Sennheiser disappoints me for the first time
First let me start off by saying that I bought these buds on a sale for $99 and even that seems too high for these
Quality:
the build quality is great they feel like $200 earbuds no problems there
Sound:
To be totally honest they don’t sound that bad, they do not get very loud at all I have my phone all the way up and sounds like it’s half way. This makes it hard for me to justify the price if I can hear myself speak on full blast and others as well.
App/Software:
Sennheiser seems to nearly miss in this category every time for me but makes it up with the way their products sound naturally, However I downloaded the software app to change equalizers and it’s almost as if it doesn’t work at all I mess with it and somehow the buds just start sounding like $30 earbuds quite sad really.
Battery life:
Alright this is where Sennheiser takes the cake they have awesome battery life almost letting me forget they are even wireless.
Comfort:
These fit quite well and they are good for short periods of time, after awhile though they get to be a bit annoying but pretty solid work there
Conclusion:
These are absolutely not worth that $199 price tag they have got way too many issues and they just don’t sound all that impressive I’d just get AirPods or something else at this point I will probably not be using these daily because they are just a problem.

Comfortable and good sound quality
I like them, Senheiser is always by a good choice and the price point was perfect for a first try.
I have yet to try them with my phone.

Excellent Value!
Prior to these I had two sets of the Bang and Olufsen Beoplay E8 earbuds (first generation, then received the second generation as warranty replacements). They were pricey at $300 and I never felt like the sound quality was that great. After the warranty replacements also failed I decided it was time to move on and give something else a try.
The sound quality of these is night and day better compared to the Bang and Olufsen. I paid $100 on sale rather than the regular $200 price, but even at $200 these are a much better value. I am getting double the battery life which gets me though an entire workday with a quick topoff from the case during my lunch. I also love the fact that the range between the earbuds is good enough to use only the left and have the right sitting on my desk or in my pocket. With the B&O the right earbud was also the master, but if I pulled it more than an inch or two away from my right ear the connection to the left earbud was lost. My right ear faces my office door so the added flexibility is nice.
The ability to customize the gestures is great too. I like being able to tap either earbud once to play/pause when someone comes into my office.
The only feature these are missing that I had before is a transparency mode. The B&O implementation was so awful that I never used it. I don't miss it.

Almost Perfect
To start out, these are great true-wireless ear buds. The sound quality is really among the best that I've used, even among many higher-end wired ear buds. The sound isolation is decent for what it is, but if you have ever used true noise cancellation headphones/earbuds it isn't even in the same ballpark.
Compared to AirPod Pro earbuds, I prefer the feel of these in my ear much better. They're comfortable for a longer period and I don't ever have an issue with the earbuds falling out. The touch controls are also much easier to use as they're on the face of the bud as opposed to needing to pinch the "stalk" of the AirPods. The only piece I really wish they would redesign is the microphone. While these do a great job picking up on you speaking, only the right ear bud has a microphone which means you cant switch back and forth. After long sessions of calls and meetings it would be nice if you could switch to prevent ear fatigue.
Overall though, don't hesitate to buy these.
