Excelente equipo, felizmente homologado para Perú, me alegra haber hecho una buena compra, es rápido con varias aplicaciones abiertas a la vez, para jugar también va finito, la pantalla que le pusieron es simplemente espectacular con toda la gama de colores. solo la cámara si pudieran arreglarla con una actualización sobre todo en la parte del modo panorámico ya que no es "nítida". Salvo ese detalle el celular es perfecto

Curved screen nightmare!
This phone would be top tier but the curved screen is causing me too many headaches. Dont get me wrong the phone is gorgeous and very fast but you find yourself constantly reopening programs or starting over because you accidentally closed the program. The screen is so sensitive near the edges that you cannot help touching the screen just by holding the phone even with a protective case on. You basically cannot avoid touching the screen even if dont want too! I bought this for a great price and i waited tool long thinking i would get used to it but unfortunately i waited too long for a-return. Yes i would return for a-refund if i could but unfortunately im going to have to deal with it. My recommendation is to avoid a curved screen phone. The OnePlus phones are full of features and very fast so if they have a flat screen phone buy that one just avoid the oneplus8 pro.......less headaches!

It's a great smartphone
I am so very pleased this the OnePlus 8 pro. It surpassed my expectations. It is more user friendly than any Samsung phone I gave used.

Muy buena compre, lo recomiendo.
El teléfono lo compre para mi esposa, en su trabajo usa mucho la cámara y video del teléfono y le ha sido de mucha utilidad, la fotos y videos de muy buena calidad cumple muy bien con las expectativas.
En cuanto al desempeño es muy rápido Y el procesador que trae integrado hace que todo sea más fluido.
En definitiva ella está contenta con su celular oneplus 8 pro.

Great phone
This phone is great so far. Just to verify. It does work with Verizon. I got my number transferred from straight talk and just called to tell them I need cdma-less and it was all working in under 20 mins.. If you don't call them for that then everything works except receiving text, so just make sure you call.

El mejor smartphone que he comprado sin duda, es muy rápido, tiene una pantalla increíble y la calidad de las fotos que toma es muy buena. Si tiene las aplicaciones de Google y funciona perfectamente en México con la red de Telcel. El envío del producto tardo un poco más de lo esperado pero comprendo que fue debido a la situación de la pandemia.

Latest update ruined phone, planned obsolescence?
Come to find out the China purchased One Plus is going downhill and I won't be buying another phone from them. Phone worked fine for me for a long time, only issue was with the curved edge of screen getting touched accidentally and performing some action I didn't mean to touch or switch to some other video on accident when I select one and then try to rotate my phone to widescreen. Now the phone loses broadband coverage for no network related reason randomly and frequently. It's been doing this since last update, so either they broke something with an interested update or it a feature and not a bug to make me buy a new phone.

Ok phone, but issues with WIFI and reliability.
As time goes on I am noticing some software and WIFI problems. There is something really wrong with the WIFI, it's really weak (reception) and constantly tests about 1/2 the speed of my Oneplus 8t. My 8t is faster with seemingly better battery life. I would probably move on the 8t if I were you. Even though the 8 pro has been a good phone, the 8t is much better and more reliable. Works with my Verizon and T-Mobile dual sim setup.

Great phine
Great phone, fast, no bloatware, carrier unlocked, great screen. The only thing that not necessarily bad is that it has curved edges which take some getting used to if you don't use phones with curved I edges

Overall performance is great, just I won't use any cell phone with curve screen. Useless and some pictures and videos detail on the edge can't see.

Vengo de usar un iPhone XS Max y no me arrepiento para nada de cambiar, es un excelente teléfono, rápido, personalizable, de gran calidad y sobre todo a un precio genial.
El envío tardó más de lo que debía, sin embargo es entendible por la situación actual y en general después de unos correos los vendedores atienden rápido.

Flagship indeed
I went from the 6T to the s10 plus and now this.
And my goodness the phone is fast, the display is also great. Videos on youtube and everything else looks great, colors are amazing. The camera is also great, a lot better than what I thought. Here are some examples.

Awesome Phone
Great phone, a true flagship, impressive screen, best I've seen. Cameras work great. Fast and intuitive OS. The fingerprint reader sometimes is slow, not a big problem for me. Overall, one of the best phones of the year. It doesn't come with Alexa built in, if that's what's keeping you from buying it.

I wouldn't buy again
This is a highly rated phone everywhere. Maybe I just got unlucky? Fingerprint scanner will not work period. You can trouble shoot all day with your favorite techs but it's not happening

Disappointing flagship
Disappointed in the quality of this one. I had a oneplus5 that I loved, so I decided to upgrade to the flagship oneplus phone.
Screen is very fragile. The phone fell out of my pocket when I was sitting down at my desk. It fell about 18in and the screen cracked. Normally I would tough it out with a cracked screen, but this phone was literally unusable. After the screen was cracked, the screen would not turn on. I've cracked phones and observed other cracked phones and I've never seen one that has behaved in this way.
Oneplus support is totally unhelpful. I sent my phone in for repairs and they did not investigate the screen issue. They just sent me a bill on the screen and did not comment on the unusable screen issue. I tried talking to support to find out the issue on the unusable screen and they just repeated something to the tune of "but your screen was cracked" ad nauseam.
If I had to do it again, I wouldn't buy this phone.

Think before switching to this brand. Phone not properly sealed. Poor customer service
On day 1 of my first Oneplus phone everything seemed perfect. I was very happy coming from a Samsung device.
I always take my phones (that are at least ip67 certified) to the bathroom with me and place them on the corner of the shower playing music or a video. They get some drops here and there but is very minor. Every phone has worked perfectly with this for years. Sadly this oneplus device got water and fog in the camera from the inside. Now i can't take pictures. This happened on Day one.
I have contacted Oneplus service to see what can be done. Hope they respond somehow, the camera is very important to me and it was the one thing that was holding me back (with the lack of ip68 in previous Oneplus phones) from trying the brand.
This is a quality control problem, the phone is not properly sealed. Disappointed on the brand. Would not recommend switching to Oneplus, 1 star until they offer a proper solution.
Update: OnePlus Customer service offered no solution at all. Embarrassing.
