I bought this for a friend who had never used a computer before and I was a bit nervous, but I should not have worried the product was fine and so far 4 months later have had no problems with it

Excellent little laptop, very little reserve in battery but I only use it in the house. The feet were missing but the good lady sent me a new set by return post, brilliant service.

Perfect for students
I got this Laptop 6-7 years ago. And it gave the best performance. Lately, it has been lagging a lot. The camera is 0.03mp and hence crappy. But the laptop was amazing for a long time. Worth the money. I will not recommended for lifetime, but if anyone wants this for temporary purpose like high school students, and get a better one later, its pocket friendly and worthy.

My girlfriends old laptop was past its best, so i bought this one for her.
It is a refurbished laptop, some of the keys are faded and there are a few scratches on the keyboard area, but they really are barely notacible.
The design on the back of the laptop is immaculate, it is really crisp and really completes it. She was over the moon with it.
It runs Windows XP, it has been completely wiped of any third party software or bulkware which is great, msconfig was blank and there was nothing running on it what so ever, so i had a clean slate to start with.
It boots fast, operates fastish and for the price i really couldn't have hoped for better.

I bought 2 of these laptops for my children as gifts and they worked ok at the start but very quickly died, by this I mean that they both developed faults very quickly and had to be sent back, very dissapointed!

Overall for the price you cannot really argue against this product. Unfortunately the case to this laptop is not secured properly and there is gaps in the casing. Along with this my specific laptop is extremely unreliable and will not stay connected to the internet, if it connects at all. Also the battery has no charge and holds no charge.
If i could i would send it straight back and want my money back. Unfortunately it has been too long since i received this product and properly used it to send it back.

I've had no problems with it, but I do wonder about the quality of electronic equipment in general, as the push towards lower prices and higher profits marches inexorably on. The finish is OK, but the faux carbon fibre surfaces fool no-one, and seem to retain more fingerprints than a police database.
There is no soft click on closing the lid, as there is no catch, and not really anything to grab hold of when opening it, so a little functionality has been sacrificed for style and simplicity.
Other than that, I'm very pleased with the purchase, and believe that I made the right choice.

Great Value, amazing performance
I was looking for a laptop with good speed, and decent graphics, also decent with gaming. After searching for reviews and looking for one that wasn't too expensive I found this one here. MY son helped to choose it and I am very happy. The delivery went smoothly , quick and efficient. Well packet and after using it for a couple of weeks I can recommended it totally. Very happy with it.
