я купил его от других онлайн сайтов, т. е. infibeam..я люблю ходить по магазинам с infibeam...лучшее решение для электронной коммерции сайта..
Если принтер лучше для этой ценовой категории... одни плюсы-есть
1. Без установки какого-либо программного обеспечения на моем компьютере он подключен через WiFi .. но USB не требуется<БР />2. Качество печати лучше ..я люблю обоих сторона печатание карточки удостоверения личности опция
в 3. Копирование, печать и сканирование все работает идеально... есть опция сканирования для флешки
в 4. Слот для флешки полезен и
5. Я могу заправлять Тонер на себя, как дома, ребята..что еще вы хотите, чтобы
6. Я могу печатать и сканировать через мой мобильный и планшет..и
минусы
в 1. компакт-диск поставляется с не поддержкой Windows 10

и даже компакт-диска разгневался зря,
и еще я мог бы не написать для отсканированных документов адресата, ведь secire сервера

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. I had high hopes for this printer. Purchased brand new and yes it is fast and puts out great prints...WHEN IT WORKS which is seldom! This printer is a super design to have individual color cartridges that you can replace...and drums that don't have to be replaced for 100k copies....but that is where the great design ends!!!1. If you use a Windows 7 os system with 64 bit, the print driver doesn't come from Ricoh on the install disc. You have to go to Ricoh site for drivers, and you get to pick from two or three GENERIC drivers....really I just purchase a workhorse printer for our office network and it doesn't have its owned 64 bit driver! None of our high volume HP printers have ever had this issue! So I installed it, didn't work. So next I spend two or three hours phoning through the telephone tree for Ricoh Tech Support who are really NICE PEOPLE but it took way too long to find the right tech person to get help, turns out one of the drivers works well and there are some specific ports and network settings that have to be spot on to make this work. Cool, got it working.#2. Come back the next day, printer is off line, but it says it's ready to print. Had to call back tech support again, have to go through the same hours asking for the right tech person...finally got that person and reinstalled the lovely generic 64 bit driver and it works. I've now done it so many times I don't need tech support to help....haha. I did find a work around solution, I just email myself the document, go to a 32 bit Windows 7 computer and print from there. How stupid is this.Next I get a bill from Ricoh because I now triggered their service contract dept somehow when I called for tech support on a NEW PRINTER!!! Really, Ricoh sells a printer that doesn't have a driver for one of the most mainstream operation systems on the planet and I get a bill within one week of calling for tech support? Well I guess Ricoh mistakenly sent that bill and Ricoh cancelled it as it was in error.Then at about 3-4000 total prints from new, it started printing light and the color tones are really off!!! Tried trouble shooting, calibrating, etc, nothing fixed it! This printer now has 5200 prints on it TOTAL and that is only from three or four large jobs. So we really have not been able to get the use I expected. We expected to get 10,000 prints a month (20k+ per month duty cycle). Ricoh is sending out their onsite people to figure out what's wrong....but this is after another hour trying to trouble shoot with tech support again.In 23 years of business this is the first time I didn't buy an HP printer (NO I DON'T WORK FOR HP) and is the biggest equipment mistake I've ever made. All of my HP laserjets just require new print cartridges to run...replace the cartridge and they go forever, never jam, never go off-line, they just work. Unfortunatley, I was so gun ho on this printer one of our Northern California offices bought one on my recommendation at the same time. He's having some of the same printer driver issues!!! He's used it very little. WHAT A MISTAKE! At this point I won't buy another Ricoh product. Sad, sure looks good on paper.

There are four models in the CL4000DN Series and they are: G104, G160, G161 & G158.I picked up the G104 at a local thrift store for $30--had less than 2k prints on it!. Made great copies except for the fact that the fuser offsetting toner onto the back side of the print (the blank backside if not duplexing). Ricoh had a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) on the fact that the cleaning roller section in the fuser had to be replaced with an updated retrofitted design. The cleaning roller (and sometimes a fibrous web material on a roll in MFP Copiers) is impregnated with a silicon oil to keep the toner from adhering to the hot roller or belt and the pressure roller. All in all if I can finish it off for a $100, I will have been doing well, since it came with practically full toner bottles in the machine! I upgraded the 128 MB of RAM to 512 MB--I didn't even have to use the Ricoh branded RAM. It called for PC2100 Laptop memory but I opted to try PC2700--two sticks of 256 MB each for a total of 512 MB. The chips were branded Samsung. It had absolutely no problems and reported the full 512 MB ok. WOOT!

I ordered this printer because my other color laser printer had broken. Of course, technology moves so swiftly that there were no spare parts or people willing to repair it. So I abandoned that printer which had become a large paperweight and went online researching printers.This printer came with rave reviews and was reasonably priced for my small business needs. I am fairly technologically savvy. So, when I receive new hardware I never have problems setting it up. Further, I have Mac products which usually speak well with peripherals. that was not the case here. After three days of attempting various fixes suggested by the online guides, I was finally able to contact tech support. It was extremely frustrating as they told me without having purchased a service contract they could not talk to me--even to merely install the device! Rather than go through a litany of the miserably poor support they offer and the rudeness of their phone staff, suffice it to say I finally got to someone who was in fact helpful ...but it took three days! Ultimately, after I got it working, the print quality was marginal for color prints. So, it was determined that the product was defective. After my terrible experience with the support to their customers I did not choose to replace the defective product with another printer from Ricoh.If you decide to purchase this, I hope you have better luck!

Have been in the printing business for over 18 years; Konica, Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh etc etc. This printer is easy to install; the extra Paper Feed Unit (PFU) is user friendly to install (just position the printer on top on the two pins and there you have it); driver is fine for Win 7; no issues whatsoever. Fast; crisp; great color; running a property management firm on it and its so scalable we'll use it for a while. Last Ricoh we owned was the CL 2000 and that lasted us 8 years. Go for it. It's one of the best values. Careful suppliers change their prices all the time. You can get it for a low of eight hundred to eight fifty if you wait a bit just check the amazon suppliers.

Just received last week. This printer will not print properly (yes, I've read the manual, done all the troubleshooting, etc). 3 phone calls to Ricoh. Made the problem worse. Finally got a service tech out - nice man, can't fix problem. His boss won't return calls. His boss' boss won't return calls. I've now spent almost 40 hours trying to get this thing working, to do basic b&w label printout. FAIL. Ricoh's service in Colorado is like a bad Saturday Night Live sketch; if someone described what I've been through, I'd guess they were making it up.I now have a very expensive, very heavy box that does nothing but beep.

Nice price. Love the idea of just buying a new printer instead of replacing toner all the time. Good thing about Ricoh machine, toner and drum all in one. A little slow to commands and printing, but overall a good printer.

I replaced a defective HP printer for my home office business with this C320dn. Other than not being able to find toner for it locally, I have been very pleased. I use it for colored business documents as well as some photo printing on standard paper. The print quality and reliability of this printer are consistently good. I have probably run 15,000 pages of paper through it so far and there was only one ream of paper where I had feed problems. I would definitely purchase this product again, although next time I will most likely upgrade to a Ricoh machine that runs larger paper sizes.

Excellent printer. No complaints. It's easy to use and the toner cartridges last a long time (no more running to the store for ink at 8 pm for a school project like I would have to do with the ink jet printer).
