It uses durable Japanese capacitor and 750 comes with all the required cables (in black). ATX and motherboard cables come with black mesh sleeve which seems durable and cable quality is solid as expected from Corsair.
It came with 2 of motherboard cables as some gaming motherboards (like mine, Gigabyte Aorus Pro Wi-Fi) need more than 8-pin supply.
It came with many of SATA and PATA ports and all the required cables which you can pick and use at your need. All the cables were neatly packed in a handy bag.
The package also comes with some ties, Corsair badge (to stick on your PC case), 4 standard PSU screws, manuals and of course, power supply cable.
You can hear starting fan sound when Windows start and fan stops if PSU is running at low temperatures. Fan runs at different speeds at different temperature levels, but you can hear fan running if it is running at the maximum RPMs.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Installation is a breeze thought some cables tend to be very stiff at the end because of built-in capacitors. Cable length is right where you would expect it, not too long neither short.
Zero fan-rpm modes is awesome, it really reduces the noise from the PC. In fact, the fan rarely spins up at normal loads. It sure starts while gaming but that's to be expected :)
Very satisfied overall and I do recommend it to whoever wants a stable power solution without breaking the bank.

Seriously though, for Corsair to supply you with the cables - they're essentially pleading that you buy their cable extensions. The rebar cables are a money grab. It's either that, or they're graciously supplying you with registered weapons that are in the form of PSU cables.

What I'll add to the mix is that I had one that was almost 10 years old die for some reason and Corsair replaced it no hassle. I think it was a 650 Watt and because of the Zombie apocalypse they did not have any on stock so they sent me a 1000 watt HX1000i instead (!). I'm not saying you'll luck out like that, but Corsair obviously wants to keep their customers happy!
Working with their customer support was easy and they actually sent the replacement by FedEx from Hong Kong.
Good to know a company has great customer service.

Pros:
- Working great
- Looks good
- Runs quiet
- Good amount of cables
- Some black sleeved cables
- Bag that holds cables is nice
- 10 year warranty
Cons:
- A bit pricey (bought it for $120 USD but drops to $85 so keep an eye out)
- Installation was a bit difficult/tricky*
*Cables were pretty short and really stiff
- PSU would make a really low humming/coil sound for 1st 3 days**
**Will update if any issues arise
**Update_1: Almost 3 months later, the sound came back, but it shouldn't be an issue with a headset on.
**Update_2: Coil sound continued throughout the year during heavy usage but no issues other than the sound which gets blocked out by earphones anyway.

I will admit that, though, that my checklist for buying a PSU is simply: "Is it at least $150? Then it's probably quality and will endure at least a decade of use". So take this 5-star review I am flinging in your direction with a grain of salt.
