Die Soundqualität ist nicht schlecht und sie haben eine gute Abschirmung von äußerlichen Geräuschen. So wohl über die Kopfhörer als auch über das Mikro, so dass der Zuhörer ein etwas lauteres Radio im Hintergrund nicht mitbekommt.
Total nervig ist die Ansage beim drücken des Mutebutton. Ich weiß selbst, dass ich Mute gedrückt habe, da bedarf es nicht noch eine sekundenlange Ansage.
weiterer Minuspunkt sind die Kabel - durch das Material der Kabel bleiben sie oft hängen. Da lohnt es sich kein rutschfestes Material zu verwenden.

Mein neuer Arbeitgeber hat alle Arbeitsplätze mit diesem Headset ausgestattet. Somit bekam auch ich dieses Headset. Da ich, nicht nur wegen Corona, mittlerweile viele Telefongespräche im Home-Office bewältige, habe ich mir dieses Headset auch privat zugelegt. Angeschlossen ist es an einem Macbook - entweder direkt über USB-C oder über einen USB-C zu USB-A Adapter am Monitor. Alles funktioniert problemlos. Die Sprachverständlichkeit ist für mich und auch die Gegenseite sehr gut.
Im Vergleich mit einem "günstigeren" Plantronics Headset zeichnet sich dieses Modell durch einen besseren Tragekomfort sowie mehr Bass aus. Auch nach mehrstündigem Gebrauch ist es Immer noch komfortabel.
100% Empfehlung von mir wenn Sie ein Headset für Webex, Skype & Co suchen.

Ich habe das Headset (ein günstiges Logitech) gekauft, weil mein bisheriges den täglichen mehrstündigen Videokonferenzen in Corona-Zeiten nicht standhalten konnte. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, ich verstehe gut und werde gut verstanden. Umgebungsgeräusche scheint es kaum aufzufangen und kapselt mich ausreichend, aber nicht zu stark, von meiner Umgebung ab.
Einzig wenn sich Konferenzen über viele Stunden (4-5 und länger) hinziehen, dann bin ich froh, wenn ich es am Ende ausziehen kann. Da war das Logitech besser.

The main issues, as mentioned in the review title, were its lifespan and its inability to connect to the office phone.
It worked fine with my cell phone 3.5mm jack until that stopped. And the connection to my office phone (although stated clearly that it was compatible on the Plantronics website) did not work. I spent an hour with Plantronics support and they stated it was a problem with the office phone. My office phone people said it was not one of the headphones they support (which I took to mean, 'you didn't buy it from us so you are on your own'...thanks Nexicom).

La qualité du son est excellente, mon interlocuteur m'entend parfaitement, la fonctionnalité de réduction des bruits ambiants permet effectivement d'utiliser ce micro-casque dans un environnement bruyant sans avoir trop d'impact sur la qualité de la conversation.
Le casque est confortable et la qualité de fabrication ne semble pas trop cheap, à voir dans la durée.
Gros point négatif cependant, d'où les 3 étoiles, il est impossible de désactiver nativement le sidetone (voice feedback / mic monitoring) sur macOS Catalina, le driver Mac fourni par Plantronics (Plantronics Hub) est lui, pour le coup, un peu bâclé.
Concrètement, sur une conversation Skype, cela signifie que vous entendez votre voix dans le casque, si vous n'avez pas l'habitude, cela peut être déroutant. Je précise cependant qu'il n'y a aucun décalage et que l'on peut attendre cette fonctionnalité d'un casque dont la cible est un usage professionnel en audio conférence. On peut cependant regretter que cette fonction ne puisse pas être désactivée via le pilote du casque.

Ottima cuffia con possibilità di jack da 3.5 pollici e USB. Non ho ancora avuto modo di testarla in usb ma con il jack funziona benissimo.
Secondo me circa 90 euro sono eccesivi per questa cuffia tuttavia la qualità è sempre stata molto su Plantronics adesso fusa con Policom . Molto apprezzabile anche il fatto che si chiudano e si ripongano nell'astuccio che le rende molto " trasportabili "

Nach mehreren Ausflügen in Bluetooth-Headsets in diesem Preisbereich habe ich dieses USB-Headset gekauft.
Es funktioniert einwandfrei mit meinem Lenovo-Firmenlaptop und Oneplus 7T Smartphone.
Trotz vieler Stunden in Telekonferenzen gab es keine einzige Beschwerde bzgl. Tonqualität und es wurde immer sofort erkannt.
Skype und Teams hatte nie Probleme damit.
Das konnte ich von keinem Bluetooth-Headset behaupten (Abstürze mit Skype, Überempfindliches Mikrofon etc.)

Amazing headset. The most important thing for me was the sidetone capability (able to listen to your mic so you know exactly how others can hear you on the other side).
It’s pricey but very good quality and the noise cancellation from the mic is very impressive.
Obs: the speaker itself doesn’t have active noise cancellation. Only mic has active noise cancellation to block outside noise

The mic does what it's supposed to do (record your voice), but the quality of the audio is rather poor as the microphone isn't protected by a sound muffler (or whatever it's called). I would recommend you pick another microphone, especially given the price of this one,

I got this headphone after doing some online review. I chose this over Jabra Evolve 40. The primary purpose of me buying this headset was to take calls using WebEx and Microsoft Teams and at the same time avoid ambient noise being passed on to the colleagues no the other side of the phone. It did not performed that well in reducing the ambient noise (kids, tv noise etc) however the quality of the incoming sound and the way you sound to the other people is incredibly good.
I am a bit disappointed with the noise cancelling feature, but i guess at this model and this price I should not expect much.
Thanks Amazon for sending the package quickly to international location. It came faster than i expected it to be.

I ordered these because the speaker(s) in my Mac pro , often created an echo when on FaceTime and Duo etc; problem solved with these, clear precise to listen and talk, very comfortable. Definitely can't go wrong with these!

Für mich ist dieses Headset der perfekte Kompromiss zwischen Sound Qualität, Handhabarkeit, Portabilität und Komfort. Das Headset liegt gut an den Ohren an ohne zuviel Druck.
Die Polsterung oder Abschirmung ist nicht besonders ausgeprägt aber allemal komfortabel und meiner Meinung ausreichend. Weiterhin lässt sich das Headset sehr gut zusammenfalten und in die Tasche stecken, nimmt also nicht viel Platz ein. Man kann außerdem Anrufe, Lautstärke und Microfon über das kabelgebundene Knöpfe steuern und auch den 3,5mm Klinkenstecker vom USB abstecken und fürs Handy o.a. verwenden.
Von meiner Seite aus klare Kaufempfehlung !

A great mic pickup, good ear speaker. This is the single sided version, love it for work. Use it particularly for audio and video calls over wifi/internet from home to office and other remote workers. For us, we like/prefer the single sided which lets you hear other things around you. (rated it low for gaming only because of the single side ear speaker)
