Awful. Ordered for my son for Christmas and the touch screen stopped responding to touch within 3 days. A hard reset and a factory reset did not fix the problem. Others have had this same thing happen if you read the reviews. My guess is they refurbished these units with cheap replacement screens and not Apple OEM screens and the digitizers are junk. This one is being returned. Buyer beware.

This phone claims to be unlocked. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. THIS PHONE IS NOT UNLOCKED. I inserted my Verizon sim card and it wold not work. I went online for assistance to switch the lines and they could not figure it out. I called Verizon and they could not figure it out and finally took it to a Verizon store where they told me it was not Verizon compatible. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The phone arrived as promised. I really like this phone more than I thought I would. The blue plastic is glossy and smooth like glass to me. And not everyone has an iPhone like this so that is a plus. I am with T mobile. The phone came with a ATT sim car in it. I just switched it out and it was working right away. I speed says Tmobile LTE.
The only downside I can see is the screen is not as big as the new Iphone6, as a phone I like this size more. Another thing I wonder is how much longer will Apple support the iPhone 5c. I had to upgrade from a flawless iPhone 4, because that is no longer supported. Which is fine, just that I need a certain app for work, and they only go back as far as the 4s. But I figure the price will make up for that, because by the time it is unsupported, I will be able to get the iPhone 6 at a discounted price. So will maybe come out to the same in the long run, but end up with two phones instead of one.

False advertising. I bought this phone for my wife for Christmas. As I attempted to activate it (through Ting) it asks you to enter the MEID number. After I entered this number from the back of the phone, I got a message saying that this device is not compatible with our network. I'm sure that this would have been a very good phone if it truly was unlocked, but it obviously is a LOCKED phone.

First, I noticed that the phone was loose in the box and the only protection was a flimsy screen protector and AIRplus on the top. Then the phone said it had no SIM card and sure enough there is no SIM card. Lastly there are no headphones and the charger is a junky one obviously not from Apple. EXTREMELY unhappy, and can't contact seller.

The IPhone camera has wonderful quality and storage space, but it has some technical issues. It has problems displaying the correct time. The battery life is poor and coverage may not be related to the phone, but even when it's hooked up to WiFi, it has trouble connecting to internet.

The phone arrived extremely fast in just 2 business days, which I wasn't expecting but completely happy with! The phone looks better than I expected, almost new. It runs great. It arrived with everything the seller said it would in the listing. This was a great buy. I am extremely happy.

I ordered a yellow 32gb. It came with not a single scratch. The only problem was the charger. It stopped working correctly after 3 days. I had to go to Walmart to buy another one. Besides that the phone is excellent but glitches on FaceTime sometimes,almost never but I can't complain because it's refurbished. Also it doesn't come with headphobes

The seller is very trustworthy, I received the phone safe and sound with no issues on it except that whenever there's pressure on a certain area of the phone screen the screen will kind of go in and out. Very minor detail and doesn't affect phone at all, it just shows that the phone has had its screen replaced before selling.

Had very little storage (only 5gb after iOS installation). After the storage filled up, it basically stopped working. No messages send, songs can't be deleted, vibrates constantly. No effort of clearing up storage works, and it continues to drain down to nothing in about a day.

This is a good phone that does what you want. It is not great for letting you know you have emails unless you ask it but other than that a very capable phone that would be excellent for a user who is not surgically attached to the unit. Recommended.

I might have given the phone a higher rating, as it looks just as pictured and is in good shape. However, there are two problems. First, it boots up extraordinarily slowly. Second, and more important, The settings identifies the phone as belonging to someone other than me.

I bought this phone for my son as a Christmas gift and the phone came in excellent condition and it was easy to setup. I just went to the T-Mobile store and they just cut his current SIM card down to fit this phone and we were all set. My son loves the phone and the features!

A month in and NO problems. Wish it would have came in better packaging, and with a SIM card slot key. Overall its a great buy. I was kind of nervous to purchase this, but glad I did, saved me some money. Will be getting another soon.

The phone is new. Everything is included in the package. However, the ICCID of the SIM was identified by AT&T as permanently disabled. So instead of being able to activate it online, I'm going to have to the nearest AT&T store an hour away.
5 stars for the phone itself. 3 starts for the BS SIM card.

The only problem I had was trying to get the old phone data transferred to this one. I don't want to go into all the details but one of the final steps to transfer data is that the phone's seller has to be verified or it won't work. Mine wasn't and I tried multiple sources to attempt to get it working, but no dice. Otherwise the phone looks and acts like new.

I wasn't so sure about buying a phone off Amazon because of other reviews. But thanks for making my first purchase a great one. Popped in my SIM card and got it activated right away. Arrived in two days. Feels great to upgrade without paying a lot of money. I will be buying from Techarvard again in the future. Just a little disappointed that only the phone and charger came. I thought headphones would come included also.

I need to say that It is amazing, arrived 2 days after I ordered it and it looks like a new phone, not a single scratch, working perfectly, the screen looks new, I haven't use the charger but it looks in perfect conditions. I gotta say I'm more than happy with my purchase. I downloaded all my icloud apps, pictures and contacts without trouble. the speakers sound good too. I strongly recommend this seller,

I received the item 5 days earlier than expected, it did not come with a charger. It wasn't reset to factory I reset it and there where minor scratches on the screen. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I got this few days before Christmas and it came it right in time. The phone is nice and hardly any scratch or ding. My daughter loves it and she enjoy using it. So far everything lo0ks go0d, will update if there's any concern on the phone, hopefully not.

Terrible purchase. I took this phone to a t-mobile expert and they said the phone was listed as STOLEN!!!! Do NOT buy this phone!! It works just like a regular iphone except you cant activate it. (Bc its stolen) also, i ordered pink and they sent me yellow instead. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS!!!!

This product showed up with the wrong charger. Then when I plugged it in using one of our chargers it wouldn't take a charge. My son noticed that the screen on the phone was popped up in one corner. The phone kept turning on and off and never did take a charge. The only positive thing was that a full refund was given.

Just as promised. Bought this iPhone, contacted my service provider and obtained the right SIM card...voila! I have excellent smartphone for a fraction of original cost.
