Nicely designed, mode switching not intuitive
Ok- as a disclaimer I'm new to electric tooth brushing and I obviously still have to get used to it. Being a software developer and being nit picky about things, overall I have to say it was well thought out except for one thing: switching modes following a brush (or whatever the appropriate verb is). For example, I brush my teeth on intense, but at the end of the brush I want to brush my tongue. Definitely not intuitive on how to switch modes mid-flight. Online I read instructions where you cycle the power button (even though there is a dedicated mode button, but it just turns on and I end up spraying spit and toothpaste all over my bathroom. Trying to cycle it from the mode button was the obvious choice, but that doesn't do anything unless you allow the brush to turn itself off and you're starting fresh (not sure where the transition point is but I haven't figured out how to do this after a regular brush).
Would give it 4.5 stars considering everything else. Not sure what the blue light means, but I gather the green means I'm using the correct pressure and the red means I'm using too much. It will stop in a pulsing fashion sometimes, believe because I'm going across my teeth too fast? That all seems intuitive, and overall (from my laymen's perspective) it just strikes me as a solid, very quality made device.

Was sold a defective product
I highly suspect that I was sold a product that was returned for the same issue that I am currently experiencing.
I cannot connect the brush to the Oral B app. I have restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth on and off and no success. I called Oral B support and during my conversations with the representative I discovered that the brush never once went into sync mode when trying to connect to the app via Bluetooth. (sync mode is when the brush blinks a blue color at the ring as its connecting/syncing) I believe that this brush was returned for the same reason and Amazon decided to resell it anyway. I have already processed a return/replace and indicated such in the description. The condition of the internal box shows wear and tear which is also why I suspect that this unit was a return.
I'll update this review once I get the replacement and see if there is any difference.

Good profuct
I have used it for about 20 days now. The first charged lasted 10 days which is pretty good. I hope it stays like this at least for a reasonable time. But it cleans very well!!! I am impressed.

Ain’t even mad
I never thought I’d have such strong feelings for a toothbrush until I got this one… I literally feel like I just had my teeth cleaned professionally, minus the sore mouth afterwards lol. I love the tracking on the app & how it tells you when you’re applying too much pressure. This thing is great. It’s expensive, but it’s awesome! If anything ever happened to the one I bought, I’d buy another one of these. Just saying.

Cleans Deep!
What can I say? It does what it's supposed to do, and that's deep clean that nasty grill of yours. I've been a loyal Sonic Care guy for the past 10 years and never had an issue at the dentist even with braces. I am always told it's amazing how clean my mouth is. The problem with Philips is that the toothbrushes can't handle a drop. One drop on tile and it's done son. After my 4th replacement I wanted to tr this brand instead. They both have their pros and cons but honestly i cant say one is better than the other. Keep in mind I'm ONLY talking about how thorough they clean your teeth. I really don't care about the bluetooth connection and all the extra stuff because I don't buy these for that. So it really comes down to a matter of preference when it comes to both top brands. They're both priced the same and they both clean extremely well. You can't go wrong with either one.

App for tracking doesn't work!
I mostly bought this model of Oral B to utilize the app for tracking my dental hygiene and for a sensitive brush.
My first two days were spent trying to set up the app and use it... I also tried troubleshooting by emailing, chat, calling Oral B and did not get any response or was able to speak w anyone!! When spending $300 + on a toothbrush you expect CS to be available and easy to use AND the app to work and connect to my brush not say the "toothbrush cannot be located" when it is the Oral B app!!! Very disappointed.

GREAT INVESTMENT
Fist of all I was a little worry about the reviews I saw here, but man THIS is a great investment on yourself, honestly you get a great clean and you can really see results right away.
The app is clean and the only thing I would improve is where the AI thinks my tooth brush is cleaning but I give it a 8/10 for the AI
NOW THE REAL QUESTION IS…..
Is expending that amount of money on a toothbrush the right thing and the answer is HELL YEA !

I regret not getting a toothbrush like this years ago.
I’ve had issues with my gums and tried different manual toothbrushes and kinds of toothpaste and mouthwash, but it never really helped.
My teeth feel cleaner than they have in years. I already noticed my teeth are shades whiter and my gums feel healthier. Way less inflammation.
Yea, it’s expensive, but really worth it. Amazon offers monthly payments, so it helps.

Amazing Upgrade on the Oral-B Line
Bought this for my father as he refused to change brand, nor upgrade from an older Oral-B electric brush.
The stubborn guy is now in love with this brush. Recommends it as a 9.5/10
The .5 is lost due to having to download the mobile application to modify some settings.

Dont like that you have to use internet and your phone to make this brush work properly..hard to travel with this if you dont have internet..even on ultra sensitive it make sores in my mouth

Durability Sucks for the value
To think you pay $300.00 for this dentist recommended toothbrush and it dies two years in is not worth the cost nor the space it occupies on my vanity. Nothing like a $3.00 toothbrush you toss every three months rather than spending money on expensive toothbrush heads to have it die in 2 yrs.

First use
I am extremely happy with my purchase value for money I gave it to #4 easy to use gave it again at four now for my opinions I wish there was an actual button to dial through the options and the settings and then a designated power on and off switch but maybe they’ll do that on the next model originally I bought this brush to improve my mouth health as I have neglected my oral hygiene and I figured if I purchased a brush this expensive it give me a reason to actually brush my teeth I’ve used it twice today and just from those two brushings I can tell the difference between a manual brush and a power brush no it’s not quite as identical as if I were to go to the dentist but I can still feel the difference between the teeth I can feel the gap it used to feel flush after I brush my teeth

Not worth the price
I used this toothbrush for about 4 months now. I'm Asian and this toothbrush is too big for my oral cavity not like a sonic care line which I used before this. The ergonomics is pretty bad. Materials used feel cheap and slippery on the hand even the case feels cheap again not like a sonic care line. Battery life is not as good too maybe because it's Bluetooth. There's also a of things needs to be addressed with the app. I totally could not see the value of this toothbrush. I believe it's more cost effective still to get a sonic care than this one.

One of my favorite personal care gadgets. This thing is awesome. A must have.
This toothbrush is awesome. The best I've had so far. I always wanted an expensive toothbrush. I always bought the crest or colgate spin brushes to save money. I'm glad I finally invested into a good one. I love the technology. I still haven't been able to get on the app yet. I charge it twice a week maybe. I would say the charge is very good and long lasting. I bought a water system to clean my gums as well. I'm truly a fan of this toothbrush. I chose between this Oral-B and the Sonicare. What sold me was the technology. A toothbrush that reads good morning with a sunshine is a winner in my book. This brush does clean well. I say It's not too harsh on my gums either. I'm planning to buy brushes for my 3 little ones as well. I was wondering if they will take care of these since they are quite pricey. Oral-B has the childrens brushes that are a little cheaper but my kids like the pictures and tech in this. I just want them stay motivated to take care of their teeth. A cool toothbrush will make brushing fun for them so brushing 2 to 3x a day doesn't seem like a chore and feels fun for them. Plus less trips to the dentist.

For what this toothbrush offers, $300 are worth every penny. The battery charge really fast. And feels very soft, and leave your mouth feeling clean.

Great Toothbrush!
Great product, it seems they finally got the electric toothbrush just right. Its a bit pricey, but after having it now a few months I beleive its worth the money. Tracks brushing via phone app while also having a screen on the brush itself.

Best toothbrush I have ever bought
I like how it shows which teeth I'm missing in white. I like when it shows I'm brushing right in green and too hard in red. I like AL that talks to you and encourages you to keep going and gives you badges as you go on. More fun challenges too. I also like all the different features like tongue, gums,sensitive and more. Bluetooth. I just love it! Yes I'd recommend it to a friend. 1st pic is charging, 2nd is brushing w/pink band.

Wanted to love it...
This is the first toothbrush I've ever splurged so much money on so I had pretty high expectations considering the cost. I actually had bought the same model a couple months earlier but the handle was faulty ( kept turning on by itself ) so I got a replacement. One of my biggest pet peeves with this toothbrush is that they don't include a stand for your brush heads which really annoys me because it would have cost them pennies and when I'm paying almost $400 and find myself with no where to put the brush head after it's a huge negative. You can't even buy a brush head holder through oral b so I ended up having to store it in the travel case which is huge and super annoying to have on the counter.
Getting past that, I did like the colour screen and option to choose the colour you see when it runs but what I cared most about was the performance. I was always under the impression that oral b used rotating movements but I truly feel this brush uses way more vibration then anything else. It rattled my teeth so hard even on the sensitive setting that I couldn't brush all my teeth properly and it made my back teeth very sensitive. I also found it very hard to use as much pressure as it tells you to use and it hurt my mouth and caused ALOT of bleeding which I never had before as I floss regularly. So after a few weeks I'm deciding to return it, it's caused me more issues then positives at this point and I'm not willing to shell out almost 400 bucks for a brush I can't use properly due to the crazy vibrations. Going to go back to the oral b sensitive gum care I think, at least it does what it's supposed too which I'll take over looking fancy any day. I would not recommend this brush.

Great electric toothbrush
Really happy with this purchase. I've had a cheap electric oral b toothbrush for awhile and felt it was time to upgrade and wow. This leaves my teeth feeling so much cleaner. I also have no idea how people in the reviews have issues with it standing up properly on the charger. Will a cat knock it over? 100%. Will it fall down in an earthquake? Absolutely. But it stands on its own no issues at all. Great purchase.
