I have a Curve 8530 that is over two years old. The battery got so bad that I couldn't hold a charge for the day. It was lasting a few hours and I wasn't even using the device. I purchased this for five dollars but take caution it's coming from Hong Kong! This battery was purchased around Halloween and I got it around Thanksgiving even though the delivery window said early December. Regardless, I did receive it in perfect condition in a sealed electronics grade plastic zip-lock and there's a seal at the bottom where the outlets fit. It fixed my problem and now I can go a few more months with my old, but trusty Blackberry. I should also mention it made the plastic back cover fit like it should again. My old battery must have been flattened down by age and constant removal to reboot the unit when it would crash.

I saw complaints about the phone not being completely unlocked and the phone being damaged or it was old because they saw data from a previous user. I didn't see anything on my phone that showed it was previously owned. I do regret buying this phone just because it was so expensive but it was really good for texting quickly. If you have money to spend and you want a blackberry for whatever reason, this phone is nice for texting. I wouldn't recommend it for web browsing, same goes for any blackberry phone.

Compre este producto porque es original y cumple con mis expectativas y es completo trae todas sus partes, recomendaria a otra persona a comprarlo, ya el producto esta en mi pa?s, en la aduana solo espero que lo liberen, para as? poder hacer uso de este y embellecer mi smartphone.Buy this product because it is original and meets my expectations and is completely brings all its parts, would recommend to someone else to buy it, and the product was in my country, in the office just hope they release, in order to make using this and beautify my smartphone.

This product almost broke my Blackberry instead of charging it. Initially I left it to charge on its own and I came back to a dead Blackberry that was blinking a red light. I took the phone to Verizon where it was determined that the charger was not supplying the correct amount of charge to the phone and the attendant remarked that I was lucky that the phone's battery was damaged during that process. I'm not going to buy these types of product online anymore.

Product is as pictured, and cord is heavy gauge. I am not sure if the cable length was listed, but I wish they were a little longer. Great length for the car, but a little shorter than I would like for home use. They seem to be about 1 meter, and I am sure that is the length advertised since it is pretty standard.All in all an excellent buy if you are patient about the air mail from China, which takes a while. Worth the wait.

I was looking for a travel adapter for my blackberry when I found this one, with an excellent price, I didn't realized that it comes from China, well it took a lot more than a month to arrive, the price doesn't make worth the long time waiting, too much, I have bought products in China before and this one took more than all of the others. I bought 4 and only 3 of them work perfectly.

When I opened the box, it looked just like the battery charger and cord I had lost, but my eyes deceived me. The charger itself is pretty good, but the the wire that came with it was horrible. I plugged it into my blackberry and it didn't even charge. The wire had a very loose attachment to the phone. Don't buy it.

The package was delivered on time, but assumed it would include some level of installation instructions. Struggled with the disassembly and re-assembly process with these very delicate parts.

This OEM BB Rim home wall travel adapter worked for two days and my son said that he had to hold the charger in w/ his hand to even get his phone to charge. I contacted Amazon and received my refund. Very disappointed w/ this product. My bad for not doing my research.

The USB cable isn't working just have it pack down home an not using an the charger is kinder working it only chargers the phone half way only an that's all it does don't reach any further than half way sorry for the response at this time .

Not oem, speaker does not work, faceplate poorly made, do not buy. keyboards letter seem to be handwritten. Simply terrible. A waste of money.

I purchased this item and even though the delivery date that was stated, indicated that I may get this housing late January, early February, I have already received it!!! The product itself is complete and fit perfectly well. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. :)

Works perfectly fine. The exec I got this for is very blackberry centric so I was sure to find him an exact match instead of just throwing any cable and usb wall charger on his desk.

this item is fake i compared it the one a i have home which came with the original blackberry not the same charges really slow and also the gold lettering are completely off from the original meaning this is a not a oem product be careful Sold by: BytesOfDeals

I bough this extra charger for when I travel. The only problem which is not a big problem is that I wished the USB cable was a bit longer. Other than that great product.

incomplete, missing parts some parts for a different model i guess it looks used one and when i bought it it says new and original so i don't know if i was the unlucky one but i wont buy again from this guy

The product looked correct until we went to plug the one end into the phone and it would fall right out.. the plug end would not latch into the phone. so if you picked the phone up or moved it the charger would fall right out.

It looks as if it's real but it isnt. The bezel doesnt fit in tightly and the blackberry logo in the back comes off with the sticker. Buttons are uncomfortable and the screen also is thick and you can almost not fully touch the touchpad. oh well.. i wasted my money. hope you dont waste yours.

My company is extremely disappointed with this product. In the supplier's defense, they did replace the initial charger that did not work upon delivery and credited back the price. The second charger that was sent arrived late due to some kind of mislabeling mishap on their end. I received the new charger and it lasted for about two weeks, intermittently before finally going dead.I have an OEM charger that I use for my other phone which works just fine so it's not the phone. I would just like to be able to charge both phones at once instead of sharing the one charger.Ultimately, the company is so so, but the trust in product is just not there. Hopefully the company will work on these things to up the standard in the future.

The charging wall socket works for other usb cords, which is great and since we do not have the blackberrys anymore, we gave the cord to our friend who did not have a usb cord for his phone.
