Excellent and extraordinary
Excellent bettery life and camera quality. Good touch screen display but not sAmoled it's HD+ that ok for me. And some features are missing like slow motion, alway on display, and other camera modes. Build quality is also good. Best phone ever.

Best for normal users
First of all I bought this phone three days ago.
After buying this phone I saw a lot of reviews on YouTube about the processor and the display .
But to me these both are really good in the phone.
The camera is awesome especially the ultra wide .
Battery is fabulous.
Punch hole camera gives an amazing look.
Voice is good.
And last but not least design 🤗🤗.

There seems to be an issue with the touch screen. Most of the times wrong letter is typed instead of the letter i want to type and hence there are major spelling errors.

don't buy this phone at this price.. within single day the phone is hang. waste of my total money.. also this product is non refundable. operating system is very slow like 2gb ram.. from my personal use don't waste your money on this phone.

Got defective product
I have purchased galaxy a21s but received defective item from amazon , body is not fitted properly, i hope its an refurbished product selling by Amazon.
I have requested for replacement but CC Guy generates requests for refund of my mobile .
Now no1 came for pickup yet. No1 picking my phone even from amazone is not responding to me .

Bad Bad Display
Very Very Bad Display.. Made a Big Mistake by buying this Phone. All other aspects are good but this Display is just not worth the money. Don't buy this phone. There are many more better options than this.

1:- Hang too much

This is a disappointment from samsung,
Very average screen quality and touch response is not up to the mark, low pixel range not expected at this price range.
Processor is average.
Charging is also average, samsung should have provide 30W charger in this segment.
Concluding must should not waste money on this product.

What i think
Writing this review after 10 days of usage.
Pros:
1. Excellent battery life. 5000mAh is good enough to last for 1 and half days on single charge.
2. Display is excellent as always with Samsung.
3. Not much bloatware. You can uninstall most of the preinstalled apps.
4. Samsung phone security is added adv.
5. Good camera
6. After installing all the basic apps the ram usage is 3GB out of 6 GB.
Cons:
1. Speaker volume is not loud enough.
2. Sometimes lags with many apps open.

Camera does not give true colours
It's not even 4 weeks since I bought this but already the sound goes off suddenly when I watch a YouTube program. The camera is of poor quality, toh colours come out pale and untrue to reality. Notification alerts sound when there is nothing to notify. A nuisance. Money thrown down the drain.

Samsung Galaxy A21s has been a centre of attraction for quite sometime & why not this BATTERY BEAST is indeed the centerpiece
So some pro's and con's i presented here are :
- It has plastic body (hurt when it's dropped)
- Oh, here comes camera, quad 48 MP rear & 13 MP front makes it wonderland. But this battery beast lacks Slow motion, Hyperlapse & Night mode. ( It hurts when you have finest dinner but no dessert )
- It's phone with 6.5 inch infinity-O display with HD+ screen resolution. (There are some better options too)
- It has 5000 mAH of battery (M31 has 6000 people)
- Hardware is Exynos 850 processor with 2.0Ghz two quad cores. (There are some better snapdragon's in the market)
So in the end, don't mind me saying this but buying and complaining doesn't make sense. Support the creator's for making a phone like this & encourage them to create some better devices from next time.

Allrounder with excellent battery
Bought this phone for my mother, Nice and big display and excellent battery life, easily last for almost 2 days with moderate usage. Overall device performance is nice, somewhat bulky and camera setup is also good and useful. Call drop happen sometimes with airtel sim and i think the call volume is slightly low, otherwise the phone is simply superb. On last and most important thing for me is that this is not a chinese product. Just go for it.

Great Phone go for it
I don't found any issue in the phone except once during daily usage it displays samsung logo but after pressing volume up and power key it restarted and after few updates I never found this issue again.
Back camera quality is excellent but front camera is acceptable. Battery life is awesome.
No hanging problem
White colour is attractive.
Performance wise I don't face any issue in daily usage.
No heating problem I noticed till now.
Cons~ FHD+ display can be provided
Front camera quality can be improved.
Overall the phone is value for money at 13500~14500 only.
Back camera quality is excellent but front camera is acceptable. Battery life is awesome.

Unresponsive Touch on Flat Surface, Faded Colors, Sensors not working, touch sensitivity Issue
There is weird issue I am facing with this product. The touch is not smooth as it suppose to be but this is not the main problem. The phone touch works as it suppose to work when i am using the phone while holding it in hands but when i am trying to use it while putting it on flat surface the touch is not responsive at all. It may be hardware problem of any sensor may be grip sensor is not working properly but i didn't expect this from samsung. Also when i compared the colors of this phone with other product of samsung. Colors are quite faded and dull. While i really appreciate the amazon technical support team as they run diagnostics on my phone and as soon as they realised there are some issue they are providing me replacement. But samsung you sucks..! I recently brought A51 also but there is not issue with that product. I think it's some bug or glitch or software or hardwarw issue with A21S.

Third Class
I have multiple issue with phone but problem is that 7th day of replacement time gone (8th day) samsung use TFT display, at the time of call other party hear your voice only in one condition if you talk in front of mic (use on right side only) if you used left side other party didn't hear you biomatric not good you have to touch twice thrice or sometime you have to unlock with your pattern or passcode which you have used because biomatric pad is too small and its doesn't recognize.

This phone is like a ferrari without the engine
It's a beautiful design the outlook is very standard but the inside. Mmmmmh it's not like what you see.. The graphics, touch and specially the camera are all not good.. I can't even give average remarks on this phone. This is not a good phone, was not expecting Samsung phones could turn out to be so bad..

Best phone I ever purchased.
Best smartphone in this segment. Cameras are awesome. Picture quality of this phone's camera beats my Realme XT. I will give 5 stars to its battery too. It lasts nearly two days in an average use. I was in a village for a marriage for 3 days and had no charger with me. The battery full files all my needs for 3 days. Touch screen is far better than any other chinese made phones. It feels smoother than them. This is my first Samsung phone and I decided to purchase only Samsung hereafter. Even I previously had Oneplus 3T but this is more efficient than OP3T.

Not worth the money, better to buy M series mobile.
Samsung A21s which is not worth the money. Samsung M series could be way better than A series. A21s provides less features when compared to M30 and M31 , it misses the feature like slow motion, hyperlapse, and even network connectivity is worst. Better purchase M series mobile.

This is a21s product of samsung. This is totally made in india. I suggest u all to buy this type of products. But there is a complain for the samsung india. That is, the products (mobiles) which you made at this time are very large in display size. But some people of india needs a small size of mobile phone. Which is easy to carry in the hand. Worst
Worst features and service is even worse. Camera quality pathetic, WiFi connection getting failed everytime. Asked for return but troubleshooting is important. Like seriously, am I using mobile phone for the first time? That you will tell me how to use it and what is factory reset. Moreover opened that box few minutes ago. Worst.

Overheating problem
This product is totally waste of money. All the time phone is overheating without running any single app.. due to overheating it gets automatically switched off and perfomance is also pathetic.. Amazon people are also helpless in this case.. think 100 times before purchasing this brick.

NOT WORTH FOR THE MONEY
I just bought for the brand and look but no value for the money. Mobile is worth only between 7k to 10k range.. I bought 6 GB ram mobile but when I use it is not even responding like 3 GB ram phone. Finger print sensor is not scanning properly. DONT GET DISOPPOINT AFTER BUYING THIS MOBILE.

Don't buy. Have so many problems
Worst phone and worst customer service. Within 25 days of purchasing this phone it is having charging issue. Don't buy any Samsung Mobile at all. All A series is having problems. Mainly charging problem. Samsung is cheating customer's. Their customer service is very downgraded.
