Buen mouse pero mala calidad.
En general el mouse es bueno tanto en ergonómia como en funcionalidad, todo iba bien pero pasados 6 meses empezó con problemas de doble clic, lo cual deja mucho que desear en cuanto a calidad en un producto de este precio.

No side Basilisk DPI Clutch, disapointed
I bought that mouse specially for the side boutton as an upgrade from my old Logitech G9x. But when i openned the mouse box, i saw that there wasn't any Basilisk DPI Clutch comming with it. So i checked the book and it say you have to bought it from the Raser web side at a cost of 16$ (US i guess). Wow, what a rip off!!! This mouse looking great and feeling good in hand but wow, we have to pay 16$ extra (so probably around 25-30$ CAD) to get a small piece of plastic to get access to that boutton? No, common Raser... it should come with it. How much it cost you to produce that clutch bouton? 50c? I'm a very disapointed customer now. Even on picture we see that clutch boutton is there... missleading picture...

Great Mouse, with an OK software
It's no secret that Razer Synapse isn't the best software, but this is the second Razer mouse that I've bought and I'm quite happy with the quality and build. This mouse is comfortable and I know that it can be set up the way that I want it to be set up in the software. I was considering knocking off a star for the software, but I just couldn't because I find that the mouse itself is just too good for me. The newest edition of synapse is a lot better than the older one, but I haven't used it long enough to comment on how it will behave on the computer down the road.
Since this is a review of the mouse though, the switches on the sides don't feel like they're going to break (unlike my EVGA Torx Carbon that I used 2 mice before) and there aren't any parts that move around for hand size to break (like my Ouroboros before this mouse). I find this mouse very comfortable (for my size L gloved hands) and it's very responsive. The RGB on top is customizable in the software, so I was able to get it to match my keyboard and case RGB, which was also quite nice. There's one more button than I found I need but the "clutch" button can be removed and covered. I find I like the clutch button's positioning with my thumb, so I opt to skip the side button closest to my palm and keeping the clutch attached.
If this mouse ever broke, I would likely purchase it again. It's become very essential to my gaming for me and I very much enjoy it.

Amazing mouse for the casual mature gamer
I really like this mouse. It's very comfy and ergonomic, wonderful mechanical switches, and dual witless (BT + 2.4Ghz wireless).
Most importantly, it has great battery life and it uses standard AA batteries.
It is certainly an amazing mouse for the mature gamer, where RGB lighting is not a thing and a dual use mouse (wireless with desktop and BT with laptop for work) is God-send. Also, no need to bother with charging, and power is restored in a blink with a fresh AA battery popped in.
I game about 8-10h a week, and the rest of the usage is during work days... Battery life projection is about a month. So not a battery hog, obviously.
Very highly recommended mouse for the target audience.

This is one of the least reliable devices I've ever owned, which is a shame considering how great it feels in the hand.
Several times a day, whether on bluetooth or wireless connection, the mouse will randomly lose power and disconnect. Removal of the battery, resetting it, switching between connection modes does not fix this. What does? I have no idea. It randomly comes back to life, sometimes after 30 seconds, sometimes after 10 minutes.
Absolutely unacceptable product quality given the price point. I've always heard about Razer's QC issues but this is absolutely unbelievable for a relatively simple device.

Good G502 alternative
Replacing my G502 since the LMB started to have odd squeaky noise.
About Basilisk V2
Pro: Light weight, comfortable, good accuracy, new technology used in this mouse.
Con: 1. Mushy LMB feeling.
2. Bad Synapse 3 software will crash randomly and does not save your RGB color setting.
3. I dislike the scroll wheel. I never like the G502 scroll wheel already, this adjustable is just even worst.
The design was never really good with G502 since this is basically a clone. The wheel is too high, so it's hard
to
press, so I just use the tilt function of the wheel instead of pressing the wheel. For Basilks V2, I will
sometimes accidentally trigger the scroll button while scrolling down. If this happens more, I will just disable
the scroll wheel press button.
However, it is still a good mouse. Good feeling in the hand and good precision. Just with $99 CAD. I would like to see they improve the scroll wheel design and drop the resistance thing.

The click has worn out after just 6 months

When I hold down the left mouse button, it randomly disengages, and sometimes when I release a click it double clicks. I sprayed some automotive sensor clean in it, and that helped for maybe a month, but now it's back again. All these random clicks are making it borderline unusable and screwing up my work. For $80, this is quite a rip off.
Also even when it's working right, it takes a full second to reengage after you've left it idle, even for just a few moments while gaming. This is frustrating.

Incredibly Frustrating Software
I really love the feel of this mouse. It's a great mouse, no weights or anything super fancy for the particular competitive gamer, but they need to work on their software. Seriously. It's just not a premium experience.
The Good:
- Ergonomic. The side grippy material is comfortable and repels moisture. Very easy to clean as well and make new feeling again with a Lysol wipe.
- Lightweight. As a very casual gamer, I don't love the super lightweight construction, but for web browsing and casual computing, it's nice. The teflon pads on the bottom are very smooth too so it's like it floats across a decent mouse pad or surface.
- RGB. I like the idea of RGB, it seems like half the reviews online can get the software working correctly and half cannot.
The Bad:
- Software. This is my third Razer product, I had received the RGB mousepad and RGB headphone stand as a gift aaaand I like them for their intended design, again, I like the idea of having matchy matchy RGB, but the Razer Synapse software cannot keep you logged in. As far as my Googling can tell me, if you have a password on your computer it will not keep you logged in even if you tell it to remember your password. So your Razer RGB products will go random colours and your mouse will turn to a generic sensitivity until you log back in-- which gets annoying really quick.
If you don't have a password on your computer, you can probably avoid the major annoyance of this product. If you have a password on your computer, you will likely run into this problem and some people are just fine with it. There appears to be ways to fix this if you modify the driver files for it.

Lots of buttons and usability
I'm enjoying the mouse. It's not the best shape though, but it works well and I can grip it fairly well.
The paddle is superb as Hypershift.
Lots of customizable buttons placed in a great way.
Scroll wheel left/right clicks are helpful for switching browser tabs.
Scroll Wheel resistance is a nice touch. Profile button as well.
Small issue is that sometimes clicking the scroll wheel activates the left click since I need to apply force. Still, it's worth having those 2 side clicks.
The shape needs work. Perhaps a bit more width from the left side, a few mm more. It's slightly too thin. Rival 600 is still the most comfortable mouse with the best grip.
Not a fan of the sharp top area of the left/right clicks. Previous Basilisk was nicer and more professional looking.
The previous version's rubber was better and more comfortable but I suppose this type doesn't unglue and it covers a lot so that's great.
I only use Razer mice now for my wife and I. I have 3 for me alone (Viper, Viper Mini, and this one). Reason is that I won't be using any other non-optical switches mouse as they're not reliable. These do not double click and that's reason enough to stick with these Razer mice. Other Logitech mice and SteelSeries mice, as much as I like them, double click after a while. Logitech mice can double click after a few days while SteelSeries after months or a year. I still really like SteelSeries.
Stick with mice made with optical switches. They're also quieter.
The cable is great also. It's an overall extremely good package.

Stonk Traders' Delight
I had no idea that spending $72CAD (on sale) would buy me the best mouse experience I've ever had until I did and fell in love with the Razer Basilisk V2 wired gaming mouse. I use the mouse for productivity mainly (work and stonk trading) and the BV2 is really comfortable for my larger hands using my preferred finger grip. The fairly quiet clicks feel like they have no input lag at all and I can't feel the fabric cable dragging at all. The right handed shape just feels 'right' and the adjustable mouse wheel let me find the right resistance which is a slightly heavier, bumpier feeling I like. The Razer Synapse software downloaded automatically when I clicked the profile button under the mouse. You can customize the exact DPI levels (movement sensitivity) based on adjustments from the mouse DPI buttons. You can customize the colour and pattern. I went with a static and very adult deep green. For under $100, do yourself a favour and take a shot at changing your life forever. I bought a second one for my laptop. Never going back to peasant mouses again. I am king of my man cave and have the mouse to prove it.

best feature is the cord - will never know it is there, some weird lightweight thing like a burnt cheeto, no bungee required. The 70 million clicks sounds nice. The 20k sensor is silly fast. The weight of it feels just right.
The software 'synapse' is easy enough to use, though there is no option to change the 'clutch' to a precision toggle.
Speaking of that clutch it needs a paddle at least twice as long. To use it I need to do a palm grip, of course from that grip not much chance of reaching M4. My usual relaxed palm grip can reach M4 just fine, but then M5 is a stretch. The mouse wheel is adjustable, it feels ok, had far worse and some better - I have never been comfortable using the tilt buttons and this mouse is no exception, need a fingertip grip to use this. Forget about ever reprogramming the DPI up/down buttons and then using them in a game, you will need some abstract claw grip to use them. All in all you need 3 grips to use all the buttons so that is not good.

Intermittent connection issues and poor battery life
Pros:
- comfortable for long sessions
- good clicky feel
- nice material texture
- thumb rest is good
- scroll wheel stops feel nice and defined
Cons:
Battery life is definitely not as advertised. I am changing the batteries once every 1.5-2 weeks. I use it for work and gaming so roughly 10-11 hours a day in Hyperspeed Wireless mode. I don't turn off my mouse when the computer is shut down but the mouse has an auto power down due to inactivity feature.
The mouse disconnects randomly during use. This is not from inactivity but happens while I am working or gaming. I would have to turn off and turn back on the mouse to get it to work, which is very annoying.
Razer Support Chat is not very helpful. After spending a long time proving to them that I've done my due diligence and that it's not a user error, they then require it to be escalated to another team for me to go through that process again.

Cons:
Battery life is definitely not as advertised. I am changing the batteries once every 1.5-2 weeks. I use it for work and gaming so roughly 10-11 hours a day in Hyperspeed Wireless mode. I don't turn off my mouse when the computer is shut down but the mouse has an auto power down due to inactivity feature.
The mouse disconnects randomly during use. This is not from inactivity but happens while I am working or gaming. I would have to turn off and turn back on the mouse to get it to work, which is very annoying.
