Useless app
The whole point of this very expensive toothbrush (Series 9) is that the super sophisticated app is supposed monitor your brushing in 16 zones in your mouth. Except, the app consistently fails to identify where the brush is. So you find yourself brushing the same spot for a whole minute trying to get the stupid thing to record that you've covered that area and let you move on. One time I had to spend over 4 minutes brushing so it would record full coverage - other wise you get the infuriating sad face telling you to 'do better next time!' Infuriating.

Lots of features that won’t get used
It’s works but you can get the same great cleaning with a cheaper version. Paying extra for a bunch of features that won’t get used.
Battery life is no where near 14 days either. I was barely getting about 5 days before I returned it. Ended up getting one of the cheaper versions.

Is it possible to brush your teeth TOO often?
Love, love, loving this new toothbrush! I’ve been considering getting my teeth whitened, but after just one week of using this brush, my teeth are whiter than ever before, and they feel dentist clean. This toothbrush is a splurge, however worth every penny, in my personal opinion. As someone who suffers from severe depression, I sometimes find keeping up with basic hygiene can be a challenge. This toothbrush is a game changer. Seriously.

Too much for my teeth, but my wife loves hers
I have a couple of crowns and fillings from the past. This product cleans like no other, but the frequency that it vibrates at goes right through me when I am near my dental work. I tried all of the different setting but eventually had to return it.

Not worth the price
If you spend 250 on this toothbrush you'll probably end up regretting it like I do. The toothbrush does a nice deep clean and there's a variety of modes but I only find myself using the daily clean and tongue clean. The bristles are nice and soft but the head of the brush is a bit too big and therefore uncomfortable and they should have more variety on that. The battery life is really subpar. I use it twice a day and therefore have to charge it at least 2-3 times a week. The app is also glitchy and doesn't track well, even if I go nice and slow. All in all, if you have the money to blow go for it but I wish I had bought an older series for cheaper with probably a better battery life and the same features.

Quality without Longevity
This is the absolute best toothbrush I've ever used. It was worth the $300 until 10 months in when it stopped holding any charge. It was under the 2 year warranty, and I was really impressed with how soon they sent a replacement (the technician couldn't fix it.) The replacement came with new brush heads, which made up for the headache. I love the io series so much that while I was waiting for them to fix my Series 9, I bought the Series 4 lol. The 4 is a better option for people who don't need the app, timer, or charging case.

Great brush horrible charging stand
The brush is AMAZING. Teeth are healthier, gums healthier. I have no qualms other than the stand. The stand is basically a magnet that is rounded. If you more than touch the brush, the whole toothbrush knocks off the stand. I recommend leaving a good amount of space away from the edge of your counter so it doesn’t fly onto the floor.
