The mic and speakers are pretty good. That's the biggest plus with these. However, that wasn't enough for me to keep them.
I returned this headset because it is extremely uncomfortable to wear. It's quite heavy, and it's so tight that it feels like a vice grip squeezing your head. I couldn't do more than 20 minutes without taking it off for a rest. And it kept sliding off as well. If you lean too far forward or backward, down it goes, notwithstanding how tight it is.
And also, the earmuffs are COMPLETELY SUFFOCATING OF ALL OUTSIDE SOUND. You will hear next to zero outside noise when you put these on. The padding completely swallows your ears. I actually don't like the idea of that very much. I saw a news story one time about this kid that got his legs cut off by a train because his earbuds were totally effective at sealing off all outside sound and he didn't hear the train coming down the tracks. I personally like a modest amount of outside noise creeping in so I can be somewhat aware of what's going on around me. I felt a little too cut off from the world while wearing these, and I wasn't comfortable with that.
Buyer beware; this seller charges a restocking fee of about $15, so if you return them you will not get all of your money back.

The headset works as it should. The reason I gave it a four star rating is because for the price I expected it to be the best of the best. In all actuality, The noise canceling might works just as great as my 20 dollar headset, no better. The sound coming from my hear-cup sounds just as great as my 20 dollar headset. What I'm getting at is that I spent all this extra money for it to only perform as well as my 20 dollar headset which isn't very justifiable if you ask me. Now is the build quality better? yes, 100 percent. It looks to be more-less what you spend. It also feels to be more-less what you spend. But at the end of the day The Noise canceling mic and speaker performs just as good as my 20 dollar headset which is a bit disappointing. Would I buy again? I'm not too sure at this point.

Wow I really like these headsets. I tried there wireless older version but had issues. The sound from these are solid and the microphone is of great quality. I use these for work manly but could use for music games etc.
I bought these from a reseller and they were new but looked like the box was opened.
They do help with ambient noise near you so you can focus on your call. Though you can sort of hear yourself which took me some time to get use to but now I like it. They always work and it also comes with a dongle for your phone .

Good for work!
Using the product for a month now . Got it from office .
I needed it for mostly calls but i also like listening to music while working.
Now for meetings its very comfortable .I can take long calls without burning my ears or getting it all sweaty. Call quality is good from both side . It gives static noise whenever the mic is moved also looks like mic may come loose in future. It eliminates most background noise but not all like fans. Passive noise cancellation is ok . If i put music even in low volume cant hear surrounding noise.
Now for music its par with most of headphones comes with 5k range . It has stereo sound but getting static noise time to time . Volume also lower side .
It doesn't come with stand but a pouch though. Stand in the photo is from ikea. Delivered on time with good condition .
Bottomline if music is priority there are much better option in this price range but if needed mostly for ofc work with music in side then probably one of the best .Also if you are getting it free like me by all means go for it :)

Good Headphones for Home based professionals!!
No sound, apart from wind sound from fan will reach to some one whom you are talking to. Stops all sounds from surroundings, only exception is a sound from Fan. Thank you Amazon, will recommend this product to every one, who is Working from Home, and has kids and family members with lot of noise both inside and outside the home. Thank you.

Very comfortable over the ears. Can connect to headphone jack/USB.
I use this for office work. Very soft comfortable ear pads. No distortion at high volume.

Good and comfortable
The product is way too costly for what it offers. The sound clarity is good for various meeting platforms with active noise cancelation. If you are a music lover, this set of headphones isn't for you. The pads are comfortable and fits snugly around your ears. It doesn't cause any type of discomfot even wearing for long durations.

- Has best of breed automatic equalisation to suit both telephony and music/commentary
- Plantronics first rate audio shock and sound exposure protection to protect your hearing. G616 compliant and compliant with US and EU health and safety at work regulations.
- It is important to download the Plantronics hub software and configure the headset to enable the safety features, as some of the safety and compliance features and not enabled by default; you must enable these with the Plantronics Hub software - there is also a pro version of the hub software that allows IT organisations to centrally manage headsets.
- An excellent choice for those who use telephony for up to 4 hours a day.
- Do not use the headset directly plugged into the headphones socket of your computer because some of the safety features are a function of the USB interface.
- I find them very comfortable indeed
- Not really suitable for contact centres as the ear cushions and not easily replaceable Plantronics have other models which are more suitable for this environment

I was a bit unsure before the purchase because I have generally been disappointed by various other headsets, but this one was definitely above my expectations. My main use is for Skype teleconference sessions. The sound quality is excellent and the mic does pick my voice up extremely well according to my business counterparts. This is also an excellent headset for language learning, because of the crispness in sound. Obviously, it is not for music listening and neither it should be. Also, with Windows 10, the device setup completed in about 5 seconds, which was very impressive. It is also very comfortable to wear. I did start to feel some mild pressure after over two hours of continuous use, but shifting it a bit made things better and I felt no discomfort afterwards. This is a big difference from headsets that hurt after a few minutes of use. The only thing that was a bit unexpected was that the seller shipped this unit without a tracking number. Something for them to consider in the future maybe?

Really impressed by the headset - although it is a little pricey. Very comfortable on the ear and all background noise seems to disappear for the covered ear. The headset comes in a nice bag for protection when travelling.
I generally spend half of my working day on calls so it is essential that I have a quality headset which is comfortable to wear.
Only negative comment I would mention is regarding the travel bag - it is a fairly tight fit for the headset and the cable which comes out of the earpiece is forced to bend which in time I suspect will be the downfall due to wear.

I ordered these as now undertaking daily video calls and needed a degree of privacy. I have video calls that last upwards of three hours and these remain comfortable for that period of time with no problems.
They are plug and play and used with MS Teams, Skype, WebEx and Zoom and all of these recognise and use with no problems, Sound quality is great, and include a remote for muting, volume etc which is really helpful.. They will also tell you if you start talking and are still on mute, which for me is very helpful!!!!

Unpack. Connect. Use. No additional set-up, and they work brilliantly well. The only thing is that the noise cancellation isn't perfect but it's good enough for everyday use (and likely the best possible with this type of headphones).

I had to return this headset as my voice just isn't strong enough. It felt extremely comfortable to wear but just didn't suit me. This isn't to say that it won't be ideal for somebody else.

Great headphones. Was having crashes with my old USB headphones through a hub to the laptop which only has USBC. The new headphones have solved the issue and people on the other end say the sound quality is much better.

My boyfriend loves these. Very versatile. Easily switching from usb to earphone jack. With the additional comfort band, these can be worn for hours. And the sound quality both ways is excellent
