Don’t Buy
Totally useless item. Did not work for even a month. Burnt out already. The spout is a problem spills water each time. Never buy it till the design is improved.

Stopped working in 4 months
Purchased on 4th June 2020 and stopped working on 19th October 2020 - in just 4 months. Though it's branded Russell Hobbs very poor quality. Very disappointed. Hope Amazon will assist with a refund.

Worst Kettle
One of the worst kettle. We are using it from feb only a month but it started making problem within 10 days still it is same. I just want to throw it we have heard a lot about it but i dont think so this product is up to the mark.

loose contact
I bought the kettle at the end of February. It worked perfectly for exactly 2 months. Then the contact between the kettle and the base has become loose / faulty. Now it works temperamentally. The 2 week return window is past. I'm very disappointed.

Hi, I have unpacked my kettle today as I was out of station.... My sincere request is to returning or refunding the amount as this is an damaged product. The cord is broken and the stand also. It is of no use.

Very disappointed to receive a dented kettle for the second time.
Replacement kettle is dented - its as bad as the one it replaced. Even the box in which it was packed looks battered.

Looks Duplicate russell hob kettle
The product looks not original, it has very bad finish, checked same model on official website of russell Hobbs and product is not matching with original russell hob kettle.

Doesn't even work
I can hardly say that it works. I haven't bought it to fill water, it's for boiling it, for which I have now be waiting for last 1 hour. Also the chord is very short. I won't never ever recommend it to anyone.

From the side steam comes out when you are taking hot water from the jar.. handle gets very hot

A good buy
Its a good kettle. But the base is too thin. Broke a little when I was unwinding the cord for the first use. Cord length could have been about half a meter longer. Otherwise a good buy.

Russell Hobbs kettle
Bought the kettle in Jan 2020.
The cable got burnt in April. Got it repaired but the problem persists. Cables burning even the base has burn Mark's. Will not recommend anybody to buy this kettle.

Don’t buy
It stopped working in 6-7 months flat. Service is horrible. Inspite of calling the service centre a few time and product under warranty, they have not picked up the same for repairs

Health hazard in using the kettle
The plastic lid gets heated while hesting water and emanates an unpleasant odor and I really don't know if it's a health hazard I am not convinced using the kettle for this reason

very bad quality. With in 3weeks time it's stop working. We put across the complaint but no response

2. External Stainless Steel body gets heated up and is dangerous for kids.
