Was in perfect condition , only had a tiny scratch in the corner , the only thing I'm upset about I'd that it says its a 12 GB instead of a 16 . its better than an 8 returning would only be a hassle .

Took just over a week to receive in mail is the only bad thing I have to say. It's just like new. I've had the phone for a few weeks and haven't had any issues what so ever. Very happy with my purchase

Chicago cellphones sent me a IPhone that they describe as new. Two months after the purchase the home button intermittently stopped working. I have called Apple and ATT. They have updated the operating system and I have cleaned and reset the button but to no avail. I complained about this issue a week or two ago and have not heard back about what might be done. I saw that Chicago Cellphone Ltd now has 20% of their phones were marked with one star. Can you help me with this?

Sold as new, but I don't think it was. The key to open the sim card slot was missing and there was already a sim card in the phone. Otherwise, all is working well.

Phone arrived on-time and was in excellent condition. The supplied power cord was not Apple, but a generic one. That had been disclosed in the product listing, however, so everything's good. Nice product, fair price, flawless transaction.

Was a little sceptical when buying this to upgrade my girlfriend's phone since a couple reviews showed the phones damaged or clearly used, but the phone I received was in perfect condition, as well as all of the accessories. Phone has been working very well since I bought it. Works great with her family mobile play through T-Mobile. So overall very satisfied, only complaint is more towards apple, but it might help out some of you reading, the 8 gig model has a very limited storage capacity, 8 gigs from Apple is more like 5, they don't factor in the operating system, prolly should have went up towards the 16 gig.

I was uneasy about purchasing a refurbished phone online, but I have to say I'm VERY Pleased with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly, looked brand new and operates as if it were brand new as well. I'm as happy with this phone as I've been with any other phone I've purchased brand new. Happier in fact because it was so much cheaper. It was a great experience and when I need to upgrade I'll likely purchase refurbished from Amazon again.

Give me a heart attack at first, charging dock is not OEM, charging take a while to turn it completely ON. While reading other reviews recently, all five stars. Thinking am I having bad luck. A minute later it ON now, and go through set up. It runs smoothly, test everything, run fast. Happy purchase now, really am.

I only had the phone for one week and i have to say it came just as described, no dents or scratches like brand new phone with serial number on the back. the only down side was it only came with the phone and non Apple charger which is not the best for charging so i had to go buy a Apple I phone charger which works great. But beside that it work with my Metro PCS sim card and was able to upgrade to IOS 9.0 from OS 7 which come standard with the phone. So just an warning you may need to buy a new charger to get a descent charge.

Love it but it didn't come on the iPhone 5c case just an old iPhone case and the package was all messed up. Also it didn't come with headphones :(

Phone was in great condition when I first got it - looked nice, worked well. Maybe three weeks later the touch screen started spazzing out for no apparent reason, now it's just a pain to work in general. Really regret getting this phone in the long run.

I'm disappointed with this purchase. I paid over $200 in November. I've had the phone for 3 months and the charging port does not work any longer. I can't get the phone to charge. I would love for the company to swap our defective product out for a useable phone.

Sent me a cdma verizon phone with gsm capabilities not a gsm phone like the add says. It would not work on a gsm carrier like att or tmobile

An Awesome phone ! I purchased this because my daughter has this model and could help me navigate usage of it. Sometime we seniors (age 73)are out in left field with this technology ! Anyway, I ended up learning how to navigate something she did not know about !!!
This iPhone is fantastic. The GPS is a favorite, the best navigation ever. I am REALLY enjoying the speak commands feature !! I use it almost exclusively. How spoiled can we get ? ! ? One exception is when some road names have unusual spelling they are undetectable to speech, then you have to text in the address. You can also say, "nearest hospital" or name a restaurant and you are on your way.
As for texting, I am not big into that, but a good way to connect with my kids. I do not have time or patients to enter text. I just speak them !!!
More features than I will ever need, and features I never thought I would use I am now sold on !!! This phone is a great dollar value to top it all off.

Very nice iphone, just like a brand new iphone. No scratches, nothing. Although they do not include the original iphone charger, which was kind of a bummer but the iphone it self it really good.

I bought Apple I Phone for my mom as a gift, unfortunately it didn't work. I contact seller and I receive refund. I am very happy with customer service. I have never had so nice and understanding service.

Arrived in way better condition than I expected. Phone was practically brand new! Phone was unlocked and to make things better it was the Verizon version which means it's pretty much compatible on all networks!

Purchased as a gift for my 12 year old daughter. Functions perfectly, is durable (I watch her drop it regularly), and does everything she wants it to do. Only negative is we had to take it to AT&T for problems with it burning through 10 gigs of data in TWO WEEKS! It is better since, but still heavy on the data usage, even when using wifi. I have been told this is a known issue with this model. Other than that, it's her best friend.

As one of those late-adapters, I held on to my old phone for a long, long time (5 years!), but I recently decided to join the masses and get a smartphone. I've always used Apple products - from the desktop computer our family had when I was a kid to my current laptop and iPod. Though I played around with Droids and the other brands in the store, I was pretty sure going in that I would want an iPhone.
I initially thought about the iPhone 4s (which is about a dollar right now), but I didn't like the idea of being roped into a 2-year plan with older technology and poor battery life.
My perspective on this product would best suit someone similar to me: you want to be able to do all the usual stuff (call/text, check e-mail/Facebook, Google maps, decent battery life, use a few apps, take pictures), but don't care if it's the most current or top-of-the-line product. My perspective doesn't match what tech critics think about this iPhone - namely that this was a huge mistake on Apple's part; however, this phone is basically what I was looking for.
Pros:
- $99 with a 2-year commitment. This is really up to you whether this is a good deal or not. I don't plan to update my phone every time new technology comes around - I also get a great deal with my family plan - so I didn't have a problem signing the 2-year contract with them.
- Attractive colors
- Lightweight
- Intuitive interface. This was very important to me because I'm new to touchscreen interfaces and, in general, smartphone technology. This phone has been easy to use so far.
- The battery life is great.
- Fast wireless
- For those of us who don't need the maximum storage capacity that the 5s offers, this seems like a good compromise between the slower iPhone 4s and the more expensive, top-of-the-line (for now) 5s.
- Great camera! It takes nicer pictures than my actual camera.
- Handy "find my phone" feature in the iCloud, that locates your iPhone
Cons:
- I don't know if this is true of all smartphones, or if it's just this one, but I think it's annoying that I can't rearrange the icons on the wallpaper. I'd like to put the icons I use most on the front and stick the ones I don't use on the back. Maybe I just need to fiddle with it more.
- Like others have said, there is only one colored wallpaper pattern available (of course, you could put any picture you like). I don't really care, since it's an attractive blue-green ombre. If I get sick of it, I'll just replace it with a picture of my cat.
- It does have less storage than the iPhone 5s, but it still has quite a bit more than previous generations.
- I anticipate that the bright, saturated color will fade over time.

The phone came in new condition!! It works really great so far!! It was bought as a gift for my daughter and she loves it!! Over all I would say I am very well satisfied with this product and I would recommend it to friends and family!! It came no scratches or wear on it!! Great deal!!

Minor scratches on the back, but overall in great shape especially for the price. The phone has been working great for 2 weeks with now complains.

Description said new phone. Phone had been used not hard to tell considering it came in its original packaging all dirty with finger prints all over screen not very happy was expecting new sealed phone other than that the is in very good condition but not what I was expecting
