Amo mi reloj. Anteriormente tuve Apple Watch Serie 3 y le dura más del doble de tiempo la batería. Ampliamente recomendable. Además me llegó a los dos días de la compra en perfecto estado.

El reloj en sí está muy bien, pero no tiene funcionalidades más que con las aplicaciones de Samsung. Por lo que Gmail, WhatsApp, Google maps y otros no se pueden utilizar.

The battery doesn't last more than 4 hours.

This is a very good watch and phone, audio and voice pickup is good. Everything on it is good. However the battery in this one is absolute crap, with all the bells and whistles going the battery lasts about 4 hours, to get the battery to last i had to put the unit in power saving mode, then it would only last about 6 to 7 hours. I'm considering sending it back. Samsung Help was not very helpful they wanted to have me go through their trouble shooting steps , reset the watch, and see how long the battery lasted and call them back. As a technician/user I know when a device is not working, every electronic system on the watch is working like it's supposed to except the battery. It's too bad we can't get a new battery and replace it like a cell phone or regular watches. Also if I had wanted a health and fitness monitor i would have gotten a fit bit or similar device, you cannot get the factory installed apps off of the phone. How about letting the customer decide what apps they want. All i wanted was a great looking watch and a stand alone cellphone that would last a couple of days before it has to be recharged.

Scam. Complete scam, which Amazon does nothing about.

US version with warranty? Seller sent me an unsealed box with a United Arab Emirates version of the watch inside. Their return policy states they only accept sealed items, so it's very convenient the box literally arrives with the "do not accept if unsealed" sticker already broken. The United Arab Emirates watch was placed inside the US version's box, which did not happen "accidentally".

It's been almost three months now of me waiting on an A-to-Z claim as the seller never replied to me or Amazon. I cannot use this watch - and at this point, don't even want one. It is not a US version, I had to sit on the phone with Samsung for half an hour wondering why nothing would work before realizing it was a UAE version, and if you view the seller's feedback for other items you will see that lately they have made a habit of advertising the US version of a product and then sending a different, inferior one.

I've been dealing with trying to get a refund for MONTHS now. Save yourself the headache - buy it directly from Samsung, and double check the name of the seller even if it says "Samsung" at the top. Chances are it's not actually from them. The whole "Amazon top seller" thing is meaningless, as the seller that pulled this crap WAS a "top seller". Thanks, Amazon. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Edit: Amazon Customer Service told me NOT to return the item due to the conflicting return policy, and to instead submit the A to Z claim. My claim was rejected because I "did not return the item." I could not get the claim people to actually read the claim; they just saw I could have sent it and didn't, and denied me. No matter how often I begged then to please read the details with proof that Customer Service TOLD ME not to return it (because they would simply tell me the item was unsealed, as it arrived, and charge me MORE MONEY, per their terms), they would simply send a copy/paste reply staying "you did not return the item in the allotted time." I understand they deal with many claims, but after MONTHS of waiting, at least five long calls with customer service ASSURING me I shouldn't send it and the claim would fix everything, having this happen is horrific. I bought this watch to demonstrate an NFC authentication system at work, was unable to with the wrong version I was sent, and since lost the contract. Now losing this much money because Amazon simply did not read the claim, during a pandemic while I am unemployed and could REALLY use it, is just the worst.

Do not buy from this seller - but if you do, PLEASE check the watch immediately and do not accept a package with the seal broken. The easiest way to tell if it's a US version is by trying to set up Samsung Pay in the US; mine, for instance, would only let me set it up for the United Arab Emirates.

This review would be zero stars if I could, for both the seller and Amazon's claims team.

Great watch.........sucks up battery

I've had this watch two weeks now. Put it through the paces and here's my take. I'll get the Cons out of the way first; even in "power save" mode, at day two it's at 18%. Watch shuts down at 7%. Not a huge deal but Fitbit got five to six days on a charge. Of course taking into consideration this watch does much more so it's expected to have shorter battery, just not two days. Band...with a watch this expensive I would think Samsung would furnish a decent band, I had to replace the band. The cheap band they furnish makes my wrist sweat causing sweat to get behind watch causing unexpected alerts and displays. Come on Samsung upgrade to a decent band. The stainless band pictured is 10 times better than that rubber thing that comes with it.

Pros; Great performance in all modes. This watch does everything Samsung claims. If you have the Samsung phone this thing is great. You can see, reply to emails and texts. I love the Samsung pay feature it also lets you use. Basically don't even need to look at my phone when they're paired. Sleep amd excercise tracking is spot on. Listen to music and send voice texts too. I've always been a Fitbit lover until I got this watch. When synked with the Samsung phone you get all alerts you get from phone. The dial is a nice touch for instant access to apps and settings. I really like the app that keeps the step and heartbeat constantly displayed and updated. I use mine as much for the fitness tracker as a watch.
Aside from the battery issue I'm very pleased compared to the Fitbit Blaze. UPDATE 8/14/2020:
Watch has failed. Put on charger last night at 22% battery. Went back 3 hours later to put it back on. Was abnormally warm with is unusual. Had to reboot which anagin never had to in previous charges. Once turned on, turns right back off in 30 seconds. Will not stay powered up. When it was powered would not connect to bluetooth. Will not take any settings. Samsung states since it was purchased from Amazon they will not warranty it. Now I have a $342.00 paperweight. Going back to FitBit. No more Samsung watches or phones for me.
