Tech help from One Plus is abysmal
Tech help from One Plus is abysmal, frustrating, poorly trained, only read a script. Most of them don't know the product. After 13 calls for help over nearly 3 months I finally got a surprise correct answer. What a waste of my time! I will return this mostly unusable ph for a $900 refund.

No Screen Protector
Why advertise that it comes with a screen protector, then I open the box and nothing. Now have to wait 3 days and an extra $20.

Trash for me
cannot use this Phone voice assist during phone calls so its pointless to me pure trash. i am on a call trying to say hey google or directions or hey google text and it doesnt work at all. i've contacted one plus 4 times about this issue done a factory reset hard reset clearing the catch and just about anything you could think of with a tech support agent its crap i wanted to make this phone hands free like 100% of the time and its not my old galaxy s5 could voice commands while on a phone this is a joke.

The phone was bought as brand new with a big discount and in the description it said that phone was brand new, but it came in a wrong package. Phone was used, and there can be seen scratches left by previous user.

Failed After Four Months
Screen lock/unlock button failed after 4 months. Warranted by OnePlus, they tell me 7-10 days to get it fixed. Their prices are now in line with Samsung but their quality is terrible and the warranty is worse. 10+ days without a phone. Terrible warranty service. This is my second OnePlus and my last.

I bough the one plus 8 pro onyx black and got the 8 (no pro) interstellar glow.

Cheaply made
I had my motorola for 4 years and it survived everything it got hit with. Never a single crack. I had this phone for 3 months and dropped it on the carpet, now the entire screen has shattered. Absolute waste of $900

The pictures of the product on the page
i dislikes the false advertisement of the pictures, i received the oneplus 8 and not the oneplus 8 pro.
