Хорошая модель
- + качественный, приятный визуально и тактильно, быстрый и бесшумный АФ. на L объективах как всегда контраст и цвет лучше, чем на RF 35 1.8, например. хороший, бесшумный стаб.
- - скучная картинка и f4. виньетирование в крайних положениях ощутимое и хочется, чтоб его было меньше. куча профилей правят картинку, выпрямляют дисторсию, виньетку, хроматику и от этого картинка становится скучной и боке дурацкое. если посмотреть картинку в RAW без коррекций камеры(допустим C1), то картинка чуть приятней...

- + Хороший репортажный объектив. Использую только для фото. Картинка супер резкая, контровой держит просто изумительно, практически не хроматит (ну если только под лупой)
Автофокус - это вообще отдельное!) Это моя первая L-ка - сперва показалось что автофокус либо выключен либо не работает. Никогда не видел такую молниеносную фокусировку, и абсолютно...

- - Для кого-то может покажется темным, но лично я обычно ниже 2.8 диафрагму не открывала, чаще всего снимаю семьи, поэтому 4 для меня норм!

I upgraded from a Canon 80d. Wanted to try a full frame camera. Coming from a canon background the learning curve has not been too bad. I enjoy using the camera. As a stills camera it is wonderful. Better low light capability and higher iso is very nice. I don't care that much about video but for the casual family events I have shot it has been fine. I am waiting for the additional native r glass that is coming this year. With the adapter canon ef and ef-s glass works fine but I have found that third party lens are hit and miss. I have tried my Tampon 16-300 with poor results. Auto focus is poor. Chromatic aberration is unacceptable and it is totally unpredictable when a photo will work and when it will not.
I still have my 80d but am having a hard time finding a reason to still use it. I think my daughter will like it.

I would consider myself an amateur photographer working towards advanced but I’m very picky about quality and this is a great camera. It doesn’t require much editing at all to get great quality pictures that are sharp. I had the rebel t6 and the 80d and the build quality feels as sturdy as the 80d. With the L lens (24-105mm USM) it adds a good amount of weight but to really experience what this camera can do, it’s important to match it with good glass. I was going to get the R but I wanted to get into the world of mirrorless full frame without breaking the bank and still getting a lens that I can use on my next purchase. I’ll probably eventually upgrade in the next few years or maybe sooner but the RP is doing everything that I hoped it would! Definitely grab yourself another battery for all day photography and if you’re going to do a lot of video you might even need three batteries.

If you already shoot with a Canon EOS DSLR, this will be an easy transition for you. With an adapter ($99 separate) you can use all your old EF and EF-S lenses. Picture quality is good. There are some quirks (primarily video) that are well publicized on the photo sites so there's no surprises. It's amazing what 15 years has done in technology wise compared to my older Canon DSLR.
The 24-105 lens in this kit is one of the nicer kit lenses. Not an expensive hunk of glass, but more than adequate.

I love that it’s full frame, but the body is small. It makes for a smaller carrying case to bring around. The 24-105mm lens means it can handle most shots without carrying additional lens. I went from a large camera backpack that was too much of a hassle to bring anywhere, to a lunchbox size camera back. And the picture quality is awesome!

Great smaller Full Frame Canon Camera. Only cons are the lenses are expensive and large. They need some smaller pancake primes and to add uncropped 4k video recording.

Fantastic camera. Absolutely love it. Intial release everyone complained about it not having 24 fps, but Canon just released a firmware updating it with 24p. Now it's a complete package

I could care less about video quality or what it cant do. This is an awesome upgrade from a t4i, i use it for stills, and i absolutely love it. So worth the upgrade.

This is by far the most used and most versatile lens in my kit. I previously had an EF mount 24-105mm f/4 L II and was very happy with that lens - this RF version improves on it in every way. I'll let you read the extensive reviews on the internet for details, but suffice it to say that the image quality is excellent, the IS is very capable, and the focus performance is great. I like the addition of the control ring as well. The lens is on the heavier side, but I think that's fair given its versatility, speed, and construction.

Excellent Lens to start of with. If not the best but perfect for enthusiasts and video creators. Good depth and sharpness almost throughout the zoom range. A bit costly though as new RF mount lens. I got it in good great indian sale deal listed around 76k and got 5 percent cashback about rs4200 so it was 71800. used with my Canon R5 and got excellent results with it and I will use it for more video work as a youtuber.
