I got the Blackberry housing for a friend who's phone had been through the wars. I saw the phone today and it was nite and day, the fit was very good; the keys were responsive and everything worked. she was quite satisfied.

i got it for my wife's 8520 and it looks amazing,no missing parts, buttons fine (no tight )great white color that call atention of the phone,this is 5 stars

I purchased this battery just to see if it indeed was as a described because of the ridiculous price posted. Let me say, I will NEVER pay full retail for my cell phone accessories again ! ! ! The shipping was fast and the battery came packaged as if I bought it from my carrier - no second hand battery here! You may want to get a second to have on hand.I am upgrading my phone and as soon as it arrives I will be placing another order for an extra battery.

The items were here suoer fast...though they do look really cheap. they most definitely are not origianl...but I guess it will do for know..and for the price it wasnt that bad

My daughter upgraded her phone and passed her Blackberry on to Mom. The old battery held a full charge for a very short time. After going to several retailers and not having the battery in stock, I ordered from Amazon. The battery came in in a few days and fit perfectly and the cell works great. I saved money on the off the shelf stores and the wife is happy with her phone. Win, Win!

I bought this 6 months ago and I replace a really old beat up t-mobile blackberry 8520, everthing fits great I think the keyboard was kinda weird at first but it broke in in a couple of weeks. Screws are not included so make sure you have the set from your old blackberry, Tools are included. Btw this housing has my bb looking brand new(-_-)

This has been a great battery for me so far. My phone's original battery only lasted about 3 months and this one has been a big improvement. When I first got my phone the battery only lasted 10-12 hours, and that is with the original brand new battery. With this battery my charge lasts about 18 hours!

I purchased this item to use it outside of the US because it said it would work internationally but its impossible to make it work with the internet here in venezuela, its always on lower case edge so its useless, i took it to many places to fix it and they say that the IMEI is blocked, which means that is either reported as stolen or registered as someone elses phone... this makes me doubt that the phone is actually new...

I ordered a black cell phone from this seller and evething went well except that I received a white cell phone in a box saying that it contains a black one. I'm planning to keep it just because I need it and don't want to trouble myself with the return process.

This product was great. You can only buy BB batteries from RIM and they are $30. This was an authentic BB battery and it was sent in less than 4 days. Expect some minor changes to the way your phone will "clock", HOWEVER, it does not affect device performance.

I ordered this and had it about 4 months prior to actually needing it. It doesn't work.My phone flashes off and on and it never charges or changes. I left it in about 10 minutes before I became afraid it would ruin my phone and removed the battery.

The case is not original, and the photo is totality false, two part not coming (Trackpad Track Pad Navigation Key Button and Repair Replacement ) I buy four items by $55.96. I ungry with the purchase.

Got it for a friend and she liked how long her battery life was. Her old one was dying. Of course a little while later she got a new phone! But this one was cheap & served its purpose.

This came sooner then i thought. I brought this for my wife because she got her old phone wet and wasnt really working right so brought this and as soon as we got it we put it on everything fits perfect she loves it so its worth the price.

What a nightmare - I bought 2 of these thinking its a blackberry-made product. I see the company symbol on it but Im not sure if its authentic.I couldnt charge my phone with either charger - I bought a new battery thinking that was the problem. Still doesnt charge. Customer service convinced me my blackberry was too old. I bought a new blackberry - tried to charge it with both of these chargers (1 at work and 1 at home) and sure enough it didnt charge my brand new phone.Moral of the story: dont buy this thing.

The main reason for buting this product is because the pictures and discription promised a trackpad. since this is what i need most the rest is totally useless to me.

The quality of this item is the poorest ever met on Amazon. Once trying to get the first screw in place, item broke. The installer just replace it by a Genuine one and it went well to my phone. Unfortunately I bought 2 of it.

I bought this case because the keyboard it suppose to be white, and they send me a grey one, plus it has scratches and it doesn't come with the tools like the photo.Don't waste your money, they are not a serious company

I needed a battery and wasn't going to pay the immense price from the Cellular store; this was on time and it worked GREAT i need to order more just for backup!
