Silence is golden!
I bought this washing machine based on Reviews I had read. I hadn’t heard of this make before but thought I would give it a try. It is that quiet, I have to check that it’s on sometimes.
My previous washing machine sounded like it was about to take off across the kitchen floor but this one is super quiet!
The door sticks out a bit more than I thought it would as in the picture it looks quite flush to the front panel but it comes out approximately 4-5 cms. But it does look nice and I love the touch screen panel. Lots of programmes to choose from. I like the Auto mode as it weighs the clothes for you and washes, rinses and spins for the length of time that it needs. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Annoying door seal design
At the end of the wash there is usually a pool of water (sitting on top of the rubber door seal) which runs out on to the floor when you open the door.
It’s fairly quiet but louder and a bit of a knocking noise when spinning.

Onsite Dimensions Well Out & No Customer Service Contact
the machine itself seems to be great BUT the dimensions which AO give online are out by about 10cm. you don't know this until you get the booklet which comes with the machine which offers two sets of metrics. This has created enormous problems. We chose the appliance very very carefully mindful of the available space and it just fit. Attempts to speak with AO have failed. time outs after 45 live chat; no response to email and ongoing 45 min queues that go nowhere on the phone. I have an appliance which doesn't fit and no-one to talk to

A quiet and clever machine
Bought due to the noise rating, does not disappoint. This machine is very quiet, comes with extra noise dampening strips too. For this alone it has been worth it.
Good range of programs and options to customise them. The drum is massive so it really helps in getting through a big load or larger items like bedding. It looks pretty smart too and although totally unnecessary I really like the interior light and the little jingle it plays when done.

Whisper quiet
The quality is noticeable from the moment you see it. It weighs more than cheaper units and is more robustly manufactured for transit as there are strengthening bars across the back, holding in the solid transit rails. All this in addition to the normal 4 transit bolts. The installation instructions are listed in the handbook AFTER the troubleshooting pages instead of being described in the first few pages. Yes, that caught me out. Washes quietly and often have to double check as it is sooo quiet when spinning. Easy to use, good to look at, am very impressed with this product, well worth the extra cost.

great looking easy to use
Certainly the best washing machine I have purchased by far and this purchase and was due to a recommendation and feedback, you really don't notice the spin as you do with most machines . Would certainly recommend this machine

Quiet
Only had the machine two weeks but it seems good enough, it’s very quiet which I like, it has a timer delay so you can set it it to start in 6 hours time and you can fit plenty of washing in each wash.

Time for a change
Recently purchased a Haier washing machine after owning a Miele for 15 years. Only had it for a week but really please with it, good sized drum, good range of washes and temperatures and very quiet. My daughter recommended the brand after buying a fridge freezer and so far not disappointed.

Washing machine with A1 service
My new machine is absolutely ACE, so quiet,lovely big door, drum not too deep back, but big and roomy, easy to opoperate, no regrets, best machine I've ever had...and the service from ao was faultless

Good overallwashing machine
I am very happy with this washing machine we got the 10kg one but it has made washing alot easier, as normally I have to do 2 or 3 washes in one day just to keep on top of the kids clothes bedding etc but this washing machine managed to wash (for reference) 2 king size quilt covers, 2 double sheets, a single quilt cover, a single sheet,an adults towel dressing gown, and a pair of adult Jean's, adult t-shirt, 5 year old pants and t-shirt and onesie and a 10year old onesie pant t- shirt and underwear +socks in one 2 hour wash definitely worth the money and with the great weather meant my washing line is not sat idling ??

Pleasant Surprise
Never heard of Haier before but the features and guarantee on the motor tempted me. It’s quiet, looks great and the large drum is so useful. Very quiet. Would buy again.

Incredibly quiet machine. Very easy to use with accessible instructions. The machine is soild and well made with a 30 year drum guarantee.
We are so impressed with it.
The team communicate brilliantly, with a fantastic service right up to delivery.

Totally phenomenal
I don't want to sound like a sad old git however I cant rave enough about our new purchase Haier washing machine.
5* build quality and warranty to rival the best appliance models money can buy also note the machine is so quiet and smooth running we had to check its actually working

Quiet washing machine
For years we have had to pause the television while our old washing machine finished its noisy spin cycle. We no longer have to do this as this machine is super quiet, and it looks good too.
