Best in this price!
I've been using this phone since more than a year now and believe me, I appreciate my decision of getting this phone for 7000 a year ago.
If you're looking for a phone within this range, having good RAM and storage, bigger screen and if you don't want too hi-fi cameras, this is too good to go for.
I've been using different kinds of app, even heavier ones, for study, photo/video editing, heavy gaming like PUBG and COD and many others applications installed simultaneously. It's working smoothly!
And no, it doesn't heat up with heavy usages.
There's one drawback I'd like to focus on, you don't get updates! That's sad. I'm still using Android 8.1 on this phone when every other devices are already up with latest Android versions.
Overall I'd say, it's a good to go for this price!

Just go for it.
Don't be fooled by negative reviews. This is an awesome mobile especially for this price.
Picture quality :
good but not awesome. Especially because of flaws in Bokeh mode.
Sound quality :
Extraordinary. It has two speakers and they work extremely well.
Battery life :
Fantastic. If you're heavy user then you can use this phone straight for 8 hours just for gaming. For medium to light users phone has comfortable battery life of 1.5 days
Storage:
Out of 32 GB you can use 25 GB
I think it does not support micro SD card.
However the phone is very fast.
Android: 7.1 nogut upgradable to Oreo.
Picture quality :

An average contender
An average contender. The touch is not great and Mediocre touch reponse from the screen and screen quality is ok not great nor bad. Sound from speaker is good and from the headphones very poor , if your frequent headphones user this is not phone for you. Camera is average, given the price I can't complain on this.Software on this mobile pure andoid stock experience and I would say they haven't utilized the full power of the processor and needs more improvement from the software side , eg they can add sound add-on like Dirac or dobly for better audio output for headphones, gesture support etc. Battery is big selling point for this mobile , housing 4000 mah is a huge boost , but after the Oreo update battery back up not great , they have to fix this as soon as possible.
Given the price, the mobile performs very average and that is expected and we have to live with this .But as a user I can't comprise on my preference eg ,sound on the headphones is very poor and software update are not frequently released.If you want to be succesfull in this market you have to listen to the consumer, I think 10 or haven't done this and I hope they listen and meet our expectations in future.
Final verdict is, this mobile will statisfy most users, since it has all the functions what big fishes are offering in the market. One big negative I would say not to go for this mobile audio on the headphones which can be fixed easily in the software update but they haven't done it .

Value for money
Screen quality, performance, battery life all are very good for value in this phone. Very seamless in operation with multiple apps open. Metal body with dual camera & finger print scanner feel premium.
Hv' spotted two downsides so far:-
1) Camera is not great at low light or distant shots.
2) Oreo update haven't gotten yet.

i bought this phone at 9999 at that time there was no other smartphone which provided any product close to the spec offered buy 10 or . i bought the 64 gb variant . i was so impressed buy the price to performance that after 3 mths i even bought another 10 or g but 32 gb variant for my mom for 5999 . its been a year and the device works perfectly fine.
i was kind of worried at before ordering because of so many bad reviews but till now both of the devices are working perfectly fine and great i had no issues till now.

I was very disappointed with this product . Its battery life is very poor. Battery backup about 4 to 5 hours . Screen quality is very bad and don't work like a 4gb ram android phone.
I don't recommend to buy this phone in any case

Data net if we do on totally network coverage will go. signal its not standing proparly. I not able to use internet . You people are need to be helpful me out for this issue . Otherwise do the replacement the phone .

Never Trust 10.or
My mobile failed to switch on after an automatic update. I gave it for repair to Servify/10.or via their official application as it was showing my device as under warranty. These people told me that it has liquid damage and display damage which requires mother board and screen replacement and the total cost would Rs. 8.3k. I was really surprised at their so called findings as I was damn sure that no liquid was ever spilled onto my mobile and the mobile (including the display) was working perfectly fine before opting for that update. I have bought the mobile was Rs. 5k only. I felt cheated and escalated the issue through multiple mails and calls to their customer care. But every reply was just rephrasing the same thing "the damage didn't happen at their side". I have been duped and my humble advise would be to never trust 10.or or buy any of their products.

overall quality, features & updating to oreo 8.1...superb ...90% satisfied
but some features are to be improved, so "sales would be improved"
1. Profile manager settings need to be updated for sound & data manager.
2. Face recognition & Sms lock are to be updated.
3. Dark themes i.e any best of 3 should be pre-installed.
4. Led notifications can be customised (Diff colours i.e for email, whätsapp).
5. While charging the status of the battery font should be little bit big ie switched off mode, and when mobile is on the colour of the battery indicator should change depends on charging capacity.

The phone is awesome touchscreen really really smooth.
Camera is excellent, good edge detection in bokeh mode of default camera app. It supports mannual(pro) camera mode using Bacon camera, Snap camera, Nokia camera and supports 'bothie' mode using Nokia camera as bonus feature.
Supports 4k video recording at 120fps.
Watching videos or playing games gives you immersive experience as it supports dual speaker surround sound.
I bought 3GB/32GB variant my friend took that from me. But I loved the smartphone so much I bought again but this time 4GB/64GB variant at an unbelievable price.

Collection of all but low quality features
10.or G is a package of all features. From face unlocking to fingerprint sensor, dual camera to long battery life, every feature gives a nice impression while reading the specs but in reality, except the battery life, not a single feature is seems to be helpful or value to money. Primary camera is 16+16 MP, but it is equivalent to 5 mp of any other reputed brand. Secondary camera is also same as of primary in case of quality. So in short, IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT, DON'T EXPECT A HIGH PERFORMANCE. TO GET THE QUALITY, YOU HAVE TO BURN MONEY.

Best performance and good phone at just 6299, but service centre not available!!! :(
Good phone and best performance, good speed, battery also good, average camera (poor quality than Samsung, oppo, Vivo), good sound quality, overall best phone.
But there are problems on servicing your phone, service centres are not available in our local town like others company, I found only one service centre in Hyderabad!!! :(
I am from West Bengal, so there are problems on servicing my phone incase somehow it damage!!! :(
If 10.or spread their service centre in all cities of India they can challenge others company and better market on smartphone!! I personally suggest it to Tenor!! :(

Killer phone
This phone is very underrated but I think those who have rated it not used it properly. I got this phone at an unbelievable price in the Great Indian Festival. Presently my phone is running on latest updates and it is running very fast. This phone has amazing full HD+ display and display is very sober. Battery life is awesome, with heavy use for full day you will not be in hurry to charge it again, with latest updates charging have speed up, it takes 2 hour's for full charge. Ear piece volume is loud and clear. Phone look and feel is very premium. Camera quality is also good, zoom is exceptional. Selfie camera is also good. Picture taken is very natural and good quality. Seeing using me this phone 4 people have ordered this phone and those are also very satisfied with this phone. Planning to buy again.

This is in ref to the multiple complaints reported to your support center and spoke to no. of executives and senior executives Abdul, Kumar, Gaurav etc till date they have not been able to assist. I gave my phone for service on 31st oct 2018 as the phone was under warranty, a person from Servify came to pick the phone and assured that the device will be taken care. On 5th night when i came back from office and checked the Servify portal it clearly stated that the device has been delivered and received by me with signature (D.dhurva) and that's definitely not how spell my name.I had been struggling with your call center people as every day they ask me to call them after 24- 48hrs. This has been ongoing for over a month now and there has been no action taken that i could see. Today finally one of the executive had confirmed that the device was delivered on 5th but my question is how can someone dare to do such thing. Without my consent how can you get my signature done, without even checking the identity of the person and how carelessly you can deliver such a valuable stuff without even informing me. From 6th nov 2018, i have been chasing this issue and now its 27th nov 2018. I definitely cannot struggle any further with you people, when there is no update after calling for more than 20times and spent 30-40 mins on every call i made. What is the use f such a support team and managers. Many times i spoke to call center sr. executives and requested them if i could speak to their lead or manager but no one transferred the call moreover they fooled me many times telling they are senior executive and later i got to know there are only one or two senior executive. But today was the heights of ignorance where during the call was transferred to senior executive there was no response i could hear the noise on the phone but the person is not responding. Tired of all the attempts now, one more thing i would prefer to notify you that in the service center they had confirmed that the phone is dead and they swapped the device, mine was a new device just a couple of months old how can you swap my device with an old device, this was informed by one of the executive of your call center. I am left with no choice apart from filing an FIR against Tenor and registering a case in consumer court because you guys deserve this. A customer cant be this patient but you guys have tested it to the extreme.

Hey buyers, i am again here to review my second tenor phone....that is tenor g 3gb variant..
One word to describe this phone is outstanding.
Camera quality:
In daylight rear and front camera has awesome quality picture, just real. Bt in night u have to make some manual changes by changing exposure to -1 or -2 setting for getting good pictures.
Bokeh mode pictures are superb and very clear. I am very much impressed.
Speed:
No issue while running this phone. It is very smooth
Sound quality:
Sound quality is amazing, with good trebble.
Battery life:
Amazing battery life, for an average phone user it runs for about 2 days.
Gaming review:
Excellent gaming experience. Asphalt 8 and asphalt 9 jst played very smoothly. No frame drop.
And pub g gameplay is also smooth.

A good phone that's real value for money when it's on sale . No other phone can match it's specification in this budget. Good for casual use.
No issues so far.
Rs 5400 for 3/32 version and Rs 6300 for 4/64 (including 10% discount).

Terrible / horrible cannot find more adjectives
Suddenly Phone got dead one day and as it was out of return period i called amazon and asked their customer service representative to provide me numbers of service center as it is showing one year waranty. The senior executive speaking in bihari tone said aapko phone lene se pehle dekhna chahiye tha ki aapke yahan service center hai ya nahi. Then i questioned that why it was put on sale on my city pincode when service center is not there then he has not answer to this. Further i asked him to give numbers of service center at jaipur then again he hold the call for another ten minutes and then cutoff the line. This kind of services amazon offers to its prime members.Worst ever experience and pathetic and horrible customer service by amazon. Very very disappointed do not know how to get this repaired can someone help with the same please.

1. There is one dead spot in my display.
2. In last 2 months from the date of purchase, my handset got switched off automatically at least 20 times.
3. The lock sound continuously varies everytime. It is sometimes too loud, sometimes no sound, sometimes very less sound.
4. Front camera is now very dull and blurred.
Handset has online 10.or care service but no one is responding which is very frustrating.
I want refund of money.

Great phone at this price
Just been using it for 10 days and this review reflects views for 1st 10 days only.
variant - Go Grey 4/64GB
1) Nice make and build quality
2) A bit larger for person like me who likes max 4.5 to 5 inch screen phones, but then we get better config in 5.5 inch and above, so had to go for this one
3) Saw a lot of reviews and read a lot of reviews, was in a dilemma as it was 50-50 with this, but then finally thought to go for it.
4) Bought during the sale so got it for less than Rs. 7K'
5) Touch is smooth, no lag, processor is a gem
6) Offline availability issue of Back cover and screenguard, so had to buy one online. Cover fits well, but tempered glass is just ok
7) Some users mentioned issues with power button placement, seems a bit of an issues initially but then one gets used to it.
8) Battery backup is great as of now for a low to moderate user like me, 2 days easily and can run for 3 days also (no gaming and no data, only wifi)
9) Voice clarity is good, speakers are loud enough
10) Stock Android - I am not accustomed to it, but now getting used to it. Some features are good, some not so good. But then bloatware absence is a +ve sign
11) I tested Android auto and connected in 1st go without any issues. Usage still remains to be tested
12) Fingerprint sensor works fine
13) It was Nougat out of the box, I ran it for 4-5 days before upgrading to Oreo. Few changes from Nougat to Oreo in menu, but works fine.
14) RAM management seems good till now, will ait for long term to see how it works
15) Cannot comment about services centres, but email response from their support team looks fine
16) Not sure what has gone with all mobile companies, they have stopped giving earphones. Absence of earpones, Back cover and tempered glass is a disappointment
17) I hope this could have had 2 SIM + 1 MicroSD card slot instead of a Hybrid slot
18) Camera could have been better, but then I am not a cam freak as phone is not a camera for me
Overall its doing great till now. Hope it continues to work well for next 2 years :)

7) Some users mentioned issues with power button placement, seems a bit of an issues initially but then one gets used to it.
8) Battery backup is great as of now for a low to moderate user like me, 2 days easily and can run for 3 days also (no gaming and no data, only wifi)
9) Voice clarity is good, speakers are loud enough
10) Stock Android - I am not accustomed to it, but now getting used to it. Some features are good, some not so good. But then bloatware absence is a +ve sign
11) I tested Android auto and connected in 1st go without any issues. Usage still remains to be tested
12) Fingerprint sensor works fine
13) It was Nougat out of the box, I ran it for 4-5 days before upgrading to Oreo. Few changes from Nougat to Oreo in menu, but works fine.
14) RAM management seems good till now, will ait for long term to see how it works
15) Cannot comment about services centres, but email response from their support team looks fine
16) Not sure what has gone with all mobile companies, they have stopped giving earphones. Absence of earpones, Back cover and tempered glass is a disappointment
17) I hope this could have had 2 SIM + 1 MicroSD card slot instead of a Hybrid slot
18) Camera could have been better, but then I am not a cam freak as phone is not a camera for me
Overall its doing great till now. Hope it continues to work well for next 2 years :)

Value for money phone with good battery backup
Phone is value for money.
Got a defective piece in first delivery but got it replaced timely.
Thanks to Amazon India for good service.
Battery very good. Processor, RAM, Storage are good.
Camera quality is average.
I like Dirac Sound technology it has,
but my phone's ring volume not getting low even at 1st volume level, although its working for media.
Design of phone is not that good due to body to screen ratio.
