Great computer quick to load and easy to use. I would recommend this computer if you only want it for general use but not gaming.

the keyboard dose not work as it should and the time clock dose not keep the right time
not lot if the above was all right this computer could be good please replace it with a good one quickly.

Poor customer service
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware! I bought a laptop direct from Dell with a warranty. It has broken within its warranty with a hardware fault (broken charger socket) but Dell refuse to honour their warranty.

New version, poorer quality
I purchased this the older version of this laptop in 2018 and the performance has been excellent. Not only that it is a solid laptop with a great keyboard and ultra 4hd. It even looks like a Mac!
However this new model is a cheaper plastic version. Whilst the screen size is bigger and the performance is the same, the quality of the materials used to build this are not as good as e older version. Disappointed.

Very utter slow performance.😟
I have never expected this type of products from amazon. Laptop is very good for looking. But PERFORMANCE OF LAPTOP IS VERY VERY UTTER SLOW. Mouse pad also not responding for most of the times. Mobile connect also not working properly.

Actually it's a good laptop.
But the battery backup is not so good as the manufacturer claims.
They claim 6 hours of battery backup which is according to my laptop only 3 to 4 hours ,otherwise product is good , smooth and processing is also very good, be sure if you update your device and then restart it , Otherwise the Laptop is good.

No laptop bag.
Product does not come with a laptop bag. This is very inconvenient as I had to order a bag separately and that is taking time.
