme time.
I have been so animated about this washing machine with friends and family. I would recommend this washing machine without any hesitation.

Quiet and good for big loads
Very quiet, certainly compared to our old machine! Big drum makes getting washing in and out easier, coped with our living room curtains with no problems.

Very happy customers!
Lovely machine, does everything it say's in the manual, so much easier with a bigger drum, guy's turned up on time, friendly and placed it exactly where we wanted it, very pleased with AO's service and definately our new machine.

Looks smart; incredibly quiet
Read on line how quiet it was and didn’t quite believe it, but yes this is the quietest machine I have ever owned. Big door allows easy access to laundry and the light is a cute touch. Programmes are not overly long and everything so far comes out clean. This machine does not have any tedious time delay on releasing the door lock when it is finished. Lots of choices re spin speed and temperature and you can create personalised programmes if you want. Seems like a goos purchase. Looking forward to many happy washes....

well built, easy to use. i have actually been using less powered and lower temps to wash our clothes and the have been coming out clean and smelling fresh

Quiet and effective
This machine machine is so quite, even when it’s spinning.
It’s got lots of great functions and my clothes coming out clean and fresh. Even though the spin is only 1400 I actually found my clothes had less residual water than my old machine which was 1600

Great Machine
So quiet you can forget that it is on. Fits large load with no issues, washes brilliantly. Great for washing Duvets and blankets. Would recommend.

Pleased with performance
Only had machine for one week but done several loads, still getting used to control panel but easy to navigate and lots of wash options. Extremely quiet and nice large drum with black seal which I like overall very pleased with wash performance and happy with choice.

Really REALLY quiet
Such a quiet machine, washes fine spins well, only issue we had was if we loaded the machine up with powder before we went to bed to come on overnight (economy7) the powder would clump in the dispenser and not go into the wash, didn’t happen in the day when it went straight on but every time over night it clumped up. Easily solved, we now use the liquid pods you chuck in with the wash. So nice not to be woken up in the night with the shake rattle and rolling of the old machine !

Highly recommended!
Drum is large enough to do washing for an average family, there are plenty of programs to choose from catering for all fabrics and level of soiled clothes. Love the way the machine has been designed to take the environment into consideration, providing superb results at low temperatures with adjustment to how much water is needed depending on load. To top it off it is so quiet, I actually keep checking to see if it is still working. Highly recommended.

Expensive but worth the money
This is a remarkable machine. It is expensive but certainly worth the money. It:
- Is very quite, even on a spin.
- Has a good selection of programs which can be modified to suit.
- Has a large 10kg capacity.
- Has a 5 year manufacturer warranty for the machine.
- Has a 25 year manufacturer warranty for the motor.
The programs are really well thought out. The wash cycle is done in a way that eliminates the need for a pre-wash. The rinse removes any trace of detergent and the spin cycle is done in a way that seriously reduces the need to iron most items.
I am very pleased with the machine and would recommend it.
