I used this board for my second Ryzen 5 3600 build and I'm definitely more impressed with this one than my previous MSI Tomahawk B450 Max, which I read everywhere was the best for overclocking.
Well, I have found the Gigabyte is in fact better. To be fair, it would well be a better binned CPU but my 3600 on the Gigabyte generally runs the cores 100MHz higher than on the MSI. Running a CPUz stress test on the MSI, all cores stabilise and run at 3975. On this board, 4075! Also, more of the cores boost higher and several will hit 4200 as opposed to just one - and that's quite rare - on the MSI. Using the standard Auto OC on Ryzen Master will also mean that the core boost on this board will actually hit 4400! Setting the same Auto OC on the MSI results in no difference at all. Wow. To top it all, the max CPU voltage is lower on the Gigabyte than the MSI. For info, I have the latest BIOS installed on both.
So, it's a great performer. Functionality wise, it's also a pretty good board. Two NVME sockets as opposed to the one on the MSI. The RGB lighting is also far superior, if that's your thing. The BIOS is perfectly good too. The only downside for me is the lack of USB-C. The software utilities are hit and miss. SIV (which controls fan speeds) is really good. The RGB control software is just hit and miss.
So, really happy with the board - more so than the more expensive and recommended Tomahawk, It could be the CPU but if I could swap out my Tomahawk for another one of these, I would.

Aorus Elite con chipset B450 eccellente......bios semplice senza tante impostazioni complicate per chi come me non ha necessità di fare overclock super spinti ma gestire cmq al meglio il boost in automatico per un Ryzen 2600x e in tal caso attivare il profilo 1 in xmp per fare riconoscere le ram a 3200MHZ perchè al primo avvio le Gskill Trident Z andavano a 2400Mhz
Dopo una paio di avvi con app center di gigabyte installata chiede l'aggiornamento del bios anch'esso andato subito a buon fine
Quindi che dire io sono molto soddisfatto del prodotto e del chipset B450 molto stabile e sicuro
Mobo consigliata ad occhi chiusi per Ryzen 5 2600 o 2600x in tal caso per chi sceglie o ha acquistato un Ryzen 7 2700 o 2700x è preferibile una mobo con chipset x470 molto più performante ed indicata

the Motherboard arrived earlier than Amazon Tracking...Good design, had a problem with fixing this Mobo to a AVP Case
Due mainly to cramped space at the top of the case and being able to get the screws into the standoffs , mainly due to IO Shield but with some patience and I have fitted the MOBO into the case.. Thats has far has I got to at this moment (First time PC builder )

Quality wise it's seems OK for a cheap board. Only issue stopping me from giving it five stars is the clearance if using an AMD ryzen stock cooler. I've found you cannot use duel channel memory as the cooler over hangs the slot very slightly and will hit and put pressure on the memory module. If your using single channel like me then no issues but would have to change the cooler for duel channel.

This motherboard is amazing. The B450 chipset is great for overclocking and is such a good motherboard for how much it’s priced at. Only problem I ran into with this motherboard is that it only has 2 fan headers, which is fine is all you have is a cpu fan and rear fan but if you look to add more fans or a water cooling unit you should look at picking up a fan hub to go along with the motherboard. They aren’t very expensive and will only set you back a couple of extra pounds.

Ho deciso di comprare questa scheda madre perché mi sembrava la più accessibile sotto i 100€.
Tuttavia ad oggi avrei voluto spendere quei 20/30€ in più per prendere qualcosa di meglio.
La scheda madre di per sé non ha problemi, ma la dotazione è davvero molto povera:
Due cavi SATA, neanche mezza vite, neanche mezzo distanziatore per montarla nel case, niente di niente.
La scheda madre e i cavi SATA.
Inoltre grande pecca è la presenza di soli due attacchi per le ventole, di cui uno è per la ventola del dissipatore.
Di conseguenza mi sono ritrovato ad usare le viti della scheda madre precedente, a poter montare solo una ventola e a comprare un adattatore molex-3pin.
In pratica, spendeteli quei 30 euro in più, prendete una ATX se potete montarla e starete meglio.
Inoltre il BIOS non è niente di che, anzi ha una grafica che poteva essere sicuramente migliorata.
L'Asus di 7 anni fa che avevo prima (M5A97 Evo R2.0) era migliore sotto tutti gli aspetti, eppure costava uguale.

Great motherboard at an excellent price
I got it for Rs. 17309 during a lightning deal, and the motherboard is amazing for it's features at this price. Everything works as it should, BIOS is good (don't forget to boost your ram clock by setting xtreme profile in it), and it was easy to install, except for lack of in depth CPU cooler installation instructions, which you can google.
Sound quality from the sound card is amazing. I have highly sensitive earphones and I get no background hiss on it which I get on literally any other laptop/mobile. I built it with Ryzen 7 3700X, stock cooler, Zotac 2080 Ti. 16GB 3600MHz CL17 ram, crucial P1 SSD and corsair RM 750 PSU.

Awesome motherboard!! - Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC
This is my second PC build and my second Gigabyte Motherboard (Still have GA-B85M-D3H, 4th Generation Intel; which I had purchased 6-7 years ago). It was time to upgrade. I bought it in the Great Indian Festival (Amazon) for 15k, it was originally priced at 17.6k. So it was a pretty sweet deal and I took it without hesitating.
I have paired it with a Ryzen 7 3700x (supported right out of the box). I won't be overclocking until I feel the need to do so, but I had seen the UEFI BIOS, it has a plethora of options which would certainly be helpful. I won't be gaming on this, would be using it for development purposes.
- ATX build, should be compatible with most of the cases available.
- Very good build quality, the heatsinks are a nice addition
- Felt the strength while installing the CPU cooler: AMD Wraith Prism, I could confidently apply pressure.
- Clean and aesthetic look
- Has RGB strips on the left hand side of the board, but they are not that prominent, I guess they are meant to illuminate the back of the board and giving an elevated effect. Some might mind this.
- It comes with onboard LED indicators for CPU, RAM, VGA & BOOT. They are helpful for troubleshooting, incase of failure in any component.
- It takes around 3-4 seconds for the Windows 10 (May Update, ver 2004) Lock screen to come up after power on. This was on a regular Kingston SSD. Pretty slick I would say.
- I wouldn’t recommend the Gigabyte apps, they are kind of bloatware.
- The box contents contain a driver CD as well. Thought of mentioning it.
I won't go into the technical details of the board, that information is easily availble on the Gigabyte website. However I would like to mention that the board I had got was shipped with F2 BIOS version. I had registered this on the Aorus website for warranty purposes, it comes with 3 years of warranty from the date of purchase. The board was imported on August 2020.

Overall a good mobo

1. It is made in China. Seller had mentioned it as made in Taiwan, which is false.
2. rgb present on the rear side or the mobo is not visible from the front. I dont get the point of having rgb in places where no one can see.
Some users has reported usb 2.0 hitching in reddit post, i didn't face any such problem till now. I updated my bios to f11 version using qflash before installing any processor. Gigabyte claims that the usb issues are fixed in this bios, at least i didn't face any such problem. f11 bios is renamed to f12 now.
My ryzen 5800x is working flawlessly.

280watts to 130watts full cpu draw,3900x power consumption
installed 3900x .with all default auto setting in bios,in 3dsmax vray render i was getting 300 watts(1050gtx 16gb ram,512 nvme all together),and by help of youtube videos i undervolt it with.9 volt.now iam getting 130 watts.huze current save,with sacrifying 20% performence.it is taking power like my old 8 core cpu..

Best in the Price range
Awesome Motherboard in the range, Best in my opinion. I bought it during a sale so got Rs. 1500 off.
Easy to install as it comes with a D connector, 2 M.2 NVMe slots,
Cones with PCIE 4x16 slot, you can upgrade your Gfx card to RTX 30 series.
The WiFi range is good, provided you use the antenna.
B550 chipset already supports the ryzen 5000 series processors..
Make sure you turn on Extreme Memory Profile from BIOS to see the expected DRAM clock speed.

Best motherboard
This motherboard has everything you need in a budget motherboard best value for money. RGB, ARGB, NVME gen4, PCIe Gen4 good of you are using RTX 3000 series. Hybrid fan headers automatically identify of you are using a fan or aio pump and with fan stop that turns the fan off if you're watching movies or left something for downloading overnight. 5+3 phase power design is very good my Ryzen 5 3600 never drops below 4ghz on last motherboard Asus exa320m it berely touched 4ghz use to fluctuate a lot in speeds. Maximum ram speed supported is 5100(O.C) and Ryzen 5000 ready.

Awesome Motherboard at best price!
One of the best Motherboard. I suggest everyone to purchase this from Amazon. I received a genuine Aorus Motherboard from Appario Electronic Amazon! This Motherboard support multiple fans along with 3 PCIE express port and 2 m.2 port whis is fantastic at this price point.

Good one
Not my first choice but good value anyway. Initially had problem accessing bios but no more problem after installing v3 of bios. Core boost was on by default, so it over clocked my CPU. I had to turn it off.
