Хороший монитор за хорошую недорогую цену.Взял всего за 4800 р.Качество картинки хорошое.В игры играть реалистично.Видео смотреть хороше но токо надо качество получше подбирать чтобы приятнее смотреть было.Разрешение монитора 1920x1080 (16:9) с играми проблем нету.
У кого мало денег но хочет хороший большой монитор покупайте ViewSonic VA2431wma вам как раз он подойдет и понравиться.

- + Действительно очень хороший монитор: отличная цветопередача, прекрасная картинка, оптимальный формат, не идеальный, но все же весьма неплохой внешний вид (особенно, когда нижняя кромка монитора закрыта ноутбом — все таки низ немного некрасивый). И все это за очень хорошую цену.
- - Колонки в нем совершенно лишние. Но это даже не недостаток, про них можно просто забыть.
Я им очень доволен.

- Русское меню, много настроек.
- Легкий и прочный корпус. Легко поворачивать и двигать.
- FullHD, 16:9, для игр и фильмов подходит замечательно!
- Время отклика всего 2 мс. Никаких шлейфов и пятен не замечено.
- Много портов, но мне хватает и одного - HDMI.
- Есть колонки, но они просто смешные и я их сразу отключил, но возможно кому-то они пригодятся. - - - Слишком высокая резкость. Ниже не сбавляется. Когда только купил - сильно резало глаза первую неделю. И быстро уставали. Через 2 недели привык. Сейчас уже 1.5 года использую, привык, сижу по полдня и ничего не замечаю. Глаза привыкли и стало нормально.
- Слишком яркий синий индикатор на корпусе.
По-моему, это самый лучший монитор (без поддержки 3D) из всех существующих. LED-подсветка монитору не нужна, поэтому это - оптимальный выбор.
Я доволен им полностью.

- + Хорошая цветопередача, контрастность, яркость, все на отличном уровне. Пользуюсь уже 1.5 года. Занимаюсь дизайном, смотрю фильмы, играю в игры. Во всех отношениях подходящая модель.
- - Подставочка подкачала, гладкая с уклоном, ничего не положишь на неё. Меню и кнопки не совсем удобные. Но вряд ли кому-то понадобится...

I bought mine May 2, 2010. It is now April 12, 2012. Less than 2 years. the display has continuously gotten dimmer. Green shading occurs at contrast points/lines/areas and is especially noticeable on lighter color tones (like skin or sand in a movie, picture and even in games. When I received the monitor, it had dead pixels and Viewsonic refused to do anything about it. Now there is this new problem and they kept demanding that I "took picture and mail it" (obviously someone who doesn't know english very well.) Finally got an RMA number, but they refuse to send any packaging for the monitor to be shipped safely. The original packaging was broken up inside when I received it, so I have no way to properly package the monitor, not to mention the fact that after almost 2 years, I don't have the original box either. The product is of low quality and Viewsonic doesn't stand behind it very well. Their 3 year warranty is more like "Warning: warranty void if product is removed from it's original packaging." This is in no way a reflection on Amazon. Amazon didn't manufacture the product or crush and break all the styrofoam when packing the monitor.

I bought this monitor to use with my Xbox 360 and it's the perfect combination of quality and price. Monitors are generally cheaper than TVs, so if you're looking for something solely to play video games, this does the trick. My only complaint is that when I plug in my headphones, even when the volume on the monitor is at 1, it's still deafening. If you're planning on using headphones or earbuds with this monitor, make sure they have volume adjustment on the headphones or earbuds themselves. Fantastic value overall.

I have had this display for over 2 years now and have been completely pleased with it the entire time. It is now on the family's computer because I got a new, very similar model 27" ViewSonic for Christmas. The 24" lives on now on the family PC and is just as bright and crisp as it ever was. I have seen these for under 170 dollars on sale at places now so if you need a good quality monitor for low cost this is the one to get in my opinion.

I bought this monitor on Amazon on May 27, 2010 and was very pleased with just about everything.The speakers are okay if I just want to listen to music in the background while I'm working on the computer. When I hooked up my bluray player to the monitor, though, I could hardly hear the movie so I ended up buying an external speaker set.The four buttons on the side of the monitor are not the easiest to use. You basically have to do everything by feel since the buttons are not on the front of the monitor (which would have been a logical place for them). To be honest, it's a pain to have to use these buttons to switch between viewing my computer and viewing a movie on my bluray player.I was prepared for these two issues because of other reviews. However, I don't recall seeing any reviews that mentioned hardware problems...I had one though so I figured I would write this review for other people's benefit!On June 27, 2010 (yup, that's exactly one month after the purchase date), a thin purple line appeared on my monitor. It ran vertically in one spot, a little to the right of the center. I tried the normal troubleshooting steps and decided it was definitely a hardware issue so I called Viewsonic's customer support.Customer support was great! They gave me a prepaid shipping label and said they would try to fix the issue within 2 weeks. If it ended up being something that couldn't be fixed, they would send me a replacement; if they didn't have my exact model in stock at that time, they would send me an upgraded model. I didn't get any updates via email during the time they had my monitor (even though the customer support guy said I would), but I called after 2 weeks and they told me they couldn't fix the problem so a new one was on its way.Today, August 6, 2010, I received the new monitor and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this one will last longer! I'll write an update if anything happens.

I wasn't at all familiar with the ViewSonic brand when I was conducting research to purchase a new monitor. However, my husband, who is a computer engineer, indicated that his employer has a high opinion of ViewSonic as his office has many of these monitors in use. That was one of the best recommendations I could hope to get! I must say, I'm really pleased! I'd been using an older HP 21" monitor and the extra width is perfect for viewing 2 documents or windows side-by-side on the screen, making this an ideal size for Windows 7 users. While unpacking it I was really surprised by how light weight it was. It comes with a glossy black plastic stand that unfortunately shows dust and fingerprints really easily. However, the screen is non-glare and the resolution I get with HDMI cables far exceeds anything I've ever had before on a home computer!Upon installation of the HDMI cables we found that we had to go into the settings to switch it from AV mode to monitor mode as the edges of the "Windows" frames were getting lost. Also, I should point out that while you can certainly use this monitor with the included VGA or DVI cables, your resulting experience will be less than if you use HDMI cables. Amazon offers an excellent HDMI cable option here: AmazonBasics High-Speed HDMI Cable (6.5 Feet/2.0 Meters). If you don't have an HDMI port on your computer the other cables will work OK and the fact that this is the best deal you'll likely find for a quality 24" monitor will likely persuade you to take the plunge anyway.On a final note, it should be mentioned that the on-board speakers are really very quiet. If you want or require loud speakers for music or viewing movies you may want to look at buying supplementary speakers. I bought these: Logitech S120 2.0 Multimedia Speakers and love that I can adjust them and turn them off at the knob and that they were really inexpensive so they didn't add much to my bottom line costs.

I bought this monitor after an extensive search for my computer. Originally I wanted to buy a Samsung 22" LCD monitor at $199.99 which was on promotion. However I learnt that it provided a RGB port and a DVI port only. I needed a HDMI port to connect my computer to the monitor. Thus I settled with this one. It provides a RGB port, a DVI port and a HDMI port. But it doesn't provide a HDMI cable other than a RGB and DVI cables.The monitor is very easy to set up. You don't even need the CD if you choose to. The color and the resolution is great. The text display is a little blurred. I think that the technology in this industry as a whole is not up to speed yet. The speakers are ordinary. It is compatible to Windows 7 64 bit. The instruction is in the CD. It indicates that you must turn on the monitor before you turn on the computer. Otherwise it may be damaged. One time, I turned off the monitor leaving the computer on while I was walking away from my desk to do something else. When I returned, I turned on the monitor again. The screen was a mess. Colorful strips were all over the screen. I could not close the Windows because I didn't see anything on the screen. I had to shut it down using the computer's on/off button. Since then, I never tried to turn it off and let the screen saver did its work.The reloading speed of the screen is fast. The quality of playing movies are excellent. I don't mind the blue light of being to bright at the bottom of the frame. On the whole, I am very satisfied with it. I strongly recommand it to other buyers unless they want a much higher quality and are willing to pay a hefty price.

The monitor I received was faulty. It was a "used" item. The integrated speakers have a loud buzz that makes them unbearable to use. I don't know if this was a damaged item or if all of the monitors would be like this. Other than that, it is a really good monitor. The picture quality is great.

For the price, this is a pretty good monitor. However, by spending just a bit more, you can get one that is much better. By better, I mean with a true 1920x1200 resolution. This monitor has the standard resolution of an HD tv set (1920x1080) which means the frame is shorter by about 100 pixels. That doesn't seem like a lot, but when it comes to reading text, it is an issue that is worth mentioning.PROS:1) Price is very inexpensive for a 24" monitor.2) Color accuracy is relatively good, especially if you adjust it using CCC (Catalyst Control Center) or a HUEY.3) Response time is very fast, and I've not seen any ghosting even when watching fast paced DVDs.4) The aesthetics of the monitor are pleasing if not phenomenal like Samsung's "touch of color" series.CONS:1) The speakers are terrible. I wouldn't bother with them.2) Contrast ratio is only 1000/1. The description states the DYNAMIC contrast is 20,000/1 which is true, but that is a hypothetical number and isn't nearly as important as actual contrast ratio when describing picture quality. This really comes into play when watching movies where static contrast ratio is much more important.3) Only one HDMI input. If you're planning to use this as a TV, keep that in mind if you have more than one output that can use HDMI.4) Resolution is only 1920x1080 and not full 1920x1200.Conclusions:With the steep drop in LCD technology, its pretty amazing how much real estate you get for a sub $200 monitor. That said, for just a few dollars more you can get a superior product to this one with better resolution and image quality. Asus, Samsung, and even Acer make monitors that are similarly priced and have better features. That said, this is still a pretty nice monitor that serves very well as as small television, provided you don't want to connect more than one HDMI device, and you plan to use your own speakers.

I bought this monitor from Office Depot for $279, which is a bit more expensive than what's available on Amazon.. so I wouldn't wince at this price at all. The laptop that this is being pared with won't output to 1920x1200 resolution so I had to get a 1080p monitor...and while I do prefer 16:10 for most purposes it's hard to argue with the 16:9 display for blu-ray. If you've got a card that supports it, 16:10 is a more natural resolution for most people, but as far as 16:9 monitors go... this is the best thing you can get short of ultra-high-end. 16:10 is just a preference of mine and plenty of people prefer 16:9... I just want to recommend that consumers take all angles into account before deciding.as far as looks go... this thing is BEAUTIFUL!for my money it looks as good as any of the mid-range screens in it's class at a lower-end price. As another review stated the default settings are a bit bright, but I'm getting used to it... the contrast and black levels on this thing are strong.I've played Audiosurf and HL2:E2 on this monitor extensively, and I've come to the conclusion that this is an excellent gaming monitor... GOTTA love that 2MS response time.I have 2 issues, neither are dealbreakers.1 HDMI port... I really would prefer to not have to swap my Xbox and PC constantly, but very few monitors have multiple ports because it's generally accepted that monitors are for 1 purpose and TVs are multipurpose.the speakers are absolutely terrible... I'll be getting a USB soundcard and 5.1 speakers for my laptop soon, so it's only a problem for me in the short term.and be aware if you're going to be using the headphone jack, it's placed on the rear panel and a complete pain to get to.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++6/16/09 update:still love this thing, but the headphone jack is totally useless. I have a decent set of headphones (Sennheiser HD-280)and I get a ridiculous fuzzy feedback sound that is similar to a vinyl record. Some people probably won't mind... but the jack on most PCs is going to be way better... I'll only be using it for the 360 from now on.just a heads up if you're planning on using that piece of crap.I think it's pretty safe to say that this monitor is great at it's prime function, but fails in multiple ways when it comes to handling audio... my advice is to just not let it.

I bought 15 of these monitors for my office. They were easy packaged well and shipped quickly. I have a very average technical ability and was able to unpack the monitor and get it set up quickly and easily. The screen is bright (one of my folks commented on this, I hadn't realized until I recalled that her monitors had a dull look after being used for a few years). It is very clear and provides a lot of real estate for your computing needs. The screen is also matte, so it doesn't reflect the light from my window too much.The only drawbacks to this model are that you cannot adjust the height (I have an old dead laptop lifting mine up an inch) and that the base is a large (flat) oval that doesn't swivel/tilt.All in all a good model for the money.

Received the monitor today. I was extremely disappointed and return the product back to Amazon. I set the monitor at the requested 1920x1080 - The resolution was poor. From the desktop view, the display did not fill up the screen unless I lowered the resolution. At the lower resolution everything was a blur. At the highest resolution the colors were not sharp and skewed toward the darker side. The screen filled up just find once I entered into an application. However, the resolution was still not sharp - in fact it was a bit fuzzy. I called ViewSonic customer support and they confirmed I had everything set properly and suggested I return this monitor. Prior to this purchased, I bought a HP 23inch monitor - I can't say enough good things about it. Excellent resolution and color contrast. I purchased the HP for another computer, but I did test it on the computer I had intended to use the ViewSonic on. In short, I'm returning the ViewSonic and purchasing another HP. On an unrelated event - About 3 years ago, I purchased two 21inch Viewsonic monitors. Neither one was great, but my employees never complained - they were just happy getting a new LCD widescreen monitor. About 2 months ago, one of them stopped working and was trashed. Frankly, I will never buy another ViewSonic product again - you are better off spending a few extra bucks for quality.

When upgrading my computer I wanted to save money and get a good view. The price on these (I got 2) was well within my budget. Side by side these matching monitors give me lots and lots of room for my creativity! With my new computer set up for dual monitor and being able to mouse over from one screen to the other, I am very happy with this setup. And there are speakers in them so I did not have to get them with the computer. Once plugged in the colors are rich and there is a depth that was lacking on my old system. I am very happy with this purchase, thanks.

I recently purchased this monitor from Amazon.com.The monitor arrived quickly and in flawless condition.The monitor was pretty simple to setup. It arrives with all the requisit cabling. When I plugged it up, it was working right off the bat. I installed the driver for the monitor just to be safe, but I didn't immediately notice any huge difference - note, I hadn't used it much prior to installing the driver software.With the monitor about 18" away from my face, I can see everything perfectly while seated back in my chair - a first. This monitor replaces two 17" Sony Trinitron monitors. With the new monitor (I bought two), my desk doesn't feel anywhere as cluttered as it did before. The colors, brightness, and clarity is flawless. I read an article about Tiger Woods this morning, which had a picture of him on the course. I was absolutely amazed how clear and flawless the picture looked. The colors were bright and vibrant and the detail was beyond words - I could make out the imperfections on Tiger's face. The screen is wide enough that I can have a few windows open comfortably. I am an amature photographer. The size makes working on photos much easier, and the monitor does a magnificant job of accurately displaying shots taken with my dSLR camera.Overall I thought this was a tremendous deal. I've placed an order for a third monitor for my son's computer. If that doesn't speak to how much I like it, I don't know what else does.

Amazon was excellent in accepting my return of a Samsung 2494SW monitor that I was not happy with (no mounting alternatives) and replaced it with the Viewsonic VX2433 at a slightly higher cost (no free shipping) Overall, I am very happy with the Viewsonic. It attaches directly to my Ergotron articulating arm mount, which the Samsung will not. The viewable part of the screen is a fraction of an inch smaller than 24" diagonal but this is not noticeable. Being visually impaired,I sit about 6" from the screen and I wish that it had a full 1200 vertical resolution for use with spreadsheets, but this is a reasonable compromise for a lower price. The setup menus are easy to use, although it works fine out of the box. Just make sure that your video card is set to output 1920x1080. The picture is lousy (fuzzy and distorted, illegible menus) with Flight Simulator 2000, but that is the fault of the older software, not the monitor. Overall, a very good choice for the price.

I use my computer all day and decided to give my eyes a gift...a bigger display. I was going to get the Samsung 2343BWX, but it does not have integrated speakers and desk space is limited. The Viewsonic VX2433wm is a 24" display with 1080P resolution. The picture on this device is very nice and crisp. I use it primarily for email, web, and software development. I have also watched some movies just to test the picture and sound. The integrated speakers are good for monitor speakers; they do not have the usual "tin can" sound of most monitor speakers.The appearance of this monitor is also very nice. The bezel and stand are a nice gloss black and helps frame the picture well. The stand tilts, but there is no height adjustment. The height is fine so this is not a problem.I like the Viewsonic over other displays I looked at like Acer, Gateway and HP. I did not give this 5 stars because the Samsung has more resolution and a better looking picture. If you do not want integrated speakers, that is my choice. However, if you want a very good display WITH speakers and a very reasonable price you cannot go wrong with this Viewsonic.
