Returned quickly.
I bought a OnePlus 8t from Amazon about a year ago, it has been one of my best phones to date considering it's midrange. Everything just works on it and can do intensive tasks like games with ease.
So I thought I'd upgrade to the one plus 9 pro, my reasons are the price, it has 8k recording, and 4k @ 120fps. The phone itself is gorgeous, this could have been an excellent phone but I was let down in a lot if ways-
Signal- it drops sometimes and can't connect, never experienced this before with any other phone, that alone would make me return it.
Latest update- cameras are worse, photos not as clear or sharp.
8k recording- dont bother, the phone can't handle it very well and it gets hot and slows.
4k@120fps-same as 8k, doesn't feel like it's optimised and phone gets hot and slows.
I think the chipset 888 is not ideal or not optimised for this phone.
Shame, as I think this could have been an amazing phone. Returned unfortunately. I probably won't buy OnePlus again.

Quality control issues
Good but with quality control issues.
On my first device screen brightness was very low compared to what was expected from the official specs even after disabling/enabling automatic mode and device reset. Much dimmer than other phones.
It did not activate high brightness mode and the screen had a pink cast.
In the pictures compared with Pixel 5 and Huawei P40 Pro Plus, phones that on paper have lower screen brightness.
Second unit bought after return is fine and can say it's a very good device overall.

Price Not worth it
So I'm a BIG fan of the One plus series phones. I'm somewhat disappointed with the Flagship 9Pro. Battery life is absolutely shocking, it's the same one from the 8 Pro. Sure the camera is better but that's the only major difference between this and the 8 Pro. Definitely not worth the price. Also I've had it less than a week, it's already over heating and I'm getting notification it's over heating so will restrictions many uses on the phone. My advice is don't pay the extra get the 8 Pro.

Not very happy
I had OnePlus 7pro and loved that phone every bit. So thought this one will be same. Camera is average. Predecessor's camera was better. Screen and speed of mobile is excellent but camera really puts it down. Battery life also not good as had to charge at least 2 times a day. Warp charge helps it for fast charging. But fact stays the same that I have to carry charger with me to even work.

Save your money, it isn't worth it.
I've owned a OnePlus handset for a long time now. The OnePlus 3t, OnePlus 5t, OnePlus 6T, OnePlus 7 Pro, and finally the OnePlus 9 Pro.
Over the years the camera has been poor, and it has only been sorted with the assistance of camera company Hasselblad.
The fingerprint scanner like in my other OnePlus handsets doesn't work. The Bluetooth music like in my other OnePlus handsets is temperamental and just stops sending music at random and reconnecting.
I purchased this phone from Amazon on the 21st of June for £762.44 and for whatever reason it's now £829. It's not worth £529. It's the same OnePlus junk that I've tolerated for years because of its low price tag, but not anymore.
I'm returning this phone and using my OnePlus 7 Pro. The only difference is the photo quality. It's an average phone with a ridiculous price.

Brilliant Oneplus Phone
Having had the Oneplus 6T for 3 years it was time to buy a new device. The Oneplus 6T is the only mobile I've had for more than a year. I've been using mobile phones since 1995 so had loads of them. The 6T has been brilliant for the 3 years but wanted an upgrade. So I bought the 9 Pro . This phone is even better a great upgrade on the 6T . So smooth and fast read up on some of the negative reviews and can't understand them this is a great phone . Best I've had everything works smooth
And fast . Would definitely recommend all day long.

Almost a great phone
I so wanted this to be a good phone. The specs read like a dream. The reality however is somewhat underwhelming. Coming from a pixel 5, I was hoping the camera was finally up to snuff on the oneplus phones. The camera is ok.....if you can wait the second or two for the camera app to open. No chance of snapping those spontaneous moments. The phone also froze on a number of occasions when simply browsing the web. Feels very much like a work in progress. If you are going to charge top dollar - you ought to have top performance. Had to return and go back to my pixel 5. This is my second attempt at a Oneplus device...it will be my last.

Produits reçu rapidement. Acheté sur Amazon France mais expédié par Amazon UK ( je n'avais pas vu ce detail). Du coup livré avec un adaptateur secteur adapté en Angleterre. Prévoir un adaptateur compatible europe.

Disappointing
I had high hopes for this device being it was the best that OnePlus offered at the time, I found it to be inferior to the 8T in almost every way, I couldn't believe the camera was no better after all the hype, I won't be buying another OnePlus phone.

Returned. Battery drains too fast
I love OnePlus and never been disappointed, so decided to upgrade from a 7T Pro to the 9 Pro.
The phone itself is pretty good, nice display very slick UX but seriously, the battery life is a joke... My 7T Pro is way better than this one in terms of battery.
Tried the 9Pro for a few days to try every way I could to optimise battery life, but the change was barely noticeable. Returned it.

A true OnePlus convert
Bargain for the tech you get.
Gone from a OP6 to this and not disappointed. The camera is bar far better. However probably also it's only downside. Sticks out like a sore thumb and means it never lays flat.
Fast, good screen. Battery only seems to be best when it's been on charge for a little longer than when it says it's on 100%.

Not the flagship I was expecting
Good phone not great lots of app crashes sometimes I would try and take a picture bear in mind this phone has be marketed as the best camera In a phone ever! and the app would crash saying camera UI stopped working. Although in the right lighting it can take superb photos. In short if the phone was £600-£700 it's would be amazing. Not worth the price lots of user interface bugs to fix and camera software too. The camera isn't very good in certain lighting conditions either too washed out or too saturated no in-between I'm sure it is all fixable with software as the actual hardware is second to none. I've now switched back to my 2 and a half year old Huawei mate 20 pro it's never missed a beat

Happy I upgraded
Upgraded from a OnePlus 7 Pro and so far happy I did even though the 7 Pro is still a great phone itself. Everything on the 9 Pro seems to work a bit smoother as you'd be expect from a new phone. Only alight issue is the battery doesn't appear to last as long but seeing an improvement in this when leaving the phone on charge overnight.

Definitely won't be looking back!
This phone is absolutely fantastic! I was previously using a Samsung S8+.
Before I bought this phone I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews which were basically telling the buyer to avoid this phone. Despite this I decided to take the plunge and I now I will not look back. This phone is everything it says and more. I am definitely a fan of OnePlus now and I may not move to any other brand if they keep producing phones like this.

Bright, fast and user friendly.
I bought the phone as new from Amazon warehouse. Not disappointed, very happy. Box only damaged, phone is new and works perfectly.
The old OnePlus 6 cloned across easily to the new OnePlus 9 pro.
Enjoying the camera and sound. Both very good. Dual SIM too which is perfect for work. Charges quickly, even off my computer USBC charger.

A great all-round performing phone.
The OnePlus 9 Pro was a great choice for me as I was looking for a phone with big performance and a great camera too. I have owned several models of OnePlus from the very first model, and this is the best yet I. My opinion.

Not the worst, but definitely not the best.
Pretty disappointed. I've had flagship phones before, wasn't the worst phone I've had by a long shot, but it was just very blah. Nothing to make it stand out other than its looks.
Between my Huawei p30 pro and OnePlus 9 pro other than it being a bit faster, I couldn't notice a difference, arguably the P30 pro has a better camera for the kind of pictures I take.
I personally didn't think it was worth £900+

Underwhelming and not good value, buggy software
Sadly worst OnePlus phone I've had and this is my third. The software is buggy even 2 months on and several updates and there are still times when the fingerprint reader just doesn't work and the phone overheats.
Camera can be good and can be average, phone seems to decide at the time.
Battery life is average.
Pros, performance and snappiness is good, charging is great.
Poor value phone that could be lived with if performance isn't do buggy. Get a Sony or Samsung this time sadly, I normally love OnePlus phones.....

Will do, but only for people that just need a phone
Unable to charge and plug in aux cable. The phone lagged more than my 3 year old Huawei P30, in one month I have been locked out of the phone 3 times, where the screen would just turn black and no matter what you did, the fingerprint wouldn't unlock the phone, only if you waited and swiped up it would show. The phone froze twice to a point I had to hard reset it too, never happened on my Huawei, and I haven't even been doing any gaming, just scrolling and watching videos. When it works, it's fast as hell, but only when... Has a weird issue where it would press play on my YouTube randomly as I left the phone unlocked and video paused.

ONE PLUS 9 pro is too expensive
Battery life is pitiful. Value for money is way too low. May be because of the Covid 19 crisis. I don't know. On Amazon PRME I paid almost 1000 sterling pounds. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this phone. Not because it's not a good smartphone but because you can have the same quality for a third of the price. Just google it. Cheers.

Stunning, lightning quick, oneplus 9 pro
Took a little while setup, switching from my oneplus 6 to this one plus 9 Pro. Being a bloke of course never read instruction leaflets in the box, still haven't. Setting up Google is your first step, using the oneplus switch app is your second, third updating everything including the phone operating system, lastly is running every app and logging in... Google passwords there to help!
The phone is amazing! Smooth as ice, very comfortable to hold and clear as clear. Cannot recommend enough.
Now to place my oneplus 6 on eBay! A very loved and cherished phone... 😉

Incredible phone for the money!
Love this phone, originally an apple lover then swapped to Samsung after a few bad experiences and decided to make the plunge from Samsung to One plus. Couldn't be more happier! Ridiculously fast charging speed which is so handy because for work I'm on my phone all the time, amazing responsive screen that I'm still admiring after owning the phone a month. And the price point is so much more affordable than other flagship phones. Great phone really really recommend it highly.

Great phone, let down by curved screen.
The specsheet of this phone alone, justifies its pricetag. The problem though was the user experience. The curved glass means the phone is more prone to accidental touches, either from your palm or the side of your fingers when holding it one handed.
The palm-rejection on this device was poor, and it lead to too many frustrations. Otherwise its a great phone, I believe the non-pro version has a flat display, and might make it more worthwhile for daily use.

Too expensive for the quality received.
Dissappointing. Dosnt match one plus promise, camera is not a good as advertised. Finding your way round commands is in my opinion long winded. Constantly cleaning off finger prints. Dictation is appalling, dosnt pick up what your saying at all well. Frankly wish I could send back as had it for 6 or 8 weeks and unlike my old phone I'm still trying to find things.

Great phone, difficult to fault for the price
Phone does everything you want/need to an exceptional level. Only niggle is that the battery life could last longer but charges to 100% in 30 minutes, so again can't complain. Definitely recommend

Amazing phone. Was hoping much better from the camera due to the collab with hasselblad, but still a very good camera set up. Matt colour green is actually very good looking in real life.

Hi, I have my OnePlus 9 pro for 3 weeks and AccuBattery app shows me the battery health only 47% to my surprise for a new phone at 960$ . Is that normal?

I'm sold!
As someone who has always owned Huawei phones I was nervous about moving away as I felt I would have to settle for a lower quality camera. Well I was wrong, this phone is great! while it can be a little inconsistent, when you get it right you get some amazing images displayed and a beautiful screen to view them on. If you are looking for something new this is well worth a punt.

The best Android I've ever had!
This is an awesome phone! I have used iPhones for years and decided to try Oneplus Nord and was so impressed I bought the 9pro...camera is amazing quality pics and the battery goes from nothing to full charge in about 20 mins!! I use sat nav a lot and I find the drain in power minimal. Screen refresh of 120Hz as well as memory of 128gb. Loads of other features so well worth the money.

Lots of screen freeze, can't connect to 5g except by dialing *#*#4636#*#* and force choosing from there. Can't close some apps sometimes unless I force shutdown which can be embarrassing when videos or music is blaring and the volume key won't work on these occasions either. Sometimes don't get notifications for email and other apps. Loads of other glitches too numerous to mention. Face recognition would unlock the phone if a monkey looked at it so I have disabled that. sometimes unlocks the phone without my fingerprint at all. UPDATE#############Worst phone that I have ever owned. They seem to be a community based company who make rubbish phones and charge extortionate prices. Constant screen freezes. Sometimes can't hang up a call without force shutting down the phone. Can't answer calls sometimes for the same reason. Google maps seldom works unless I reboot the phone each time. Customer service is a joke. So many problems that I can't be bothered to list here. These phone are not the high end phones that OnePlus say they are. I think that this company is a bit of a fraud, them make rubbish phones and sell them at extortionate prices. I feel that I have been conned out of over £929 for a phone that is probably worth less than £100. Please do not buy from this company. They sell pure cr@p

The new 9Pro phone is ok, might be my piece that's defective.
Been using 7pro for 2 years, need a new phone for work and normal used.
Very very disappointed with the battery life sometime it's holds the charge and sometime it drops very quickly, even there is split screen problem it leaves a mark on the sreeen then it goes away when I do split screen again,as you can see in the video, also my work app doesn't work properly,I have try uninstalled and install again still the same problem,
the phone gets too hot everytime I put on the wireless charge,u can see that in vedio too.
I'll try for few more days,if not any improvement I'll be sending it back,
not happy as paid quite a lot of money,not happy with the outcome.

Beautiful but poor battery life
Beautiful, fast and slim, solid camera. But battery life is appalling, full reset, several day cycles and nothing but default apps, web browsing and some mail to test, but drained very fast, struggled to get more than up to 4 hours screen on time. Returned as possibly faulty, but forums full of similar issues.

Warp charging - so good!
This is a great android phone. Good camera and well made. The tipping point for me was the super fast charging which is a real life saver..literally 15 mins and you are good for the day. No other phone I know of with this spec can charge this fast.

Not worth upgrading from oneplus8 pro
Good phone but not worth the upgrade from oneplus8 pro. The battery life for me was shocking alongside the gimmick of hasslebad I had no choice but to return the handset. OnePlus have to step up to warrant charging close to 1k for a handset. Close but no cigar

Great phone, worth the upgrade from 7T Pro
I upgraded from OnePlus 7T Pro - excellent camera, screen is very clear and the battery life is great. The charging time is phenomenal. 5G capable. Was very easy transferring everything to the new phone. Great deal in the Black Friday sale. Highly recommend.

Really lovely phone
Enjoyed using this device for a week or so. Lovely screen. Everything works well. Decided the battery life wasn't right as a heavy screen user. Many would be fine with it. Would recommend.

Does everything!
Fantastic phone. Battery life is solid and it's great for photography and playing games. Amazing value for a top spec phone plus it comes fitted with a screen protector and a protective case as a bonus.
