If youre in the market for a 2.1 monitor for either a Series X/S or PS5, you need one of these bad boys. Going from a TV to this has changed my whole experience. 100% recommended.

Beware of ASUS scams!
ASUS sent me a defective version of this monitor, with a power issue right out of the box. When I complained, they made me try several "fixes" which of course didn't work. Then they finally agreed to replace the monitor. However, after I shipped it to ASUS, they emailed me saying that *I* caused the damage and they would only fix it for an additional $600! What kind of scam is ASUS running?? This is how they do business?
AVOID BUYING FROM ASUS, or pray that what you ordered actually works, because their support group will not help you.
Also, special shout out to Ron at ASUS for wasting hours of my time -- it would have been more polite of you to just tell me to go **** myself right at the beginning.

I use it with my xbox series x and my laptop plugged in to it. It works great everything that I have thrown at it it handles like a champ I love it worth the price in my opinion

Amazing Console Monitor
This is the perfect Monitor for Xbox series X and PS5
Easily get 4k 120hz with hdmi 2.1 and it looks great. Now we just need a capture card to have 120hz pass through but that’s another story lol

Monitor is great for the ps5. Comes with extra cables if needed. Only minus is speaker quality. But hey something is better than nothing.

Great bang for your buck, but randomly turns black for some reason
This monitor is fantastic. It has everything you'd want in a gaming monitor for a relatively cheap price tag. I gave this monitor a 3 star because it randomly goes black for a second, but it never does it during games which is weird. Does anyone else have a fix or experienced a similar problem?

Been waiting over a year for it but finally it
I went from a 2k 165hz asus to this. The 4k graphics are stunning. Very noticeable and very nice. Changed the res and hz in windows and that was it. The difference in whites to save your eyes isn't noticeable after a few days. Very happy with it.

Faulty VG28UQL1A
This monitor seems to emit some electrical noise when shutting down my PC which causes the artifact shown in the image. The VG28UQL1A has excellent response time, picture quality and a good implementation of brightness with the HDR setting. This monitor does suffer from horrible backlight bleed though. Overall this isn't a good monitor but it does have excellent picture quality and features when it works.

Screen randomly goes black and is slow to wake up from standby regardless of interface (HDMI or DP.)
Wanted to get a better 4k gaming monitor than my old 60Hz Acer G-Sync display but this one is too buggy to put up with. The monitor works perfectly fine while gaming, oddly enough, but while doing basic productivity work within Windows it will momentarily go black about 2-3 times and hour. This monitor is also very slow to wake up from power saving modes and switching inputs. There's something not quite right about this display but I tried the updated Firmware (025) and ensured the Windows driver was installed just to make sure it had every chance to be successful before I returned the display. Asus offered to "repair" it or send me a refurbished unit after waiting 15 days without a main display, but for almost $900 I can't do that. 2 stars for poor quality and making me do firmware updates to a monitor just to see if it will work as designed.

Обновился до этого монитора (VG28U) после того, как остался недоволен гораздо более дешевым (VG279). Основным отличием между этими двумя мониторами (кроме небольшой разницы в ширине) является разрешение 4K вместо 1080p. В то время как разрешение 1080p у VG279 было подходящим для игр, это приводило к тому, что текст и небольшие элементы пользовательского интерфейса становились пиксельными и / или размытыми. Моя повседневная работа связана с дизайном, поэтому мне просто необходимо было иметь высокое разрешение для работы.

Great monitor, when it works
This is my last Asus purchase ever. $800 and Asus can't release a monitor without basic feature that have been around for decades.
1. Random static over speakers - only happened twice so far
2. The biggest flaw: Doesn't detect a signal when there is one. Makes it nearly impossible to get into my Bios or access the troubleshooting menu when holding Shift while restarting Windows. Makes using this monitor to set up a new computer a pain.
