Worst
Worst features and service is even worse. Camera quality pathetic, WiFi connection getting failed everytime. Asked for return but troubleshooting is important. Like seriously, am I using mobile phone for the first time? That you will tell me how to use it and what is factory reset. Moreover opened that box few minutes ago. Worst.

Not good phone as per price
Not satisfied with this camera is not at all good as per describe. Battery life is good but this phon lack very new latest features like any other phon of this range speakers are not good and i ordered black but its kind in a bluish shade

Overheating problem
This product is totally waste of money. All the time phone is overheating without running any single app.. due to overheating it gets automatically switched off and perfomance is also pathetic.. Amazon people are also helpless in this case.. think 100 times before purchasing this brick.

Bad experience to buy phone from amazon with prepayment option

NOT WORTH FOR THE MONEY
I just bought for the brand and look but no value for the money. Mobile is worth only between 7k to 10k range.. I bought 6 GB ram mobile but when I use it is not even responding like 3 GB ram phone. Finger print sensor is not scanning properly. DONT GET DISOPPOINT AFTER BUYING THIS MOBILE.

Don't buy. Have so many problems
Worst phone and worst customer service. Within 25 days of purchasing this phone it is having charging issue. Don't buy any Samsung Mobile at all. All A series is having problems. Mainly charging problem. Samsung is cheating customer's. Their customer service is very downgraded.

Samsung A21s review
After Using 7days I can say battery life is very good , Rear Cam is also good but Selfi cam is decent , there is a little bit touch problem , and display is not FHD only HD+ which is not expected at this price . Processor Is good avoid playing high graphics games . Overall rating 3 out of 5 .

Scratche on Screen
Big Scratche on the screen, return has requested and none has al least bothered to pick up the return and reached customer care they said to reach retailer... and strange no contact info... strange one really made an effort to know the issue

Doesn’t catch network at all!
This phone doesn’t catch network at all. Almost after two months of usage, came to know that this phone has POOR QUALITY in terms of network capture strength, voice clarity, camera clarity and the worst is side buttons response. At this price range, a big disappointment!

it is owsome product which is smooth in working
Battery life is fantastic and working also good .I think it is value for money and very good product regarding thickness.it has still a problem not taking screen short admin Samsung galaxy.there should be short cut for it and no inbuilt screen recording

Good budget phone with good quality.
The product received is good. I would recommend this phone for people who want Good camera phones and quality at budget rates . Overall experience is good. Been using this phone for a month, battery life is good- single full charge comes whole day with rough usage.

worst display quality, lost 15k, M series far better than it.
Display is worst, poor quality of TFT display 720p resolution, not a value for money, M series is much more better than a21s, waste 15k on this phone.

Repeatedly switches off automatically, poor performance
This phones keeps switching off and system UI stops working repeatedly. So don't buy this one.

charging adapter is of low quality,
The charging adapter is faulty and is of low quality, it has stopped charging and working properly after jjust 3 months of buying. The cost of new charger is 1100/- what is the reliability of such a high cost product, I seek replacement
