Liebes Gardena-Team,

ich hätte zwei Fragen:

1. Sie haben doch sicherlich den Marktüberblick für Ihre Produkte. Kennen Sie ein Konkurrenzprodukt, welches noch schlechter ist als ihr Produkt? Ich kenne keinen Schlauch, der noch leichter knickt als ihr Produkt; dabei habe ich schon viele Schläuche "durch".
2. Kennen Sie ein Konkurrenzprodukt, welches bei einer derart schlechten Qualität noch teurer verkauft wird als das Gardenaprodukt?

Funktioniert als Schlauch nur, solange man ihn sehr sorgfältig gerade auszieht. Das sehr weiche Material knickt sehr leicht ab und der Wasserfluss wird gestoppt. Dann heißt es zu der entsprechenden Stelle zurückgehen und de Knick beseitigen.
Für ein Markenprodukt ein enttäuschendes Ergebnis! Ich werde sehr genau überlegen ob ich noch einmal ein Produkt dieses Herstellers kaufe.
Ergänzung: Der Schlauch macht bei niedrigeren Temperaturen weniger Probleme, lässt aber immer noch zu wünschen übrig. Anpassung auf 2 Sterne.

So einen schlechten schlauch hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr gehabt. Wie bereits auch mehrfach von anderen Käufern geschrieben sehr dünnen und knickbares material. Ärgerlich jedesmal muss man sämtliche knicken im schlauch beseitigen um zu gießen. (? Schade darum auch wenn Das Produkt von einem marktführenden Hersteller kommt kein bisschen zu empfehlen.. hatten in eigentlich als 2 schlauch gekauft aber glaub dieser wird nun nur noch als Stückl schlauch verwendet.. schade drum aber einen besseren Zweck erfüllt er nicht wenn man sich nicht andauernd ärgern mag

Heavy duty quality hose which should last much longer than cheaper items which due to thinness soon deteriorate.
If untwisted after pulling out ( or unrolling which avoids twisting, not so easy as not on a reel, ) the hose will lay straight with no kinks. It has a 2 color length stripe which makes it easier to untwist
If you continually walk in the same circular direction while using it you twist it up again and have to untwist to avoid kinks. Alternatively if you circle clockwise 1st time and anti clockwise second time & repeat this sequence every time you use it you will not twist & get kinks. Same applies to electric lawn mower cables Irons etc. NOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW THIS! judging from the complaints in the ratings.
Why manufacturers of coiled items don't warn you of this & instruct buyers how to avoid this is beyond me.
Kinking of hose pipes is exceedingly annoying. Kinking of electric cables is ultimately dangerous as it breaks the internal insulation leading to short circuit which may cause harm. If your cable appears "knobly" then it is kinked & should be unkinked. The knobs show you which way it is twisted so you can twist it the opposite way.
Hope this helps some of you.

nach ca. einem Monat haben sich an verschiedenen Stellen im Gartenschlauch Beulen gebildet. Eine Beule ist geplatzt und es trat Wasser aus. Anhängend ein Bild von dem geplatzten Gartenschlauch. Von GARDENA hätte ich bessere Qualität erwartet.

The hose pipe is good, string, sturdy and does what it needs to no problem, and a good price. However, this was delivered to my Grandad who is 84 years old, and early 84 years old as he struggles to walk. Anyway for some reason the driver DEMANDED to see some form of ID to prove he was over 18 and it was an age restricted item!! Absolute joke for a man who struggles to move, he had to fish out his passport he not used for 10 years. Hassle and waste of time, left my Grandad feeling vulnerable

Ordered this as grey with blue stripe like the one I have but garden hose it isn't, mine has a black stripe also I now see. MY gardens hose doesn't link and its soft and flexible. This is ok for fluid transfer as long as you don't move it as it links readily so no use as a garden hose

I chose this hose because it seemed to be good value for its features, and was thinking that being lightweight was an important characteristic for me, as I am not in the first flush of youth anymore. However, compared with my old hose (which blistered and eventually ruptured but was as stiff and heave as anything) this is quite pliable and light, which means that it's very easy to get a kink in it as you are moving along the garden. I might be able to sort it out eventually, but when I installed it today it was a bit like fighting with an Anaconda...Overall. it seems to have been a good purchase though.

It's a hose. I needed a lightweight hose, but the collapsible flat boxes just perish too easily. This one is more robust but not as light as the flat type. That said it seems a reasonable hose for a fair price. It can kink so don't pull at it or it could shut your water off.

High quality hose, which doesn't collapse on itself on a warm day. I previously bought a cheap hose for car washing, which was false economy as I have now thrown it away as totally useless.

If you were hoping for a hose which doesn't kink you'll be disappointed. It's just as prone to kinking as my 10 year old Hozelock one which I replaced mainly for that reason.

Great but why does Amazon require a signed delivery of proof for being over 18? A Garden hose is hardly a murder weapon. I suppose you could attach it to a car exhaust or hang youself with it of maybe water board someone??
