True 10 bit for an affordable price, good enough for digital work
The PD3220U is ideal for digital work, as BenQ is notably silent on its Adobe RGB performance but boasts its P3 performance. It's also an improved monitor over the PD3200U. It may lack variable refresh rates making it not gaming-focused. Outside that particular omission, it has just about everything else you'd want: puck adjuster for controls, USB3.1c, KVM switch, multiple inputs, ability to hot-swap color profiles, and even display profiles two at once.

It's relatively performant, besting the other displays at this size. The best comparison of the displays I tried was a Dell U3219Q when I purchased it was $850, but now it is roughly half the price. In pretty much every measurable way, the BenQ is a better display (sans perhaps cost-to-performance).

It works great my MacBook Pro and Mac Pro (although under 10.13.6 with an NVidia GPU, it was registering as a 6k display, whereas my AMD Vega 56 reported it correctly). The only real complaints are the viewing angle could be a hair wider, but at the size, this is always going to be the cause. Color shift is pretty minimal. The finish can be mildly glare reflective in direct sunlight as its not a full matte. There's the smallest of edge shadow due to the ultra-thin bezel at the bottom edge, least pronounced of the four 32 inch 4k displays I've tried. The black uniformity is the best I've ever seen in a 32-inch display, which is just flatly ok. When the monitor is totally dark, you can see a bit of unevenness. Also, there are no backlighting zones. It gets dark; it's not like my aging plasma screen's ability to produce deep blacks. As a daily driver, though, this is an excellent display and better than most. The wide gamut is especially felt when working with Adobe RGB profiled images and RAW photos. The P3 covers Rec BT 709 (very similar to sRGB) but lacks in the greens compared to Rec BT2020, which is well beyond any current displays sans very expensive high-end color grading displays.

Embracing P3 as the wide gamut standard, which covers roughly 45% of the colors the human eye can see (it's nowhere near Rec BT2020 covers 75%), is a good move as it is similar to Adobe RGB in colors covered. Basically, downloading test 10bit vs. 8bit footage is notable as gradient banding pretty much nonexistent whereas 8 bit footage you can see the banding.

I don't live or die by color accuracy, but it is nice when doing UI work.

There's also a few eye-strain technologies tossed in, do they work? Unsure doesn't seem to affect my eyes. Also, the charging isn't quite enough for the 15 inch MacBook.

Lastly, the UI for a display is well above average. There are two quick profile color swaps, and brightness is super easy to adjust.

Pros:
True 10 bit, not FRC.
Wide color gamut and covers 96% of P3
Easy to use UI and fast
Multicolor profiles come included
Didn't need to set up any color adjustments
Despite the wide amount of features, sanely implemented
Very low color shift.
Fantastic pre-calibration.
USB 3.1c
More inputs than I'll ever need.
Colorwise matches my MacBook 2017

The so-so:
Matte isn't totally light sheeting.
Viewing angles are pretty good but shy of smaller displays.
Wattage is a bit low for 15 inch MacBooks running CPU intensive tasks, meaning still probably gotta use a power cable.
GeForce 1060 thought the display was 6k under MacOS 10.13.6.
No FRC, but MacOS doesn't support it.
Slim bevels.
Stand works nicely, no buttons or levels.

Bad:
Backlighting could be more uniform
Blacks look really good but still not as dark as my old plasma TV
Somewhat pricey
Internal speakers aren't any better than a Macbook's. Why bother?

Wishlist:
I wish this was 5k or 6k; the size is fantastic.
60+ Hz would be nice.
Zoned backlighting for larger light/dark

/edit update:

Well covid hit and now this my main work display, and because of its input switching and ability to charge my laptop, has become even more valuable. I have a Thunderbolt 3 dock but this effectively eliminates the need. One cable connects me to my speakers, two displays and speakers, which are shared with my 2010 Mac Pro.

Aggravating setup and non existent customer support
After using a Dell Ultrasharp IPS 2713hm for the past 9 years for professional video and photography work I figured it would be time to upgrade my monitor to a 4k resolution screen with more colors, better accuracy etc. Unfortunately this monitor has been a nightmare since I unboxed it and after calling and emailing customer support I never received any sort of response.

My main issues:
Upon unboxing it and connecting it via HDMI, for whatever reason the monitor showed my desktop for a few seconds then proceeded to go dark, power was still on but essentially I was getting a message saying there is no connection.

After some random youtube trouble shooting I found a solution - take the battery out of the mobo for 10 minutes.. YES. I KNOW. WHAT?!

Well it did the trick, but since then I am dealing with a washed out display in SRGB mode connected with HDMI (other connectors don't work with the 1070ti apparently so I'm stuck) - even after troubleshooting/googling an initial fix - go to nVidia control panel, set output dynamic range to "Full" from the "Limited" it was set at, the colors are still washed out - when I send an image I've edited to my phone the colors are waaay more contrasty and dark than what the monitor is displaying.

Also, there is a slight black haze mark on the screen going from the bottom to the middle of the screen - it's very faint but when your eyes catch it, it is very apparent. I don't even know how to explain it - think photoshop brush set to softest edge then a brushed 5% opacity mark across the screen.

I never thought I'd spend hours trying to get a $1000 to work out of the box. Not happy.

For the time being I am rating this as a ONE star monitor until I get some sort of help from this manufacturer.

BenQ's tech support really, really sucks.
Got this monitor, set it up and it immediately would flicker on and off. It would come on for a few seconds, turn off for a few seconds and so on. Sometimes when I retarted it it would stop but it occurred fairly frequently over and over again. As usual, I did some extensive troubleshooting to make sure nothing I was doing was causing this.
After my evaluation, the problem continues. I emailed their tech support they said they would be happy to help me (haha, haha, haha). They then proceeded to send all these emails about testing the things I already tested. I'd tell them that I did everything they asked and it still was happening. They finally said it was my problem and wouldn't answer anymore emails from me.
Screw them.
I then requested a replacement from Amazon and the new monitor arrived in two days. Set it up and now everything works perfectly.
I like the BenQ monitor but be assured I'll never buy from them again.

Possibly the WORST quality control I've ever experienced in a monitor, BEWARE BUYERS!!
have purchased this monitor 3 TIMES and had to return them all for functional AND aesthetic defects.

All 3 of them have bezel separation along the bottom edge which seems unacceptable, you can even see a ribbon of fabric inside, seems not good.

2 of them CANNOT do 4K @ 60 hz over HDMI2 cords (GTX 1080 card), but the first one could just fine.
Even weirder, if I plug DP and HDMI from same computer into the monitor and switch to HDMI input it can suddenly do 4K @ 60 hz, WHAT??

Also, I hate that the new models KVM only has 1 USB3 upstream instead of 2 like the prior model had. If you KVM, it has to be USB3 for 1 side, and Thunderbolt 3 for the other, no other way to do it.

I suspect Amazon much have a bad batch in stock, I cannot believe the incredibly poor quality control from this brand for a professional monitor at this price point. DO NOT BUY IT.

One of the best I have tried...
The BenQ PD3200U monitor was purchased after experimenting with others like the VIOTEK GN32DA 32-Inch which was dismal, yielding grainy text and ghosting even at 144Mhz. I needed a graphic design business monitor (Adobe and Office apps) that also could double as a game monitor for the Battlefield franchise, namely game "V" at the time of this post.

I use Windows 10, therefore, I will provide a few pointers on setup. Click Settings > Ease of Access > Display and slide the "Make text bigger" to 120% which will increase the file names and menus throughout Windows to an easier to read size when in native 3840 x 2160 resolution. The Scale and layout will automatically adjust to 150% for text, apps and other items. With the BenQ PD3200U monitor set at full resolution, browsers will need to be changed to 120% for the best reading size. I use Firefox, so I added the extension "Fixed Zoom" and set at 120% for all pages. I also had to open Outlook, click View > View Settings > Other Settings changing fonts to 10 pt. Segoe UI. Outlook 2016 and 2019 will require folder by folder font adjustments mentioned above ( I would assume the same for 365). As far as color accuracy, the factory settings were just fine out of the box.

However, if you find the native 3840 x 2160 is just impossible to work with visually, which I did where I am not a CAD/CAM user, there is a solution. You will need to right mouse click on desktop and choose Nvidia > Display > Change resolution and select the BenQ monitor. Click the "Customize..." button and accept the risk warning. Click "Create Custom Resolution..." button and enter 16:9 safe aspect ration of Horizontal pixels: 2880 and Vertical lines: 1620 which will use the full wide of the screen. Click test and quickly click save settings. Scroll up to the Custom setting of 2880 x 1620 and select and then click apply. The reason for this is Nvidia drivers assume a 30" monitor, therefore it doesn't include the needed resolution. Once completed, the Firefox browser no longer needs the "fixed zoom". Reset to 100% and delete. Click Settings > Ease of Access > Display and slide the "Make text bigger" to 120% and Make everything bigger, the size should be set to 125%. The other setting was the Outlook font to 9 pt. instead of 10 pt. Segoe UI mentioned above. Your screen now views like a 1920 x 1080 monitor, only at a much better resolution.

Don't forget to adjust ClearType, a detail often overlooked. Type "ClearType" in Windows search and go through each selection panel to choose the easiest font to read after the above is completed. When done, you will have a crisp 1920 x 1080 legibility at 3840 x 2160 resolution for most of your desktop experience, except for Windows user panels like save files and transfer files. I also changed from 8bpc (24bits per pixel RGB 4:2:0) to 10bpc (30bits per pixel RGB 4:4:4) for maximum color control for the Adobe Suite. (With an AMD Radeon, their drivers limit 10bpc at YCbCr 4:2:2 in many cases). You can make this adjustment from the Nvidia Control Panel > Display > Change resolution > Use NVIDIA color settings and Output color depth: dropdown. 10bpc and HDR are one and the same. This will not affect games, where anything DX9 compliant or later has to render pixels in 24-bit floating-point per channel. Note: My screen showed a glowing bluish area on the right at 10bpc, so I reverted to 8bpc when creating the 2880 x 1620 resolution which helped.

About THE game challenge with this monitor, I purchased an EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC video card to first assure I had all the rendering capability as possible. You will want to buy a UV001 10ft Gold Plate 4K Resolution cable, where the cables that come with the monitor are baseline and short. The monitor's maximum 60Hz refresh rate is understandably a concern. Ideally, 144Hz is optimal for current games however, I have yet to find a monitor that provides crisp production text with 100% RGB colors, 144Hz refresh, and G-sync or FreeSync. Using NVIDIA’s 441.66 graphics drivers at the time of this test, I found Battlefield V played great at GeForce Experience using optimal settings which is mostly 'ultra' resolution overall, DXR Raytracing at medium. The details were insane, too much really where you could identify designer errors in the games wireframes. In the game, I maintained ultra settings but dropped the resolution to 1920 x 1080. Super sharp gameplay without any GPU strain :) All the other high demand games I tried played fine as well.

The menu puck is simply amazing when it comes to quick changes or user preference presets. The additional connector ports and the ability to connect two CPU's to the monitor is a big plus since I also repair laptops and desktops. I was able to remove my 8 port 3.0 USB hub and use the monitor ports for mouse and USB utility cables. The speakers that come with the monitor are located on the back and sound like large tin cans, meaning adding speakers or a headset is a must. Long story short, this monitor is super sharp and accurate for video and media production while providing all I need for weekend game nights. It is a very fussy monitor to set up correctly, but I am happy with it after all the effort!

Tickles most criteria
This review is for pd3220u. Amazon combines reviews for 3 very different monitors so please confirm which is which.

Pros - Very nice display panel, love the colors and profile options, no flicker, good ergonomics, menus easy to use with configurable buttons and puck. USB power delivery is good for 85w. Have two computers connected to it using thunderbolt and display port but have not used the KVM features yet. I also have a high end 27” 4k LG monitor and the BenQ is a better display.

Cons - The built in speakers are crap with tinny sound and zero base, don’t imagine using them. BenQ should really have used better speakers for a monitor in this price range.

The picture-by-picture mode restricts each input aspect ratio to 16:9, which is borderline useless. BenQ needs to fix this through a firmware upgrade.

And the monitor is heavy so not a great choice if you need to move it often.

One clarification - the 27” version has a speaker / headphone out port on the back side along with the other ports. The 32” version has it on the right side. Many reviews claim the 32” has two headphone out ports, back and side, this is not correct.

Overall, don’t see another option in this price range that ticks off all the features. Rating it 4* and docking a point for the speakers.

Thought I had solved the flash to black issue but it persists. Do not buy.
I want to love this monitor. The color accuracy is gorgeous and the 4K resolution at 32 inches is really stunning. The hotkey puck is such a time saver and the stand is extremely sturdy and very adjustable to any height.

Unfortunately, it has a flaw that you will find on MANY reviews on here:

The PD3200U monitor seems to have a common problem whereby the screen will just suddenly go black for a second and then come back on. Usually, this only happens once every hour or two but occasionally it will do it repeatedly for several times in one minute. Then it goes away for a while.

After being extremely frustrated, I decided to try some things. I use Windows 10 so I right-clicked on the desktop to open the "Display Settings" menu. Under "Scale and Layout" it had been set to 125% for the "Change the size of text, apps and other items" selection. It was on 125% so that things would not be so small on the screen. I changed this to 100%, meaning it would just be at the native resolution of the monitor. Unfortunately, this makes things smaller on your screen, but it's not a deal-breaker for me.

After doing this, I have not had it flash to black for a second or two AT ALL in over a couple of days. I will update this if I notice the problem has returned. Maybe it was just coincidence. Maybe the room temperature is different than two days ago. Who knows? But it hasn't done it since. Again, I will edit my review with any new info once I have it. But for now... problem gone...?

Edit (again)... so I have gone several days without the monitor flashing to black but then just today, it started doing it several times again. Probably 5 times in the past half hour. It's just feeling totally random at this point and I cannot in any way recommend this monitor to anybody until Benq figures out what causes this. What a shame because in every other way, I really thing this is an amazing monitor. I know it's not a gaming monitor but I do occasionally play games and when it went black on me today for a couple of seconds, my gaming character nearly died. That's an absolute no-go for me. It's getting returned to Amazon.

Three different monitors: Each had the same problem and unique issues. (*UPDATE ADDED*)
I know that this monitor has a large bezel. I know that this monitor’s bezel color isn’t deep black but a dark gray. In the past this monitor had flickering issues but not any more. Great. I’m a professional photographer and videographer. What I care about is the image quality and color accuracy.

[See my attached photos and videos]
- I ordered my first BenQ3200U monitor and it had a huge smudge on the back. Image was great other than a small shadow on the bottom of the LCD. Sent back.

- First replacement never got to me. Was lost in shipping from Stockton, CA to Houston, Texas. Stolen en route?

- First actual replacement had a dead pixel in the upper left corner. Dead pixels can spread. Also had small shadow on the bottom of the LCD. Sent back.

- The second replacement was clearly handled poorly. Even the styrofoam inside the box was broken because the monitor was bashed around. The second replacement, whether due to the poor handling or not, had strange popping noises and screen black-outs when turning it on. There was a green line on the right side. BUT, worse off, the left quarter of the screen has a permanent pink hue tint to it. Also had small shadow on the bottom of the LCD. Sending back.

Three different monitors. One had a huge smudge/scratch, the other a dead pixel, and the last pink hue on the left on the screen. EACH of them a small shadow on the bottom center of the LCD near the "UHD" text.

I’m afraid at this point Amazon may ban my account because I’ve been a hassle to them returning now three of these monitors to them. Yes, Amazon will ban your account if you review too much/too often or return too much. And you can’t simply create a new account because they track and file your IP address. At this point I give up on this monitor.

Pros and Cons list:
Pros:
* Relatively affordable IF bullet point #1 in the Cons list works out for you.
* The flickering issue you see on the other reviews? No issue here. All monitors are sent with this fixed.
* No better menu navigation out there. The puck control is incredible.
* Great color accuracy (other than my last replacement).
* Solid base and stand.
* Scales well with MacBook’s if adjusted under your MacBook’s Display Preferences.
* Different viewing settings are helpful (sRGB, CAD, darkroom, lowlight, etc).
* Viewing angle is wide.

Cons:
* Getting a good one is like playing Russian roulette. Never happened for me.
* EACH of the 3 monitors I received had a shadow in the bottom center of the LCD near the "UHD" text. Make sure you’re okay with that.
* Handling by Amazon and USPS on these was horrible! It is a 35lb. Box that is large and awkward to move. You know there are workers that will slam it down on the side. My first was shipped from BenQ. Took a while but I think it came better. The other two replacements Amazon placed in a huge box, about 2 feet bigger than the monitor box. Slid all around.
* The monitor isn't compatible with MacBook’s with the Catalina OS update (2020). Newer BenQ monitors have a “M-Book” mode that is more accurate with Apple screens. The sRGB mode on the monitor should be the most accurate but the highlights look very green/yellow. There are Apple threads online about this. Really frustrating.
* Extremely heavy at 28lbs. If you use a VESA mount make sure it can hold it and won’t hurt your mount over time if you move it around a lot.
* Speakers are weak but that's okay you'll want desktop speakers with most monitors anyways.

I don’t know why BenQ allowed one to be shipped with the huge smudge on the back. And the USPS/Amazon handling on the other two monitors was horrendous. Really was hoping this would work out. I can’t recommend buying this monitor. Poor product handling and product control.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: November 16th, 2020 --- 1 1/2 months after last replacement received:
I wasn't going to give this monitor one last shot but decided to after I asked Amazon to specifically ship the monitor in its normal manufacturer box rather than being placed inside an Amazon one double the size of it (since that may have caused more mishandling. Note, one previous replacement was shipped in it's normal-sized/manufacuter box and still had issues). Anyway, I gave the monitor one more shot. I've loved it for the past month and a half. Small complaints are that it takes 6 seconds or so to wake up which can be annoying. I feel there shouldn't be lag when you move your mouse to wake your computer. It also very rarely will disconnect and then reconnect (go black and then back). This is rare but happens. ATTN ****** --> Within the past week or so, though, I've started to notice something very concerning and what I consider to be a complete "no-go" for me for BenQ monitors. My PD3200U monitor, which hasn't been moved from place to place, has been used under normal conditions, and arrived pretty much perfect upon arrival has started failing. Please look at the last 6 photos I just added to this review when updating it. No monitor should have quick random streaks of red flash across it. This occurs when we're doing something that's generally CPU intensive on our laptop. Somehow it messes with the monitor. We placed our MacBook next to it (as you can see in the pictures) to be sure it wasn't the MacBook's problem. It isn't at all. The problem is occurring more frequently as well. I fear it's just a matter of time until the entire panel fails. This monitor is being sent back to Amazon for one last, final time. I also noticed BenQ commented on this review from when I posted it. If they see this again I sincerely urge them to please do better. Creatives (and gamers, even) need better. Four monitors and all have failed. I've lost faith in BenQ and highly do not recommend this monitor.

Goes BLACK MULTIPLE TIMES PER HOUR
I have a 2017 27" iMac Pro, and I run two additional 27" monitors off it. Both were Apple monitors until one finally failed after many years of use (I had it prior t the current iMac). When it failed, I bought this BenQ monitor November 2019. It worked fine until May 2020, when it started turning black and then comes back up automatically, multiple times per hour. Yesterday, I started recording the times:

7:09am
7:50am
8:11am
8:19am
8:39am
9:09am
Out of office for 90 min

11:19am

3:36pm

May 28
7:31am
7:31am (again)
7:33am
7:46am
8:04am
9:10am
9:16AM
(now)

I asked a question about this here on the listing, and BenQ responded to me with the following:

"Thank you for reaching out to us. This is an unusual occurrence with our PD2720U monitor, indeed. As we would like to learn more about your setup, may we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Care Team so that we can assist you further accordingly? BenQ Customer Service: 1-866-600-2367 (Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST) Warm regards, BenQ Customer Care"

I called there customer service number numerous times only to be told "All agents are busy", and once that message starts, it repeats over and over without any period of wait time so it becomes very annoying. When it offered the ability to leave a message, I pressed 1 and waited, only to hear "The mailbox is full and cannot take any messages".

This is all extremely frustrating for a premium, $1,000 monitor experience. In fact, as I type this it just went black again.

Bad customer service - or inherent defect?
Contacted BenQ regarding a problem (power-off timers don't work) with a complete description of a problem with a second BenQ PD3200U. I had previously returned a first monitor of the same type to Amazon and received a new one - but it had with the same problem. After a few emails back and forth communicating information - they stopped communicating with me - in spite of many follow-on queries.

Further: It is now February 2, and still no response after months of email queries - they do not respond. One can only surmise that the lack of a working power-off timer - the problem that I reported - may be a consequence of a coding error they made while fixing the flicker problem (reported by other reviewers) with new microcode. So it may be an inherent defect.

Even better than I expected
I have been looking at this monitor for over 2 years. All the flickering complaints had me sitting on it, and not ordering. I was looking at the PD3220U, which in May was still simply not in stock. And it was more money by a long shot as well. My primary monitor (Dell 6007WFP HC) finally died one day, and I needed a monitor. So, order it I did.

Mine is as perfect as it can get. I haven't calibrated it, but I'm a photographer, and I can tell you the colors are very close. It's brigher than you need. Color and contrast is excellent. I don't notice any backlight bleed. There is NO flickering. Not once has it flickered. I've had it for several months, BTW. I've used display port and HDMI, both work wll at 4k 60 Hz. I like the puck for adjustment. It's quite flexible.

I love this monitor.

Win 10 is not wonderful with 4k panels in terms of scaling things. Quicken and some other apps they way they scale aren't perfect. But none of that is the monitor's fault, and honestly, everything I use works well enough at this point.

If you've been thinking of this monitor, give it a go. It's great.

Terrific purchase for a designer
I did a lot of research and consulted others on if I should purchase this display, my concerns were of the reviews stating that the monitor glitched, banded, or turned off without warning. I read on the firmware update from the mfg. and read more reviews. I decided to buy this ONLY because it was optimized for graphic designers as it has the sRGB and other features that I wanted.

Fast forward about 3 months now and I have nothing but terrific experiences with this product. I love that I can easily choose the more or brightness, that it comes with a proximity sensor with 3 different distance settings (when you get up and walk away it turns off, when you come back it senses you are back and turns on)...I absolutely LOVE this feature!

The design is gorgeous and minimal, it easily adjusts to the perfect height and tilts smoothly. This product is a quality build and has a good weight to it, the material has a nice density and firmness, I can't say enough about this32" Ben Q display and I won't bore you with more. I am sorry others bought this back when it had major issues, I hope they replaced your displays and fixed the issues, but I have not had anything but positive experiences with this display.

Hooks up perfectly with my Mac Book Pro 16", you will need a USB-C adapter to connect the monitor cable to the Mac, if you own one, but other cables come with it as well, so if you have a PC you might not need anything else.

I recommend this for designers, NOT for gamers or anyone that does not know how to leverage features of this display because then it will be a waste of money and a great disappointment.

I was looking for 10-bit/color photo/video editing suitable 4k monitors with Thunderbolt/USB-C connectivity. The built-in KVM and flexibility in changing/comparing color modes convinced me to give these a try.

Would buy again. In fact, I ordered two of these monitors.

Both monitors arrived quickly, they don't have any stuck pixels, they perform as spec'ed. I am happy with the clean look and slim bezels.
Cons: well, they are pricey in absolute dollar amounts - however, they are relatively cheap for the feature set they offer.
The only con on the product itself is the highly unpractical placement of the USB ports in the back. I guess, the manufacturer assumes that these will just be used for 2.4GHz knobs for keyboard and mouse that can stay connected forever. They are hidden behind a cover and barely accessible. I will get a cheap USB hub providing external access to USB ports.
I have seen negative comments about the quality of the built-in audio speakers. Well, that is correct. But, whoever can afford this product probably has the means to access any quality audio that is desired. I personally see the included audio more as a nuisance because modern OSs (Windows/Linux) latch onto them when the monitor gets connected.

Massive flickering problem - How can they not resolve this?
I can't say I wasn't warned, yet I was assured right on this page that the flickering problem had been resolved. The color and quality of the monitor is great, very similar to my previous Apple Cinema Display. But this flickering is ridiculous. It happens during simple tasks like writing this review, or typing text to a facebook post. The market for 32" monitors is limited, but a display company should be embarrassed to continue to sell a product in which so many have complained about a singular unresolved issue. I bought this in Sept 2019. The firmware is supposed to be the newest, and clearly it hasn't made a difference. BenQ's support is antiquated, the only option is for you to box up and mail in the giant 32" display (no easy task if you don't have the original box) so they can upgrade the firmware (which I'm now quite certain won't do anything). Such a bummer, such a missed opportunity to produce a great product. Would not buy again, and yet too much hassle to repair or return. Very disappointed.

Would not recommend
I ordered this monitor and received it some time last week and it came with a defect where the video quality wasn’t playing properly despite calling benq and following all the instructions and yet was not fixed so I returned it and received my replacement today and AGAIN another defect... except this time I knew right away and did not waste my time or effort. The thunderbolt outlet does not display screen and makes my macbook screen bug out going black and back to normal and showing static for moment. The hdmi outlet worked fine but I did not spend $1200 so I can use a partially broken item. 2 times in a row it’s very disappointing to me that such a “quality” company can have such terrible quality check. The first person told me that my problems did not sound common... I recorded all the problems so I wonder what they have to say about this one too.

Хорошо

Almost Perfect
Great for professional work 3D/ Editing/ Video Work. KVM switch was not user friendly but it works. Lots of ports including Thunderbolt 3. Modes for low blue light or modeling and animating. But not so great when watching HBO etc. Blacks get very pixelated and if you move to a certain angle ( not directly looking straight on) the picture cant be seen. I would have given 5 stars if watching movie experience was as good as the rest of the features. And for this price needs more than Refresh rate: of 60Hz
