Scratche on Screen
Big Scratche on the screen, return has requested and none has al least bothered to pick up the return and reached customer care they said to reach retailer... and strange no contact info... strange one really made an effort to know the issue

Doesn’t catch network at all!
This phone doesn’t catch network at all. Almost after two months of usage, came to know that this phone has POOR QUALITY in terms of network capture strength, voice clarity, camera clarity and the worst is side buttons response. At this price range, a big disappointment!

it is owsome product which is smooth in working
Battery life is fantastic and working also good .I think it is value for money and very good product regarding thickness.it has still a problem not taking screen short admin Samsung galaxy.there should be short cut for it and no inbuilt screen recording

Good budget phone with good quality.
The product received is good. I would recommend this phone for people who want Good camera phones and quality at budget rates . Overall experience is good. Been using this phone for a month, battery life is good- single full charge comes whole day with rough usage.

worst display quality, lost 15k, M series far better than it.
Display is worst, poor quality of TFT display 720p resolution, not a value for money, M series is much more better than a21s, waste 15k on this phone.

Repeatedly switches off automatically, poor performance
This phones keeps switching off and system UI stops working repeatedly. So don't buy this one.
Battery life is ok -3/5. Display-3/5.

charging adapter is of low quality,
The charging adapter is faulty and is of low quality, it has stopped charging and working properly after jjust 3 months of buying. The cost of new charger is 1100/- what is the reliability of such a high cost product, I seek replacement

Even after having a balanced brightness, usage of only whatsapp, facebook, the battery drains out pretty fast. disappointed in the battery dept. rest is fine.

New phone stating is not easier!
Starting problem is big problem,phone setup to start newly is very dificult! Samsung play store may arise difficulties! It should be there. Otherwise it it value for money!

Old adaptor of 10 watt is provided in box, adaptor has scratches, please avoid this seller
Adaptor was expected of 15 watt, but in box it is 10 watt only also it seems someone replaced and provided old adaptor in the box, adaptor had scratches.

This is actually a worth it phone.....nice battery back up ....camera quality and top of it easy to handle & use it. I like this phone as I hv an iPhone still its my primary phone now 🤩🤩
