Really like this machine, intuitive to use, extremely quiet and compact size. Could do with an alarm when finished a cycle. Overall does what it should with ease and looks good!

Haier washing machine 10kg
Lovely washing machine very quite, great 15 min wash and the daily wash brilliant. I believe its worth the money compared to others on the market. I would recommended this washing machine to all families.

Excellent
Great value when compared to similar models but with better known brand. Having had my last washing machine for a long time,the transition to this make the quietness Of the machine even more striking. It’s amazing. My wife has named me from speaking about it when with our friends and she thinks this makes me boring.

Exceeded Expectations
After our Bosch machine failed after 2 years it was time to look again. Deciding against Bosch from the past experience I was looking at other big brand names, then I stumbled across this machine when I filtered the depth of machine down to 55cm and under due to pipe work on wall we could not take a 60cm deep machine.
Never heard of this brand, did a bit of research, saw how big this company is in the Far East and with a 5 year free warranty I thought worth a go !
3 weeks in and I have to say this machine is extremely impressive, large drum size, multiple wash programs, steam function, looks great and a real plus point is it is very, very quiet. I though my Bosch washing machine was quiet until I got this.
The light inside the drum is a nice touch, ideal for making sure you do not miss a sock when emptying, also if you want to see how your wash is going just turn the program dial during the wash and it will come on
If I have to find fault it is that the program markers at the top of the dial do not quite line up with the programs and it is quite easy to select "mix" load instead of cottons. As the dial goes round they line up OK. After a few mistakes I now know where to put it.
One final positive is that every load has completed under 1.5 hours, even a max load of towels at 60 degrees. Previous Bosch would have been 2.5 hours
Clothes come out clean, fresh and well spun
Do not be put off because it is a name you may not have heard of. I highly recommend

Very happy with new Haier washing machine
This machine is so much quieter than my old one (not a Haier). Love the 15-minute and the daily wash programmes. Would recommend.

oh so quiet!!!
This washing machine is very stylish with great 10kg load yet compact in size. It's very smart, automatically setting the program after weighting the laundry load. It has loads of wash programs to choose from and you can also adjust the automatic setting to your preferences. This washing machine lights up inside which is also very cool. However, the best thing about it is that is soooo quiet!!!! Even on the full load and top spin you can barely hear it! It was the best choice and buy I've made!

This washer is amazing and whisper quiet very easy to operate cheap to run you can fit in loads of items each wash make sure you read the instructions as we removed the transit bolts then realised there were 4 more and 2 iron bars but it’s easy to do would definable recommend this washer

Fantastic washing machine
This is so far the best washing machine I had , so quite , laundry comes out smelling fresh , live the steam function and the light in drum is great touch ..no more forgotten socks in drum ...

Very impressed !!
This was purchased to replace an 8 year old integrated washing machine that had been on its way out for quite some time. I chose this machine based on the lack of negative reviews and i am not disappointed.
The drum is large and easy to load and the interior light is a nice touch. We have a kitchen / living space combined and our old machine was so noisy, this machine is almost silent, if its not spinning or filling with water it is easy to forget that it is on. The floor it is sat on is not the best and given that it has a 1400 spin cycle i was worried that it would be unbalanced when spinning given some of the reviews i have read on other brands and how important it is to make sure a machine is totally level on a perfect floor but this machine is great, if its got a heavy full load it might make a slight noise but nothing compared to what ive read about some other machines or our old machine.
I can only think of one slight niggle and that is that the graphic on the main dial does nt line up correctly with the graphics on the front panel when selecting some programs near the top of the dial, its not really an issue once you ve used the machine a few times and you know whats what. Ultimately the real question is given what i know if i had to buy another machine would i buy this one again ? The answer is yes, without any hesitation.
As always the service from AO was spot on, our old machine died one day and AO delivered my new one the next, no stress, no drama.

Haier Washing Machine
Purchased a Haier Washing Machine at AO by ringing up their customer service line and got a price match from the cheapest site I had found it on by getting £60 off of the the price listed on the AO website. Spoke to a very nice guy working from home in Manchester who promptly put the order through and got the washing machine delivered to me in 5 days and paid them £20 for the delivery driver to take my old washing machine away.
Great service and would definitely use AO again. Highly recommended and they get a five star rating from me..

A Very Robust Washing Machine
Very pleased with my new washing machine. Easy to use with lots of useful features that I will be using. I particularly like the daily wash program of which you can alter the temperature to suit the washing. Most of the programs are timed well so they are not taking for ever to finish.This washer seems very well made, it feel very robust on the body as well as on the dials and switches.

Perfect. More than meets our needs.
My initial thoughts were... It's ugly! But a week on and I don't even think about it. It's quiet, which i love. After it had been fitted and i put my first wash on, i was disappointed with the vibration on the spin. But a slight adjustment sorted that out.

Great QUIET machine for the price
Bought this to replace my noisy 8 year old Bosch washing machine. Oh my, it is quiet! So, so quiet! First cycle I stood there for ten mins marvelling at how quiet it was! :)
You get a lot of features for your money, massive drum, steam setting, quiet, a strangely useful drum light, etc etc, but it does lack the overall ‘thinking’ that goes into a washing machine like a Bosch.
The powder drawer is fiddly to fill and feels a bit flimsy, there’s a small pool of water that gathers in the seal at the end of the cycle that you need to wipe away before emptying, you only get one noise signal at the end of the cycle rather than a few more reminders before it turns off.
Most annoying the ‘spin/drain’ cycle is actually a rinse/spin/drain cycle. There might be a way to turn off the rinse but I’ve not found it yet (any suggestions greatly appreciated!). Which leads me to my last gripe- the instructions are terrible - explanations for each cycle would be really helpful to help you decide which is best.
To summarise- is this the best machine on the market? No, I doubt it.
Is this a fantastic machine for the price? Yes
Would I recommend? Absolutely yes!

Great Purchase
We bought this after we purchased a Haier dryer, so far we love it. The drum is large and the steam setting seems to work well on stains, we also like the short washes which are great when needed.
