I found it a fabulous product comes with everything you look at the pictures. I found it the speed with which it shipped and comes with screwdrivers and all its original parts that makes it a great product! Recommended!

I ordered this battery hoping it would help my situation. I received my battery and immediately noticed it was used. I tried to put it to charge and it did not work. I displayed an error message on the screen. I took it to a cell phone store and the rep told me the battery was corrupted/used/dead. I'll try another seller, but be warned these batteries are a gamble.

I installed everything and it looked great although i had to take the buttons from the original blackberry the little metallib buttons. It doeesn't fit properly and dust collects under the screen, just terrible I will just have to buy a new phone now. This sucks.

I purchased this item from FGS, with fulfillment by Amazon. The phone arrived, looked nice, and seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. As I was planning to take it to Tmobile to activate a few days later, I played around with some of the features. After about 3 hours, the screen went black, the phone turned off, and no amount of battery pulls made the red light come on, or the phone turn on. Disappointment.Amazon's return policy means I got my $200 back, but the delay was annoying. If I had to guess, I think that while the phone was an unlocked phone, it was not new. Most likely a refurbished. If you've had trouble with refurb equipment, that's what my experience stunk of.Caveat Emptor.

I paid almost 200 bucks for this phone and it doesnt even turn on OR charge .You've pisssed me offff.

I am very pleased with this Blackberry travel chaarger adapter with the (very practical) USB Data Sync cable. I just ordered it a few days ago and there it was waiting for me in my mail when I get home. Its better than what I expected. The price was great, but to get it in a few days, that was even better! The data sync cord/cable that plugs into the outlet thingy isnt super long, which is ok because its how I jacked the other cord up in the first place. And I can use it to plug into my computer when syncing. So practical. I am pleased. And, one more thing, the ends of the cord are rounded. It just seems that it would help preventing any bending and cracking (which happened to my original charger). I never seen anything like this. I like.

Can't say too much, item received in non-working order - some trouble shooting on my part: cable worked fine but the important part (AC adapter) did not. I did note that there did not seem to be any power indication on unit that tells you it is inserted completely in outlet and functioning. So if you like that feature, keep looking. Amazon shipment was super easy to return and receive refund. Accidently ordered new one from HongKong - still waiting, and sure to be a pain to return if it doesn't work either.

Purchased a blackberry curve to use in Jamaica. It was brand new still in the original box and seal not broken. Item shipped promptly. Unlocked international no problem using in Jamaica. Very pleased with product. Easy to use. Would purchase from this seller again.

Great product and great price, charges the phone perfectly. I use it for when i'm traveling and i love how it has the small adapter which saves on space and weight.

The merchandise arrived within the time established, however I ended up using just the back cover, and the plastic keypad because the rest was not as good material as the original. Some of the metal parts inside the chassis were already bent and didn't make good contact with the battery.

Charger looked same as factory....but didn't work when plugged in. Had bad connections. Wouldn't charge phone.I couldn't use this product

Excellent seller recommended 100%. It works perfectly in Venezuela with any operator of cellular telephony. fully released. tested Movilnet and Digitel. Good product comes in its box with all accessories and instructions manuals are in Spanish.

I feel cheated. I was offered the product is not the same as that sent me, not the brand blackberry, put the photos are real and not trick people.

The pieces came in looking perfect. the Front half(keybord faceplate, and screen cover) work perfect. The back half were all the 'guts' are gave me an issue. The phone will ring,and i cant hear when someone calls. The speaker phone is perfect while the ?Ear phone? was not. Now i did notice some ?Bronze? connectors in the back that appear to lead to the earpice. Their problem is the lack of glue holding them in place. Once i RE disassembled the new housing i noticed the bronze connectors flopping around all willie niillie. I pressed the connections in place ,extra hard this time. and i still have no working Ear piece. ALSO the tools came in a few days after my "OEM ...full housing faceplate" that was annoying.

Order this because it could act as both wall charger and USB connector to the computer. It stopped working 2 weeks after I received it, fraying by the mini USB end of the plug. Bought a more expensive one and it's working perfectly. Spring for a better one that won't break.

This charger took forever to charge my phone (never actually charged it completely) and then, after about a week of use, I noticed that the wires were starting to emerge from the casing.Poorly made, cheap and useless.

RIM seems to be struggling to keep up with other phone manufacturers, but if you are looking for a fairly basic unlocked smartphone (with a pretty good keyboard), this is a decent "cheap" option.Phone came brand new, fully unlocked, HOWEVER, it was shipped and sold by Amazon when I bought it, so your mileage may vary with other distributors (as the reviews below me seem to indicate).I've had this phone for 9 months now, and it's survived many nosedives into concrete (maybe I've just been lucky) so it gets extra points for durability.Also, as an aside, been charging it using my Kindle charger for 6 months now, and my battery is still great, if anyone finds themselves charger-less like me. :)
