This is a great set if you buy a Sony RX100. The batteries seem to work as well as the Sony brand ones, and you have the additional advantage of being able to charge the batteries outside the camera. Throw away the screen protectors in the kit, though, as they are pretty worthless. This charger also works with international voltages, which was handy on my recent trip to Africa.

It fits perfectly on my Sony RX-100, and as it is made from polycarbonate, it is impact resistant. The LCD from this camera is kind of soft, so it is great to have a protection to a part of the camera that is important, considering this is not a cheap camera.

These batteries don't work exactly the same as the OEM (the battery gauge on the camera reads full until the batteries are nearly dead) but otherwise they work very well and the charger is very handy with multiple power options.

BigMikes ships two different types of batteries.
One type is 1700 MAH and comes in plastic case which is in a white box.
Other type is 2100 MAH and comes in a black box.
I bought myself 6 batteries for an upcoming trip to Belize with my darling Sony RX-100. I knew that with what I would be doing a power outlet would be hard to come by at times. All 6 outperformed the Sony brand batteries and I could not be happier. Months later they continue to show no memory and once or twice a year I get together to charge all my batteries. If you can afford a 600 dollar camera you can blow another 60 dollars on quality batteries.
LCD protector is a novelty. Microfiber cloth is not the best one I have ever come across but it's still free.

My early work involved Rollei twin lens reflex cameras known for Zeiss optics. Indeed, I have been using Sony cameras for the past decade primarily because of their Zeiss optics that have managed to keep ahead of sensors that can "see" better than the human eye. Thus, I was impressed when Sony combined its full frame sensor with a Zeiss prime lens in a compact camera that is 1/2" bigger than the Nex-5. For more than a year, I have put the RX1 to work in the studio, out of doors, for macrophotography, and to take panoramas. The wide angle lens took in structures with straight walls (no barrel distortion), while the macro "twist" conveniently shot close-ups. Against a backdrop of low resolution cellphone images, the RX1's pictures stand out on the Web. The RX1 is easy to carry around and, even with so much glass, the shutter releases with barely a whisper--an unobtrusive feature for wildlife photography. In my experience, the most surprising feature of the RX1 has been its durability. My RX1 has proven itself to be tough enough to take a beating while traveling the world, consistently returning sharp, distortion-free images. Indeed, I would recommend putting the RX1 in the hands of beginners as well as pro's, if for no other reason than to improve the quality of photos on the internet; and, if for good reason, to inspire the next generation of photographers.

This was a great price for what I was looking for. You have to charge the battery in camera with the RX100. I was more interested in just the charger, but the two extra batteries are great...never have to worry about going dead while out somewhere. Great buy.

These batteries work perfectly in my new Sony DSC-HX50V. The charger can be used in the car or at home. All in all a very good value for the money.

The batteries are rated at 2100mAh. That's nearly double the Sony one.
Per other customer's reviews, I replaced them as soon as they dropped one line. This seemed to be short of the picture count predicted by the mAh rating, but long enough. I got 800 shots, 20min of video and a lot of viewing out of two charges.
The charger does the job. It's light and compact.
Cheap peace of mind.

Way cheaper than a single Sony battery. Charger works fine for both the 3rd batteries and my Sony original. Haven't run any of my batteries to exhaustion so no idea whether these batteries have less, equal, or more capacity compared to the original.

After took less than 50 pictures a week ago , I turned on my camera today. But the battery is not working any more. Has to recharge again.

I bought this so I could take my RX100 to the Phililppines for a vacation and not need to worry about running out of batteries on long days. I couldn't be happier for the price and performance. I haven't used the charger, preferring to charge the batteries inside the RX100, so I can't speak to the charger quality. However the batteries are great.
Pros:
* Inexpensive
* Decent battery life (80% as good as the Sony original)
Cons:
* Battery doesn't report charge accurately to the camera. It says it's fully charged until there is about 10-15% charge left, and then it rapidly drops to two-bars, then one-bar, and it's dead within about 20 minutes.
I'd buy it again. The con doesn't outweigh the pros in my opinion.

Never running out of battery is great!. These seem to last longer than the original Sony battery as well. I would recommend this to anyone who hates having only 2 hours of battery life with a single battery.

I took these batteries, along with the original battery for the Sony dsc-rx100, into the Grand Canyon for 6 days of backpacking, and I only needed the original and one extra... these replacements lasted for pretty much the same duration as the original battery, and are still going strong. Awesome! Other reviews have reported inaccuracies with the battery life monitors in their cameras with the replacement batteries, but thus far I have not had any issues (my camera has given me a fairly accurate battery level readout with these batteries). Additionally, the charger works quickly with both these batteries and the original for the camera.

I think the price is about right for the camera, not complaining because it's a full frame and Carl lenses.
However, it's a complete turn off when you add all the accessories.

Just got mine delivered this morning and I took tons of shots and some video. I ordered mine right after Steve Huff wrote a review about it.
What I like about it:
It takes amazing photos! They are similar to the RX100 but with a lot less noise and DOF is amazing.
It is super small compared to my D700. About 5x3x3 inches. Just ordered this case for it.

The Left, Right, Down buttons are programmable, I set them as AF, Metering, & Creative Styling (Vivid/Sepia/BW/etc).
Menus are super intuitive similar to the RX100.
Cool zoom in for MF.
Wish they:
Made the flash bounce-able like the RX100.
Shorter focus for Macros like the RX100.
Made the battery stronger, it is an identical battery to the RX100.
Provided an external charger like every other camera.
Provided less expensive accessories.
Made the AF on videos faster.
I am probably going to keep mine because it does take amazing photos, still don't know what I should do with my RX100 and D700 now.

The batteries were fine, but the charger only worked one time. It left me in the heart of the U.K. with no working charger. Lucky for me the batteries could be charged while in my camera. And even luckier that I had the proper equipment to do just that. Buy cheap, get cheap. This could have been a real vacation spoiler.

I only bought this because I knew we would need extra batteries while in the Peruvian jungle. We did! And this delivered. It even charged my wife's camera battery when we inadvertently left it in our hotel in Cusco.

My only complaints are the usual....fixed lens requires zooming with your feet, but once you get a feel for the focal length it comes easily. I have not done a ton of shooting in low light, but have not really had major issues with slow AF. IQ is outstanding. Battery life is not too good. IMO, the EVF is an absolute must. I love the camera. The next iteration may be worth waiting for, though, given the high price.

This is the best LCS Screen Protector I have ever used! I have tried them all and this one is by far the best of them all! It's easy to see your photos in the screen without any reflections and keeps the scratches off! You won't regret it. It's worth the price.

I bought this kit the day after I received my RX100. Went on a 7-day cruise four days later. Charged the Sony battery and the two Bowers. Used the Bower charger on the Sony battery and it worked just fine. Day 1 of the trip loaded a Bower battery in the RX100 and never looked back. Took 700 pictures in a week and did a partial internal charge on the same Bower battery in the camera one time. Carried the Sony battery and the other Bower in my camera case and never used them. I did a lot of viewing and deleting as I went. I took nine short videos (average of 2 minutes) and the rest were the 700 shots at 20MP using the two-minute shutdown feature on the camera to conserve battery life. The battery indicator on the camera stayed full a long time before it showed usage. A minor issue since I had two others ready to go. The Bowers are rated at 1800 mAh. Sony at 1240 mAh. Some say the higher rating is exaggerated but I would be hard to convince at this point. Very good bargain since the Sony battery is a little less than twice the price for the kit. I sold digital cameras for almost eight years, owned 5 high-end Sonys from the F505 to the R1, which I still travel with. The RX100 is phenomenal and it is my first Sony camera in which I have used third-party batteries. I am a Sony purist no longer. Excellent bargain. Would certainly buy again. Highly recommended.

I can finally charge the battery without putting the camera out of commission. Having extra batteries also helps.
