The Audio(which I don't need myself)was real low when I got the unit then it stopped working altogether, otherwise I love the product.

Have an iPod touch, an iPhone & a Mac & told myself I didn't need an iPad as well. Gave in as it fits right in my purse & has twice the memory of my iPhone. I Love, Love, Love my iPad. It is so convenient to have my computer in my purse. I can download files from any of my other 3 iOS devices & edit & print them from my iPad. Just regret I didn't buy it sooner.

My first Ipad purchased was a black 32 mg mini. I bought it at the Apple store because it cost much less than here and my name was engraved free. I really like this mini. I can put it in my handbag and take it with me without needing a big bag to put it in. I purchased the leather case sold on amazon to go with it as the magnetic case from apple is not much good. Pretty useless actually.
I am glad I waited on this mini as downloads and playing games going to FB or wherever is so easy. I gave this a five because I really like this product.
Update:
OK, so I dropped it on the floor. I go to apple care and they say it is under warranty but I really didn't buy that at all. And I was right. Here are the steps for repair. You try and navigate the apple care site, get a repair id, take the ipad to UPS Store and they wrap it and send it overnight to Apple. Apple gets it and says, oh it is damaged with a cracked screen and you must pay $241.77 for us to repair. I say ok. I go online and pay the $241.77 to repair the glass. They send another email a couple days later and say we didn't hear from you so we shipped it back unrepaired. I call apple care. They say, we see the emails and the payment we don't know what happened but let me connect you to a supervisor who can suggest a couple things. After being on the phone 20 minutes with them they have the dude call me back and he says, I don't think I can intercept the ipad but if you will send it back we will repair it. I said look, I already had to drive 10 miles to a UPS store and paid $241.77 only to be told it was returned unrepaired. There was no solution offered to me only that I could call this manager back. I said for what. You had your chance and I am disgruntled with apple and expected a whole lot more from Apple. The moral to this story is forget their repair center. IT STINKS! I understand my town has a company that repairs for the same amount with a two hour wait. That would have been a lot easier.

nice ipad mini, only 7.9' size. Every thing is OK. Except that there is no lock button. I wish the future design can consider it.

The IPad itself looks ok........the box is dirty; definitely looks used. Has broken scotch-tape pieces on the back to hold the lid on.....inside contents look bit dirty also.
This is a give-away for a party; I am not pleased with the condition; but to much hassle to return.

I baught a refurbished one that said "Like New". it had a scratch on the corner and the supplier sent me a brand new replacement. i believe the replacement was also refurbished, but it looked to be in perfect condition. great customer service

WARNING! Do not buy an iPad until you KNOW! how to operate one. I've seldom had a problem learning how a gizmo functions so I foolishly bought my iPad believing there would be no problem mastering it. WRONG!WRONG! WRONG! There is a hugh problem learning how to use it starting with the fact that there were no operating instructions included in the box. And Apple dose not include sufficient operating instructions on the machine itself. So you can swipe all you want to but you will merely return to the page you started from. So learn to use the iPad BEFORE! you purchase one.

I purchased two of these for Christmas last year. They arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I would recommend buying a nice, durable case for them. They work great, and my kids were thrilled. They use them every day.

The iPad Mini Retina is reliable and useful. We especially like to take it on trips, as it takes up little space. We've only had it a short time, but our first trip comes up next week, and I'm looking forward to being able to check email without going to a hotel lobby or carrying a bulky laptop.

I am not impressed with Apple product! Why do I have to sign in to iTunes account to do anything? Already had tablet wiped clean and software reloaded. I STILL have to turn it off and turn off my WiFi to get it to connect at my home! This one is not yet a year old! if the Android tablet had Facetime for me and my grand daughter, I would toss this out!

I own a 1st edition IPad so the purchase of the mini with retina display provided an upgrade in a number of areas. The weight and size are perfect for my purposes. The mini also replaced an early Kindle for me. The various adjustments to screen brightness and text make for a comfortable experience. I love the resolution of the retina display and, of course, the processing speed is a nice improvement from my older unit. The only caveat I can share is that purchasers should not count on getting the maximum battery life that Apple advertizes depending upon how they use the IPad.
